사회복지시설 종사자의 융합적 직무역량강화가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Workers' Convergent Job Competence Enhancement Working in a Social Welfare Facility on Quality of Life)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지시설종사자의 융합적 직무역량강화가 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시 20개, 경기지역 20개 사회복지시설에 근무하는 사회복지종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 하였고, 회수된 188부를 연구에 사용하였다. 표본추출법은 비확률표집법에서 임의표집법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지종사자의 역량강화정도와 삶의 질간의 관계에서 살펴보면 개인역량과 만족감, 환경역량과 불만족감, 관계역량과 만족감에서만 정적인 상관이 있었고, 나머지영역에서는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사회복지종사자의 개인역량, 환경역량이 불만족감에 정(+)적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 관계역량이 불만족감에 부(-)적인 역할을 하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 개인역량정도, 이직하고자 하는 마음을 통제하는 역량정도, 관계역량이 만족감에 정(+)적인 역할을 하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 따라서 사회복지종사자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회 복지종사자들을 대상으로 직무역량강화 교육프로그램을 실행할 때에 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

의류점 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증적 연구 -패션 라이프스타일, 자아이미지, 상황요인을 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on Factors affecting in Apparel Store Choice -On Fashion Life-Style, Self-Image, and Situational Factors-)

  • The purposes of this study was to demonstrate the influence of fashion life-style, self-image and situational factors on consumer's apparel store choice for satisfaction of varied needs and high efficiency of marketing activity. A questionnaire was developed to measure research subjects based on theoretical study empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 270 women aged between 20 and 30 in Seoul. The results analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, x2-test and oneway-anova. The results of empirical studies were summarized as follows: 1. Segmented groups of fashion life-style were classified practical/planning group, fashion- leader group, and shopping-oriented group. And store types which were prefered by those groups were department store/shopping center. 2. Segmented groups of self-image were classified actual-seeking group, modernity group and confidence group. And store types which were prefered by those groups were department store/shopping center. The Forecast of store choice on the base of self.image was showed that customers choose the store incongruous with self-image. But when it was analyzed each actual store choice. The Choice of high frequancy was congruous with self-image except for a specialty store/brand named outlet. 3. The significant differences could be found in choice of the store under particular purchase situations and especially at department stores and specialty store, their preference tended to be stronger as the degree of the store's involvement was hightened, but in the case of the generalization stores and the permanent discount stores, even though the degree of that involvement was low, their preference showed the same tendency.

전통 장류에 대한 서울 및 경기일부 소비자의 인식도 조사 (A study on the customer's perception of Korean traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the consumption pattern and perception of traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in male and female adults aged 19 and over in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas in order to promote the development of the products' industry. The survey was conducted between October 1 to October 15, 2011 among 294 male and female adults aged 19 years and over in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas. The gender distribution of the subjects was 33.3% males and 66.7% females. For a perception on traditional dietary life, the degree for enjoying meals with cooked rice as the staple food revealed that 32.3% of the subjects responded 'strongly agree'. The intake frequency of traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in the subjects of the study showed that in the case of doenjang, 49.7% of the participants consumed it twice a week and 21.4% consumed it once a week. For gochujang, 59.9% consumed it twice a week and 19.0% consumed it once a week. The perception on the preparation method for traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products showed a low level for traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products. The reason for purchasing traditional foods showed that 77.6% of the subjects made purchases for convenience and 8.2% purchased it for its small package. For the subjects, the priority for purchasing traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products was as follows: in the first rank, ingredients & origin made up 33.7% and price comprised of 26.2% of the priority. Regarding satisfaction for soy sauce and soybean paste products in the market, the degree of satisfaction was high for gochujang. With regard to gender difference, female subjects showed a significantly lower satisfaction for cheonggukjang and kuk-ganjang, and a significantly higher satisfaction for chin-ganjang, compared to the male subjects. The results of the study depicted that consumer's requirement was high for traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in the market, particularly for the safety of the products in the market. Consumer satisfaction was relatively positive yet, some efforts are needed in order to improve the quality of cheonggukjang and kuk-ganjang.

Self-Care in Elders with Dementia: A Concept Analysis

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of self-care in elders with dementia through a review of nursing literature and to provide more understanding of the definition and perspectives of the concept of self-care notion in elders with dementia. Methods: The technique developed by Walker and Avant was used as a guide in analyzing the concept of self-care. Results: Attributes of self-care in dementia may include a single or group of actions needed for sustaining life, a personal effort to maintain functional independence while minimizing other's assistance, an outcome behavior from the person's interaction with inter-personal and/or contextual environment, and a functional ability that may decline in parallel to cognitive impairment. Antecedents of self-care in dementia may include at least presence of a certain degree of cognitive appraisal for the self-care needs, self-willingness for the self-care action, spatial and visual orientation, cultural pre-conception of the self-care behavior, presence of environmental context/equipment available for self-care, and sufficient time available. The consequences may include sustaining of life, feel of satisfaction, achieving independence, extended life expectancy, increased self-confidence, decreased caregiver distress and/or burden, savings in health care costs. Discussion: Defining attributes and antecedents and consequences of self-care in dementia identified in this study provided empirical ground of a middle-range theory of self-care for a clinical population with dementia and generated possible hypotheses to be tested in future studies.

자동판매기에서 판매되는 음식의 이용실태 및 소비자 인식도에 관한 연구 (I) (A study on the actual status in use and customer's perception of the food and beverage from vending machines)

  • Vending machines play an important role of giving convenience and simplicity in modem life style. So they became an indispensible element in life of modern people. This study was peformed to investigate customer's actual status in use as well as the degree of satisfaction and requirement of food and beverage vending machines. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. About the advantage of using the vending machines, respondents answered 'convenience' for 50.2% and 'closeness' for 33.6% of all the answers. About the dissatisfaction for vending machine, three factors of 'inappropriate taste, temperature. quantity' and 'unsanitary pakage material and food' were the main causes. 2. About the credit of food quality,48.6% of respondents answered' some what doubtful'.58.1% of respondents pointed out that they couldn't confide in freshness and shelf-life' 3. 48.2% of respondents agreed that vending machines would be needed more in the future. Respondents wanted lots of food to be served from vending machines. The foods which respondents wanted to be served from vending machines were noodle(30.8%), rice(19%), pastry(18.2%), bread(17.45) gruel(7.3%) and snack(7.3%).

감각통합치료가 뇌성마비 아동의 일상생활 기능에 미치는 효과 - 캐나다 작업수행 측정을 이용하여 - (Using Canadian Occupational Performance Measure - On the Effects of Sensory Integration Treatment to the Daily-Life Task Performance of a Child with a Cerebral Palsy)

  • Objective : The objective of this case study is to search the effects of sensory integration treatment. First we have taken a child with a cerebral palsy and given him/her sensory integration treatment. Then, we intended to look into whether the child performed his daily-life tasks and how satisfactory the parents were with the treatment. Methods : We have chosen a child with a cerebral palsy and tested his sensory integration functions. Applying the 30 minutes-sensory integration treatment twenty times to the child, we compared the result of the treatment using Canadian Occupational Performance Measure. We counseled the parents of the child before and after the treatment. Results : We have rated the problems with the degrees of importance referring to the parents. Important problems include controlling eliminations, having meals, moving by self, interacting with peer groups, and performing delicate hand-movements. The score of the in the performance is 1.2 and the score of the degree in the satisfaction is 1.4 compared with the total score. Conclusion : We have concluded that the sensory integration treatment has the effective result to the daily-life task performances of a child with a cerebral palsy, a kind of sensory integration dysfunction and satisfies the child's parents after this case study.

양육행동에 대한 아버지신념과 아동의 자기능력지각과의 관계 (A study on the relationship with fathers' beliefs on child rearing & children's self-perceptions)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between father's beliefs on child rearing and children's self-perceptions. The subject of this study were comprised of 167 third-grade children (ages 8-10) and their father. To summarize major findings from the analyses : First, a significant difference was found in the degree of father's beliefs about child rearing by number of child , father's education, father's job, level of life, relationship between father and child in independence and by number of child, level of life, relationship between father and child in accommodation. Second, children's self-perception was related to father's education, father's income, father's job, relationship between father and child, child's gender, father's marital satisfaction, father's job. Third, according to the multiple regression analyses for the relationships between father's beliefs about child rearing and children's self perceptions, there was a positive relationship between father's belief's on the creativity, problem-solving skill, accommodation. Father's SES status, relationship between father and child was a positive relationship children's self-perceptions. Father's beliefs on the creativity was a positive relationship children's self-perceptions but father's belief's on the accommodation was a negative relationship children's scholastic performance, behavioral conduct.

간호대학생의 코로나 19에 대한 지식과 예방적 건강행위에 관한 연구 (Knowledge and preventive health behavior of Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) among nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 코로나 19에 대한 지식과 예방적 건강행위의 수준을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호여학생 190명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수로 분석하였다. 대상자의 코로나 19에 대한 지식은 평균 9.18±1.95점이었고, 예방적 건강행위의 평균은 3.62±0.30점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 코로나 19에 대한 지식의 차이를 분석한 결과 연령(F=5.981, p=.001), 학년(F=6.376, p<.001), 학교생활 만족도(F=3.632, p=.007)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 일반적 특성에 따른 예방적 건강행위의 차이를 분석한 결과 연령(F=4.018, p=.008), 학년(F=2.719, p=.046), 건강상태(F=3.845, p=.005), 학교생활 만족도(F=3.875, p=.005), 임상실습 만족도 및 기대감(F=4.337, p=.002), 코로나 19 감염관리 교육 필요성(t=2.801, p=.006)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생을 대상으로 코로나 19 감염예방 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

구조방정식을 이용한 치과위생사의 전문직업성, 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Professionalism and Self-efficacy on the Job Satisfaction of Dental Hygienists Using the Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 연구는 구조방정식을 이용한 치과위생사의 전문직업성, 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 616명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 20 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치과위생사의 전문직업성은 3.34점, 자기효능감 3.76점, 직무만족도 3.36점으로 나타났다. 2. 연령이 많을수록, 교육정도가 높을수록, 기혼인 경우, 근무경력이 많을수록 전문직업성, 자기효능감 및 직무만족도 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 통계적으로도 유의한 차이를 보였다. 3. 본 연구모형은 전문직업성과 자기효능감의 상관계수는 .69, 전문직업성$\rightarrow$직무만족도 경로에서는 .33, 자기효능감$\rightarrow$직무만족도 경로에서는 .59로 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 전문직업성과 자기효능감과의 상관관계는 어느 정도 있는 것으로 나타났고, 전문직업성 보다는 자기효능감이 높을수록 직무만족도가 증가하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 직무만족은 조직 내의 다양한 환경과 개인의 내적 요인에 영향을 받는다. 직무만족이 중요한 이유는 의료서비스의 질생산성과 함께, 치과위생사 개인의 삶의 질과도 연관되기 때문이다. 변화하는 시대에 대응하기 위해서는 치과위생사의 직무만족도를 증가시키기 위한 조직의 변화와 노력뿐만 아니라, 치과위생사들의 직업에 대한 확신, 전문직업성과 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 노력이 함께 동반되어야 한다.

대학생의 생의 의미와 행복의 관계 (The Relationships between Meaning in Life and Happiness among University Students.)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 생의 의미와 행복 정도를 확인하고 이들 변수간의 관계를 파악하며 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 경상남도에 소재하는 일개 대학의 재학생 205명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2016년 10월 10일부터 10월 30일까지였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Cronbach's alpha 계수, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 행복 점수는 6점 만점에 평균 4.18점, 생의 의미는 5점 만점에 평균 3.73점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 행복 수준은 성별(p=.045), 학년(p=.038), 전공만족도(p<.001), 건강상태(p<.001)에 따라 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 행복은 하위요인인 자신감(p<.001), 자기통제(p<.001), 긍정적 정서(p<.001)와 생의 의미(p<.001), 생의 의미발견(p<.001), 생의 의미추구(p<.001)와 유의한 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인은 생의 의미발견, 건강상태, 전공만족도가 유의하였고, 전체 설명력은 41%였다. 따라서 생의 의미는 행복에 밀접한 관련성이 있으며, 가장 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였기에 대학생의 행복강화를 위한 전략 개발에 생의 의미를 높이는 전략이 고려될 것으로 사료된다.
