인터넷기반 공동주택 하자분류 및 관리 시스템 구축에 사례기반 추론기법을 활용한 연구 (Defect Classification and Management System Using CBR technique Based Internet in Apartment Housing Project)

  • Management process of apartment buildings construction has increased because the after service of construction company meet the needs of customers. Many defect data, which was inspected by construction company or customers before moving into a new apartment house, were classified by field engineers and then communicated to corresponding subcontractors. The classification process needs to be performed by an expert engineer because there is so much data, it is unfeasible to complete in a short period of time. For this classification process, an automatic classification system using case base reasoning (CBR) should be considered. This research proposed a defect management system with automatic classification system using CBR. This constructed defect management system consists of cyber after service system for tenants and the whole defect management process of construction, preservation and management of apartment buildings. This system could improve the efficiency of expert work in terms of time and accuracy, as well as helping laymen users to conduct defect classification work as experts do.

  • The demand for apartments is decreasing as the condition of housing market in Korea has changed. Therefore, construction companies have to understand the needs of the customers to win over them. It is important for construction companies not only to supply customers with high quality apartments but also to provide them high service quality for a long range plan. One of the important service of the construction companies is after-service(A/S) that includes the defect management. The inhabitants' unsatisfactory defect management will worse the image of the company among the future customers. Also A/S is one of the best way for the company to create good impression to the customers. so the defect management carried out by construction firms has to satisfy the inhabitants. In this study. the degree of association between inhabitants satisfaction and the company's image is proved and the factors of the inhabitants dissatisfaction in defect-management are presented. The major factor that causes dissatisfaction is the long service time of the defect management. Therefore, shortening the time of process taken to deal with the defects would allow construction outfits to satisfy their customers effectively and to be more competitive ones in the Korean apartment market.

  • Embedded 소프트웨어의 품길 측정 프로세스 관리는 Embedded 시스템의 적시성과 품질 만족을 위해서도 필요하다. 그러나, Embedded 소프트웨어의 결함에 대하여 사전 분석하거나 예측 없이 개발 프로세스 상에서 결함을 관리하는 것은 위험이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 Embedded 소프트웨어에서 품질 측정 프로세스 관리를 위해 소프트웨어의 정량적 속성 중에 가장 중요한 요소 중에 하나인 결함을 중심으로 본 연구가 진행되었다. Embedded 소프트웨어에 가장 적합한 프로세스를 정의하고 개선하고자 하는 과정에서, 프로세스 관리를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 Embedded 소프트웨어의 특성과 결함 특성을 이해하고, 이를 근간으로 결함 속성을 정의하고 결함을 통한 품질 측정 프로세스 관리를 할 수 있도록, 결함 데이터를 이용하여 프로세스를 관리하는데 기여하고자 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 결함 데이터 분석을 위해 필요한 속성을 파악하고, 테스트 단계를 중심으로 결함 데이터의 활용과 결함데이터를 이용한 프로세스 관리 방법을 제안하여, 이를 통해 Embedded 소프트웨어 프로세스를 관리하는 분들에게 효과적인 활용이 될 수 있도록 한다.

Impact Analysis of Construction Delay: The Case of Defects In the Top-down Construction Method

  • Defects are the risk factors in the construction process of buildings. They cause damage, delaying the construction duration. They especially cause adverse effects on the top-down construction method. This study analyzed the degree of construction delay induced by each work type, focusing on defects in the top-down method. Then, we derived construction delay induction coefficient from different work types in order by using the severity of construction delay per defect and the occurrence probability of defect; this assessment model measures the impact of defects on construction delay for each work type. Furthermore, by comparing each work type based on the defect frequency and the construction delay induction coefficient, we found work types that need to be administered attentively. We identified that plastering work was easy to overlook, requiring caution in defect management. This study provides an efficient defect management system suitable for the buildings that are built using the top-down construction method.

  • 우리 국민의 거주 형태로 아주 큰 비중을 차지하는 공동주택의 하자는 입주민에게 큰 불편과 손실을 초래하고 있다. 그러나 시공사에서 하자정보의 관리에 조금 더 관심을 기울인다면 많은 하자를 사전에 예방할 수 있으리라 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하자 발생을 방지시키기 위한 개선된 하자정보DB관리시스템을 도출하려 한다. 먼저 대형 건설회사를 대상으로 공동주택의 하자정보DB관리시스템의 현황을 조사하여 개선된 하자정보DB관리시스템의 필요성을 확인하고, 다음으로 설문조사를 통하여 그 결과로써 현재의 하자정보DB관리시스템의 문제점과 개선 필요성을 파악 할 수 있었다. 그리하여 하자정보DB관리시스템의 개선 방안을 도출하였는데 이는 하자 발생의 예방에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses. Article 36 (Liability for warranty Repair Defects), Article 37 (About Repair Defect, etc), and its implementing ordinances, Article 36 (Term of warranty liability) Article 37 (Defect criteria), Article 38 (procedure of Repair defect), Article 39 (type of warranty liability), Enforcement Rule Article 17 (Certifiation of warranty liability). On the basis of the upper Decree, In spite of Standard and forms of 'Completion of Repair Defect' was exist, it was hard to receive 'End of Confirmation' in practice. The purpose of this study is to propose basics in order that Practitioners can apply problems and improvements about Decree on the Management of Apartment Houses.

A linked data system framework for sharing construction defect information

  • Defect data contains experiential knowledge about specific work conditions. And the number of projects performed by a company is too limited for an individual to experience the various defects under the current complex construction environment. Therefore, in order to manage and prevent a reoccurrence of defects, a proper data feedback mechanism is required. However, most defect data are stored in unstructured ways, resulting in the fundamental problem of data utilization. In this paper, a new framework is proposed by using linked data technologies to improve defect data utilization. The target of this framework is to convert defect data to the ontology-based linked data format for sharing defect data from different data sources. To demonstrate it, some technical solutions are implemented by using real cases. The proposed approach can reduce data search time and improve the accuracy of search results as well. Moreover, the proposed approach can be applied to other domains that need to refer to external sources such as safety, specification, product, and regulation.

  • 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 개발시 발생하는 결함을 찾아내고, 원인을 식별하고자 한다. 또한 검출된 결함 원인을 기반으로 하여 결함간의 연관성을 파악하여 트리거로 나타낸다. 따라서 결함 트리거를 이용하여 유사한 프로젝트를 수행시, 결함 예측하여 대비할 수 있게 된다.

  • The research proposes the hypergeometric, binomial and Poisson yield models for defective and defect. The paper also presents the hypothesis test, confidence interval and control charts for DPU(Defect Per Unit) and DPO(Defect Per Opportunity). Especially the study considers the analysis of compound Poisson yield models using various DOU density distributions.

  • The ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) is used for bonding Drive IC and OLED display device panel. If ACF bonding process is problem, a malfunction of line defect can occur. Because electric resistance increase between the panel and drive IC after a period of time, drive IC can not supply enough current to the panel. This paper is studied on a method of test for line defect.
