『소문입식운기론오(素問入式運氣論奧)』와 『오행대의(五行大義)』의 오행(五行) 및 간지(干支)에 대한 해석(解釋) 비교(比較) 연구(硏究) (A Comparative Study on The Meaning of Wuxing and Ganzhi in Suwenrushiyunqilunao and Wuxingdayi)

  • Objectives : In this study, the meaning of Wuxing(五行) and Ganji(干支) in Suwenrushiyunqilunao (素問入式運氣論奧) and Wuxingdayi(五行大義) is reviewed to compare the interpretations of Wuxing and Ganzhi. Methods : The explanations of Wuxing, Sipgan(十干) and Sibiji(十二支) in the chapters of Suwenrushiyunqilunao and Wuxingdayi were studied to find different points of view. Results : Suwenrushiyunqilunao explained the meaning of Wuxing and Ganji using expression and metaphors of Yinyangwuxing(陰陽五行) theory while Suwenrushiyunqilunao describe their fragmentary characters. Also, Suwenrushiyunqilunao attached each one of Wuxing to substance(質), rule(理), shape(形), nature(性), righteousness(義). Conclusions : The differences of the explanations between the books point that there has been a deepening understanding of Yinyangwuxing and developments of Yunqixue(運氣學) in about 500 years from the publication of Wuxingdayi.

비트패턴을 기반으로 한 고속의 적응적 가변 블록 움직임 예측 알고리즘 (Fast Variable-size Block Matching Algorithm for Motion Estimation Based on Bit-pattern)

  • 본 논문에서는 비트패턴을 기반으로 한 고속의 적응적 가변 블록 움직임 예측 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 블록 내의 평균값을 기준으로 8bit 화소값을 0과 1의 비트패턴으로 변환한 후 블록의 움직임 예측을 수행한다. 비트변환을 통한 영상의 단순화는 움직임 추정의 계산적 부담을 감소시켜 빠른 탐색을 가능하게 한다. 그리고 블록 내의 움직임 정도를 미리 판별하여 이를 기반으로 한 적응적 탐색이 불필요한 탐색을 제거하고 움직임이 큰 블록에서는 정합 과정을 심화시켜 보다 빠르고 정확한 움직임 예측을 수행한다. 본 제안된 방식을 가지고 실험한 결과, 한 프레임 당 적은 수의 블록으로 고정된 크기의 블록을 가진 전역 탐색블록 정합 알고리즘(full search block matching algorithm; FS-BMA)보다 예측 에러를 적게 발생시켜 평균 0.5dB 정도의 PSNR 개선을 가져왔다.

  • The Asia-Pacific Region has emerged as a arena of geopolitical competition between the U.S. and China. The Obama administration of the U.S. had laid out the concept of rebalancing strategy toward the region, concentrating its 60 percent of Naval Forces to the region till 2020 and consolidating its network of allies and partners. Whereas Chinese leader Xi Jinping also put forward the concept of new type of major power relations concerning its relations with the U.S. and a concept of 'the Asian Community of Common Destiny' aiming at a more intensified mutual relation among countries in the region. In doing so, Asia-Pacific region gradually became the arena where mutual competition and cooperation between the U.S. and China has crossfired. As a close ally to the U.S. and a partner to Japan, South Korea should develop trilateral naval cooperation by holding joint naval drill with the aim of humanitarian support and disaster relief. At the same time, Seoul also should make efforts to proceed mutual confidence building with Beijing by deepening military-to-military cooperation. These policy options will be helpful to enhance Seoul's security posture in the region.

  • Metal Bearing's research that use the clad steel had led in advanced country. Metal Bearing that is produced by domestic companies is ship, vehicles, development equipment and plant equipment. This is Cast White Metal Lining Bearing that is Bimetal Bearing standing 2 generation. Cast White Metal Lining Bearing is foreseen to be used widely on industry whole in the future. Cast White Metal Bearing is product that need precision processing. But the technique is generalized widely. So an advanced country is depending on import from a developing country that price is cheaper than itself manufacture. it is judged that high added value creation by deepening of price competition is difficult. Therefore need product development of new form and is changing to Trimetal Bearing parts. Trimetal Bearing is high quality technique that do compression junction to thin plates of special object on the Back Metal. Therefore, this research developed Trimetal bearing's materials.

상담화법(商談話法)의 분석 (Analysis of Business Talk)

  • 대화는 목적에 따라 여러 가지로 나눌 수 있는데 그 중에 한 유형이 바로 상담이다. 상담화법은 판매자와 구매자 간에 발생하는 말하기이다. 본 논문에서는 판매자가 고객의 상품 구매라는 목적을 달성하기 위한 합리적인 상담 모형을 만들려고 시도하였다. 2장에서는 상담 화법의 특징을 다루었고, 3장에서는 판매자와 구매자가 각자의 목적을 달성하기 위한 상담 과정을 살펴보았고, 4장에서는 상담 화법의 합리적 구성을 위해 필요한 점을 정리하였으며, 5장에서는 몇 가지 사례를 분석한 후 표준 판매 화법을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 말하기의 일반론에 그치지 않고 상거래라는 특수한 담론 상황으로 논의를 심화하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이런 연구는 국어 교육의 응용력을 높이고 상거래 행위의 합리적 발전에 기여할 것이다.

표층혼합층 생태계모델을 이용한 동해 식물플랑크톤의 계절변화 (Seasonal Variation of Phytoplankton in the East Sea Using A Surface Mixed Layer Ecosystem Model)

  • Seasonal variation of phytoplankton was investigated with surface mixed layer ecosystem model in the East Sea. The model consisted of four compartments (phytoplankton, zooplankton, nutrient, detritus) forced by mixed layer depths, photosynthetically available radiation and nutrient concentrations. From model results we estimated entrainment rate $2.5-4.0\;m{\cdot}day^{-1}$ to reproduce the two annual blooms, and reproduced seasonal variation of phytoplankton at southern and northern regions by the difference of surface winter mixed layer depth (MLD) using the entrainment rate value $3.0\;m{\cdot}day^{-1}$. The spring blooms in the southern and northern regions closely related to deepening of a winter surface MLD. In the southern region where MLD was shallow and phytoplankton spring bloom occurs one month in advance to the northern region where MLD was deep. The amount of light increases within the MLD during the onset of stratification and water temperature increases faster in spring in the southern region than the northern region. Decrease of phytoplankton was mainly affected by zooplankton grazing in the southern region and by nutrient exhaustion in the northern region. The fall bloom in the two regions was caused by the nutrient availability and entrainment on the phytoplankton.

  • 국어를 공부하는 외국인 학생들이 몇 년간 급격하게 증가하면서 한국어의 국제적인 지위가 올라가고 있다. 하지만 외국인 학생들의 입장에서는 한국어를 배우는 과정에 많은 어려움을 겪는 점이 드러나고 있다. 또한 이에 더해 한국 학생들과 외국인 학생들간의 이해관계가 어려워지는 점을 지적하는 연구가 나오고 있다. 에린 샌더의 디자인 연구 스파이럴을 통해서 이 논문은 한국에 있는 외국인 학생들의 한국어 교육경험을 조사했다. 또한 이 학생들의 한국어 학습에 대한 인식과 효과적인 요인들을 분석하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 디자인 연구를 통해 한국어 학습에 중요한 통찰을 결과로 도출했으며, 외국인 학생들이 한국어를 효과적으로 공부하는데 기여할 디자인 기회를 도출한 의의가 있다.

효율적인 글로벌 SCM에 적합한 국가 간 정보 연계를 위한 인터페이스 모델 연구 (A Study on the Interface Model of Information sharing between nations for an efficient global SCM)

  • To look at Korea trade environment, as increasing the quantity of goods transported in North-East Asia and deepening national competitive, information-oriented logistics environment is needed. That means it is automated work process and can provide value-added service. To do this, logistics business can be efficiently handled through "Electronic Means for the Clearance of Ships" and electronically data processing. Also, by increasing the risk of international terrorism, regulation regarding to logistics security has strengthened around the advanced country, such as USA and EU, etc. or international organization, such as IMO, ISO, etc.. Furthermore, because trade and logistics environment is changing and security becomes more important in logistics area, movement or status information of goods within the port or in entry in/out becomes more and more be needed in real time. In case cross-border logistics activities, international cooperation or agreement between countries is very important. However, different opinions much happened on defining the interface. If to follow one format or type using at a specific country or organization, it was occurred to difficulty in respect of interoperability as well as additional costs or time. Therefore, this paper proposes common interface model to exchange information for the efficient global SCM for using by the output of Korea R&D project, "National Logistics Standardization System Development".

초등학교 수학 교실에서의 수학화를 위한 신문 활용 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Use of Newspaper Articles for Mathematising in the Primary School Mathematics)

  • This study intended to search for the way of NIE use as follows: 1) Setting up theoretical base about the way of NIE use to math loaming in primary school. 2) Analyzing the course mathematising through NIE use in math learning in practice. 3) Searching for the way of NIE use to aim at mathematising. As the result, this presented NIE model for mathematising according to the character of each step of the mathematising course. This paper says two things : The first, the way for using learning materials as reonstructing articles of newspapers to teach math learning 1) is searched for each information, scrapped to materialize. 2)is to extract the contents of NIE teaming available to the field and the unit of math curriculum. 3) searches for and applies the model for math NIE teaming. 4) makes up learning materials for each level using articles and presents the matters of deepening and supplement suitable for students. The second, the way for teaching math NIE with a view to helping students' mathematising during the course of teachers' math teaming. 1) reconstructs materials chosen by students' reality. 2) should offer students' communication and abundant context materials which mathematical model is possible. 3)needs to guide students to have motivation teaming so that they can mathematise their real matters by rediscovery 4) progresses mathematical activity using newspapers so that they can apply to new reality by applying informed Idea.

관개용 관정의 양수량과 영향인자들의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Pumping Rates and Influential Factors in Tube Wells for Irrigation)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between pumping rates and influential factors in the tube wells for irrigation through the analysis of various statistical data of the existing tube wells for irrigation and pumping tests. Statistical data of the existing tube wells for irrigation were collected from the authorities concerned, and pumping tests were carried out for twelve tube wells. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The drilled tube wells are the most useful among various tube wells in securing pumping rates. 2. The enlargement of well diameter or the improvement of pumping equipments is necessary in drilled tube wells with pumping rates more than 806 ㎥/day, and the adjustment of foot valves or the special control of pumping equipments is necessary in tube wells with pumping rates less than 300 ㎥/day. 3. The choking of aquifer and slits can be prevented by removing earth and sand piled in tube wells. 4. The increase of well loss and the destruction of aquifer can be prevented by determining the optimum pumping rates through the step draw down tests. 5. The thickness of gravel packing is rather thin in drilled tube tube wells. 6. High pamping rates can be gained by deepening the depth of tube wells in the place the ground water storage is abundant, the thickness of aquifer is thick. and the depth of tube wells is deep. 7. Higher pumping rates can be obtained by constructing tube wells in the place where the drawdown is little and the coefficient of transmissibility is large.
