해상교통관제센터에 의해 실시간으로 수집되는 선박의 항해 데이터를 바탕으로 선박 항적 패턴 인식을 수행하고 이를 바탕으로 항적 모델을 추출하여 사전에 선위를 예측하는 기법을 제안한다. 항적 데이터의 처리와 가공, 항적 모델링을 위하여 Support Vector Regression 알고리즘이 사용되었으며, 적정 파라미터 선정을 위하여 k-fold cross validation과 grid search가 사용되었다. 제안된 항적 데이터 모델링 기법을 통하여 사전에 선박의 선위를 예측하여 해상교통과제사의 의사결정을 지원하고자 한다.

Based on the risk factor evaluation for the file format, this paper defines the procedures for presenting the long-term preservation plan for that format and the technical information registry necessary for building the system. This is a procedure to perform a risk assessment for the format, evaluate the risk, and select a long-term preservation strategy based on the information registered in the registry and information on the external signature and internal signature of the electronic record. We also reviewed the criteria for selecting appropriate long-term preservation strategies in the process and provided the criteria for adopting each detailed strategy of migration and emulation, which are long-term preservation strategies. And we implemented this process as a long-term preservation decision support system. This system can be used to provide guidelines for the maintenance, management, service and long-term preservation of information resources of electronic records in public institutions such as National Archives of Korea and Libraries.

해외 공공 IT 시장의 지속적 확대에 따라 전자정부 중심의 수출 시장이 확대되고 있으며, 이를 체계적으로 지원하기 위한 플랫폼의 도입이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공 IT 플랫폼 서비스 중 의사결정 지원도구의 평가항목 및 가중치 도출을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서의 의사결정 지원도구는 기업역량과 국가 환경 두 가지 측면을 통합적으로 고려하여 수출대상국을 도출하는 개념으로 정의하였다. 의사결정 지원도구의 개발을 위해 문헌연구 및 개방형 설문을 통해 기업역량과 국가 환경을 평가하기 위한 항목을 도출하였으며, 전문가 대상의 설문을 통해 평가항목의 제거 및 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 기업역량 측면에서는 수출 경쟁우위>수출 마케팅 전략>수출 인적자원>수출 조직자원>수출 조직기능의 순으로 중요도가 나타났으며, 국가 환경 측면에서는 서비스시장 효율성>기술혁신 및 성숙도>제도적요인>시장운영 효율성>거시경제 여건>인프라의 순으로 중요하게 평가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

낮은 품질의 데이터가 기업의 효율적인 운영과 신속한 의사결정을 저해한다는 이슈가 제기되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 경영층의 지원과 경쟁력이 심화되고 있는 경영환경이 데이터 활용 품질관리 활동의 영향요인이 될 수 있는지, 해당 활동이 업무처리 또는 의사결정을 위한 데이터 활용을 촉진시킴으로써 고객 지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과 데이터 활용 품질관리는 데이터를 업무처리에 직접적 또는 의사결정에 활용하는데 긍정적인 영향요인이 될 수 있으며, 데이터 활용이 고객지향성에 간접적인 효과를 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 직접적인 매출 향상의 성과를 기대할 수 있을 것 같지 않다는 인식으로 데이터 품질관리의 중요성을 간과하는 기업의 경영자들에게 데이터 품질관리활동의 가치 및 경영층의 지원에 대한 실무적 함의를 제시하였다.

가축전염병 중 하나인 구제역의 경우 정보의 초동 대응 미흡 등으로 전국적으로 확산되는 피해를 초래하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해 국가에서는 가축이력에 대한 체계적인 관리를 마련하기 위하여 데이터를 구축하였으며, 2002년도부터 추진되어 현재 웹 기반의 가축전염병 발생 통계 시스템(AIMS)이 운영하고 있다. 이는 사용자가 원하는 기간에 해당 축종의 형태에 따른 질병을 선택하면 지역별로 가축전염병 발생 통계 현황이 텍스트 기반으로 제공하고 있다. 하지만 이 같은 경우 시각적으로 공간적인 위치정보를 즉각적으로 파악할 수 없기 때문에 정보를 효과적으로 전달하기 어렵고, 의사결정을 내리고자 할 때 사용자가 원하는 정보를 다차원적으로 지원하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 이 연구에서는 오픈소스 기반의 SOLAP(Spatial On-Line Analytical Processing) 기술을 적용하여 여러 형태의 데이터를 다각적인 방법으로 분석하고, 최종적으로 나온 결과를 공간정보와 통합하여 지도상에 시각적으로 전달되도록 표현하였다.

Content adaptation is an effective solution to support the quality of service over multimedia services over heterogeneous environments. This paper deals with the accuracy and the real-time requirement, two important issues in making decision on content adaptation. From our previous problem formulation, we propose an optimal algorithm and a fast approximation based on the Viterbi algorithm of dynamic programming. Through extensive experiments, we show that the proposed algorithms can enable accurate adaptation decisions, and especially they can support the real-time processing.

This study analyzes the Internet utilization pattern of customer by comprehensively investigating the previous studies on the behavior pattern of customer in terms of Internet business. Based on the analysis, this study develops research framework that supports strategic decision-making for resource allocation in Internet business. Such research framework would be helpful for providing the typology of Internet business model that can be specialized by each industry. As a result of the simulation analysis, it was found that the optimal resource allocation portfolio providing maximum profits to the Internet bookstore involves large-scale investment on delivery service and customer support service which are the key factors for post-purchase customer satisfaction, regardless of the growth pattern or size of Internet bookstore market. Consequently, from the above analysis, the investment ratio of resources for the profit maximization of Internet bookstore was drawn. Conclusively, based on the comprehensive examination of the results, this study provided a framework for dynamic resource allocation decision-making, and proposed a management strategy which allows consumers to shop under more favorable environment, and simultaneously enables the Internet bookstore to accomplish management objectives such as continuous growth and profit maximization.

최근 경제성장과 더불어 삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 야외활동이 증가되었으며, 야외활동의 진행여부 의사결정은 기상여건과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 현재 이러한 야외활동 의사결정은 기상청의 일기예보와 주관적인 경험에 의해 결정되어지고 있다. 따라서, 야외활동 의사결정을 위해 기상정보를 기반으로 객관적 근거를 제시할 수 있는 분석 방법이 필요하다. 논문에서는 데이터마이닝을 기반으로 기상정보를 분석하여 야외활동 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 기상정보 분석 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한, 프로야구 일정 히스토리와 자동기상관측장비의 관측 자료를 데이터마이닝의 분류 알고리즘을 적용하여 실험을 수행하고, 제안한 알고리즘의 향상된 성능을 검증하였다.

Recently, due to external environment like the changes in health policy and various healthcare accreditations, along with hospital's internal efforts to improve the quality of medical services, demands for the development of medical information systems are increasing. Some examples are clinical information like DUR (Drug Utilization Review), CVR (Critical Value Report), and automatic benefit processing by treatment purposes, or hospital DSS (Decision Support System) on overall medical practice. Such systems act as a guide in making clinic judgments during practice or in other medical practice, and their effects on the medical treatment improvements are being proven by previous studies. In the reality of increasing attention in the effects of medical treatment improvement, studies related to hospital DDS were mostly focused on clinical, technical, and engineering points of view, and studies focusing on the user viewpoint are very limited. In order to verify the effects of DSS on practice improvements and hospital's management performance, this study used a research model constructed to verify how SERVQUAL of hospital DSS affects hospital management performance in BSC (Balanced Score Card) point of view. To empirically verify the research model, a questionnaire was conducted on the basis of "K-University Hospital's DSS" on clinicians and hospital employees related to system development, and the relationships between the factors were analyzed through path analysis. As a result of path analysis, excluding reactivity, tangibility, confidence, reliability, empathy among service qualities, had partially significant effects on management performance factors (learning and growth, internal process, financial affairs). This study is to prepare the theoretical ground on the management performance analysis of hospital DSS, and suggest the service quality of the system that should be considered in the planning and development stages for improved system.

The development of science and technology oriented knowledge society accelerates the convergence between scientific theory and industrial technology and increases the complexity problem of social and economic sectors. These cause the difficulty of securing the reliability and objectivity of science and technology policy. These also are barriers of balanced evaluation between rational science and technology policy making, management, and policy coordination. In this regard, Advanced countries in science and technology develops policy support system and promotes the program of evidence-based SciSIP(Science of Science and Innovation policy) together. This paper introduces a new approach developing science service of science and technology policy utilizing business intelligence technology in Korea. Also, it proposes the integration method of policy knowledge base and component-based service supporting S&T policy decision-making process and introduces services case studies.
