급성장하는 디지털 경제 환경 속에서 NFT가 예술계 내에서 화제의 중심으로 부상하였다. 그러나 중국에서는 NFT 예술이 중국의 정치경제, 사회문화적 상황과 관련된 제약으로 인해 발전이 더딘 상황이다. 엄격한 관리 및 통제로 인해 암호 화폐의 유통이 제한되어 있고, NFT 예술에 대한 대중의 인식 및 수용 수준, 시장의 성숙도도 아직 낮은 편이다. 이러한 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문에서는 중국 미술 창작자와 시장 참여자가 중국 시장의 특성에 맞는 온라인 개인 미술 IP 모델을 구축할 수 있다고 전망하여 그 현황과 가능성을 모색한다.

부산시의 교외지역(김해시, 양산군)에 입지한 공업의 공간변화, 입지, 연계의 분석을 통하여 부산시 공업의 분산이 교외지역의 공업화에 미친 영향, 분산공업의 입지 및 연계 특성을 규명하였다. 부산시의 소규모 단일기업의 이전으로 인하여 1970년대 후반부터 본격적으로 진행된 교외지역의 공업화는 공업분포지역의 확산과 공업집적도의 증대 과정을 거치면서 주로 교통로를 따라 외향적으로 진행되었다. 부산시로부터 공업이 분산한 주요 요인은 기업정책과 용지이고 분산된 공업이 교외에 흡인된 주요 요인은 용지, 제품출하처, 교통이다. 이전 후 물자 운송, 노동력의 이동, 거래처와 접촉 때문에 기업의 연계가 크게 변화하였으며 원거리지역이 근거리지역보다 더 큰 변화를 보였다. 기업의 역외연계수준이 역내연계수준보다 높지만 거리에 따라 조락현상을 보인다. 도시내부로부터 공업분산이 교외화에 미치는 영향, 분산공업의 송출요인과 흡인요인, 연계 특성이 일반 대도시지역의 그것과 거의 일치한다.

본 연구는 성공적으로 제품 다양성을 증가시키기 위한 신제품 개발 조직의 특성을 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 플랫폼 및 파생제품 개발을 위한 조직의 구조적 특성을 개별적으로 고려하여, 제품군 (product family) 전체의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는, 조직 내 구성원 및 그룹간의 관계를 규정짓는 3가지 요인(분권화, 공식화, 전문화)과 함께, 개발 관련 조직 간 공간적 근접성 (spatial proximity)을 조직의 구조적 특성을 파악하는 요인으로 사용하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내 103개 제조업체로부터 수집한 설문응답 분석에 기초하였다. 조직 구조적 특성은 기업의 제품 다양성 정도와 신제품 개발 성과 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 본 연구결과는 기존 신제품 개발 조직 연구와 상반되는 몇 가지 결과를 보고 주고 있다. 제품 다양성을 증가시키는 기업에게 있어, 플랫폼 제품 개발 과정의 공식화 및 파생 제품 개발과정의 분권화는 제품군 전체의 성과를 향상시켜 준다. 본 연구는 개발 조직의 공간적 근접성이 성공적으로 제품 다양성을 증가시키는 데 중요한 조직요소라는 것을 증명하였다.

지방분권의 흐름에 맞춰 새 시대의 기록관리를 위해 기록 분권을 통한 기록관리 현장에서부터의 내재적 발전을 준비해야 할 시점이다. 중앙집중화되고 있는 기록관리체제를 극복하기 위해서는 더 많은 아카이브가 설립되어 자율적이고 분권적인 기록관리를 실현해야 한다. 본격적인 전자기록관리 환경으로의 변화에 따라 물리적인 이관을 전제로 한 처리과-기록관-영구기록물관리기관의 3단계 체제는 이관비용 및 업무효율 측면에서 그 적절성과 효율성이 재검토되어야 한다. 이에 따라 기록관은 기관 단위의 연속체적 기록관리 수행과 자율적인 기록관리업무 수행을 위해 기관 아카이브로의 기능을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구는 기록관리의 분권화와 정보거버넌스 지향의 차원에서 기록관이 기관의 아카이브로써 기능을 확장하도록 하는 가능성과 시사점을 몇 가지 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 또 이를 수행하기 위한 방법으로 기록관리기관 유형을 다각화하고 현용-준현용-비현용 기록관리를 통합적으로 수행하는 기록관의 기능이 어떻게 설계되어야 하는지 도출하였다. 각급 기관은 기관의 상황과 여건에 맞게 기록관을 설립하고 각 기록관 차원에서 정보거버넌스를 지향해야 하며 각급 기록관은 수평적인 네트워크를 구축하여 기록정보관리의 거버넌스를 수행하도록 해야 한다.

Korean agriculture now faces a historic challenge due to globalization and decentralization. Agricultural cooperatives should be reborn to lead regional agriculture by reorganizing the regional agri-business and strengthening the competitive power of regional agriculture. It also needs to establish an integrated agricultural development plan and to expand the vision for future agriculture. To pursue these objectives, Agricultural Cooperatives should work together with the regional government and develop an enterprise with a competitive advantage in the region.

In this paper, we consider the decentralized reduced-order H$_{\infty}$ controller for the general plant. Simplifying method is suggested for the general plant with the decentralized controller structure. When the controller is reconstructed for the original system, the decentralizability of the controller for the transformed system is generally destroyed with the older method. We solve this problem. Korean agricultural extension services faces a challange due to decentralization. In order to develop agricultural extension services the various aspects must be considered. Especially extension program planning in based on needs, concerns and problems of extension service's clientele. Program development keep in tune with local needs and problems. Programs should be based on a thorough analysis of facts relevant to a given situation.

The propulsive strategy of the 3rd five-year plan can be summarized into three parts; firstly, it is to divert from the technical approach, such as law reform, and to focus more on the culture in order to transform the perspectives of the employers and the employees. Secondly, it is to provide distinct policies for the areas prone to industrial accidents. Thirdly, the central government needs to seek decentralization and become a promoter of the strategy by abandoning its former restrictions, providing data about the strategy and building infrastructure.

This paper examines spatial of industrial restructuring in Korea during the period of 1983 to 1993. Changes in manufacturing location are analyzed using both descriptive and statistical methods. The results strongly suggest that industrial restructuring has brought about a new locational trend of decentralization toward formerly less industrialized regions away from traditional centers. With reduced disparities between core and peripheral regions, the new process of spatial restructuring provides an opportunity for more balanced territorial development in Korea.

This study aims at analyzing the characteristics and the mode of deconstructionism expressed in fashion design centering on review of literatures and precedent researches. Through the review of previous studies and various articles, three major features with regard to deconstructionism were found: indeterminacy of meaning, decentralization, and inter -textuality. In fashion, the feature of indeterminacy of meaning expressed by non formula way such as unfinished, layering, obi or straight line cutting and it was divided into unstructured and unorganized factors. The feature of decentralization expressed by disorganization of sex, race, culture and humanism such as trans-gender, third world costume, sub-culture, posthumanism. Last, the feature of inter-textuality expressed by employing the fashion texts more than two simultaneously such as mixture of unmatched or unusual various clothing items, fabrics, patterns and styles. Non formality features in fahsion which divided into unstructured and unconstructed factors. The decentering of meaning means that disorganized the existing concepts of sex, race, culture and humanism features in fashion which divided into cross-gender, subculture, and post-humanism. Lastly, the feature of inter-textuality means that employed the fashion text more than two which is classified into factors of mixing mode and mixed styles. Unstructured factors were expressed by destroying the design principles such as balance, harmony and unit in fashion. Unconstructed factors were expressed by ignoring the basic costume structures and components in fashion. Cross-gender was expressed by manish and duality style in fashion and 3rd world costume was expressed by folk costume style. Anti fashion was expressed by anti aesthetics in fashion such as kitch, punk, and hippie styles. Post-human was expressed by futurism and the 4th Sex style in fashion. Mixing mode were expressed by mixture of item, and unmatched materials and pattern in fashion. Mixture of style were expressed by mixture of pastiche expression of various styles.
