Characteristic Analysis and Dating Guidance of European High Heeled Shoes Design in the 18th Century (18세기 하이힐 디자인의 특성 및 연대추정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic analysis and to date guidance of European high heeled shoes in 18th century. The research was conducted by stylistic analysis of high heeled shoes from literature review and museums resource. 14 comparative study on shoe objects dating from 1600-1790 in the Museum at F.I.T., New York, Museum of Art, Boston and Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York were selected. The result of this study are as follows: (1) The origin and development of high heeled shoes were accomplished by protection, social status and exaggeration of body, decoration and fashion. (2) According to the comparative study of Museum objects and literature, characteristic analysis of high heeled shoes from 1700-20s, 1730-40s, 1750-60s, 1770-89 and 1890-1900 were accomplished. (3) Significant elements of European women's shoes from 18th century that aid dating are identified as the presence of white rand, shape of tongue, heel shape and height, latchat, toe shape, color and materials.

A Study on Physical and Psychological Violence in Dating among Male and Female Adolescents. (고교생의 이성교제 중 신체적, 심리적 폭력사용에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the dynamics of dating violence among male and female adolescents. Out of 1205 high school students. 90.6%(n=1092) was included for the final analysis. 120 students(11.9%) reported to have experienced physical violence with a dating partner at least once or more. The most frequently used forms of violence were pushing and grabbing. Both of aggressors and victims interpreted the violence as an expression of love and affection. Coping behavior of victims were quite passive, while aggressors tried to apologize and to make-up. Most of victims were angry about violence. while aggressors felt sorry for their behavior. 72.5% of respondents reported that the relationship remained unchanged or got better after the violence. while 26.7% answered their relationship was terminated or got worse. 157 respondents(14.4%) reported to have experienced psychological violence at least once or more. Shouting and insulting language or behavior were most frequently used. Coping behavior of victims was mostly negotiation and communication. Based on the findings of this study, suggestions were made in regard to student guidance and counseling for dating aggression.

  • The study, published in the 2007 revised curriculum of Practical Arts and Technology and Home Economics textbook(16 species) of the 'human development and family members' area of learning content elements were analyzed. This analysis was conducted in order to evaluate that the 2007 revised curriculum of Practical Arts(Technology and Home Economics) has been made well Articulations. The criteria of Articulations is "Development of learning content, Repeating, Gaps, Reduction. Content criterias is 'human development and family' area. These include "human development, human relationships, marriage and family life, caring for family members and family welfare" of the four criteria and 14 content elements. The results of this analysis, the first content elements is "process of human development, characteristics of human development, family relationships, communication, dating and partner selection, the significance of marriage and family, understanding the basic concepts of family, family change and family problem solving". There was no content elements. content element is 'friendship'. content elements is 'Characteristics of human development', 'understanding of sex and pregnancy and childbirth'. Thus, in the new curriculum, a review of these Articulations are required. Especially, the 'friendship' and 'understanding of sex and pregnancy and childbirth' of the content element should be noted in the curriculum configuration because of content elements be Analyzed as or . Also 'values about marriage change' importance in the low fertility society is a big learning content elements need repeating. However, textbooks should reflect differences in the configuration will hakgyogeupgan. Meanwhile, 'changes in values about marriage' that it is necessary to deal with the repeatedly because of recentely society is The low fertility society, However, for this content element based on the differences between school level to appear the contents of textbooks, the textbook screening process will be provided with the correct guidance.
