공공데이터 포털(data.go.kr)은 우리나라 공공데이터 검색과 활용을 위한 통합창구이다. 2021년 행정안전부는 개별 포털 정비방안을 수립한 바 있다. 개별 포털은 공공데이터 외 국내 공공기관들이 구축한 포털을 통칭하는 표현이다. 정비방안에 따라 공공데이터 포털 운영 주체인 한국지능정보사회진흥원은 공공데이터 포털과 개별 포털을 연계하기 위한 운영 및 데이터 연계방안 수립이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 공공데이터 포털, 미국, 영국, 프랑스 데이터 포털 운영현황과 데이터 연계방식을 조사하여 데이터 연계 시 상향식 방법 채택이 효율적임을 제안하였다. 또한, 연계 시 추진해야 하는 구체적인 절차를 데이터 연동 표준방식 결정, 메타데이터 현황분석, 운영 인프라 확충, 데이터 반입 확인, 서비스 개시 5단계로 나누어 제시하였다.

The objective of this research is to identify a web portal's specific functions and layouts that are aligned with personality trait of an individual internet user. This first stage of the overall research project intends to check whether the research instrument, namely the NEO Five Factors Inventory (NEO-FFI), is applicable to assess the personality traits of Thai internet users. Based on these personality traits, text-based description of functions/layouts of a web portal was developed and given to professional designers to mock up example web portal pages. These web portal pages were in alignment with individual personality traits. Rating data on the functions/layouts corresponding to individual personality traits were collected from an online survey of 207 Thai internet users. Results showed that respondents gave more consistent rating to the functions/layouts close to their individual personality traits identified in the text-based descriptions than in the mocked-up web portal pages.

The purpose of this paper is to present a low cost u-City portal development idea and to propose an exclusive system architecture using 3-D interface layers. 3-D interface layers consist of reused ideas of data from existed public data produced from GIS in order to reduce Produce Processes. 3-D interface layers implement a u-City portal systems that tags from physical spaces 1 ink to mobiles from ubiquitous networks between electronic spaces and physical spaces. Primary produce of this study exhibits an exclusive architecture of a u-City portal for speedy and low cost web 3-D interface layers and GIS data, and for implementation interface of 3-D types on USN of physical spaces. Secondary produce of this study represents that a 3-D u-City portal system has visualized speedy implementation characteristics for implementation of the application systems to execute an ubiquitous concept by returning electronic space to physical space, and to present the low cost 3-D u-City portal than an existed 3-D u-city development strategy. Therefore continuous expansion and study of the 3-D interface physical space under a 상황인지(Context Awareness)ubiquitous will appear the innovated u-City portal systems.

This research paper delved into the availability and utilization of library portal services for research in university libraries in Nigeria. Two research questions and two null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The study was carried out in Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and Felix Aghagbo Nwako Library, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Library (UNIZIK), Awka. A total of 70 professionals (librarians and system analysts) in these libraries supplied data for the study. Data collected was analyzed using mean and standard deviation. These were used to answer the research questions while the null hypotheses were tested using t-test statistic at 0.05 level of significance and 68 degree of freedom. Major findings showed that portal services available in the library showed that the areas of availability of library portal services in Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, U.N.N. includes Agriculture, Health Sciences, Engineering, Environmental Sciences and information about institution, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Natural Sciences. In Festus Aghagbo Nwako Library, Awka, the areas of Portal Library Services include Career Development, Federal Government Programs, Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Engineering, and Health Sciences. Findings on extent of utilization of portal services available in the libraries indicated that portal services are utilized to a low extent in the university libraries. Furthermore, librarians did not significantly differ in their opinions on the availability of library portal services and on the extent of utilization of library portal services in the libraries under study. It is therefore recommended that provisions should be made by the universities and library management to provide and update required portal services in addition to creating enabling environment for enhanced access and utilization of these services. The governments must make an effort to provide funds for policy implementation, necessary technology training for librarians and users, and develop general information infrastructure.

공간정보 포탈은 지리데이터와 정보에 대한 커뮤니케이션과 공유를 용이하게 해주는 발견창구(discovery gateway) 라고 할 수 있다. 대개 공간정보 포탈은 운영주체 목적 등에 따라 서로 다른 기능 서비스를 제공한다. 미국 아시아국가 유럽 등 해외 공간정보 포탈 동향 조사를 통해 공공데이터와 공간정보 데이터 플랫폼의 통합, API 기능 제공, 공유형 클라우드 인프라 중심으로 공간정보 포탈이 구축되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 궁극적으로, 본 연구는 국내외 공간정보 포탈의 동향분석 결과를 제시하여 공간정보 오픈플랫폼(브이월드)의 미래발전에 기여하고자 한다.

Mobile Internet interface needs to be concise and compressed because of the size of terminals Thus mobile internal service wants integrated portal service We study the service strategy for mobile internet portal Service according to the product life cycle Many Korean people who have used 'wired and fixed' Internet services and mobile phones want the mobile Internet portal to provide many attractive functions and high quality of service Thus we consider the current Korean mobile Internet service as the maturity phase of its life cycle The maturity phase needs the strategy of diversifying and focusing on, thus we recommend the hub portal model for Korean mobile Internet service, In this paper, we survey contents of mobile Internet portal service as a case study. With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

In digital marketing, means of public relations and marketing of enterprises are changing into marketing techniques of predictive analytics. A significant study can be carried out by an analysis of 'the patterns of customers' uses' using big data on major portal sites and SNSs and their correlation with related keywords. This study analyzes the origins of mythological characters in major brands such as Nike, Hermes, Versace, Canon and Starbucks. Also, it extracts related keywords and relevance using big data on portal sites and SNS and their correlation. Nike marketing that reminds people of 'the goddess of victory, Nike' formed a good combination of the brand with relevance. Most of them are based on Greek mythology and have rich materials for storytelling and artistic values in common. Hopefully, this case analysis of foreign brands would become a starting point of discovering the materials of the domestic mythological characters.

본 연구에서는 공공데이터포털에서 제공하는 교육관련 데이터를 검색하고 토픽모델링 기법을 활용한 분류를 통해 어떠한 데이터의 종류가 구축되어 있으며 활용이 가능한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 공공데이터포털의 데이터에 대하여 분류체계를 기준으로 교육분야의 파일데이터는 3,072건이 수집되었으며, 검색어를 활용하여 '교육'을 검색하여 나타난 파일데이터 2,361건으로 나타났다. 각각의 데이터셋에 대하여 불용어처리를 실시하고 데이터 전처리를 수행하여 LDA기반 토픽모델링을 활용하여 텍스트마이닝 분석을 실시하였다. 사전에 교육으로 분류된 데이터셋에서는 현재 재학중인 학교급별 학생을 대상으로 지원하는 프로그램과 정보에 대한 내용이 제공되고 있었다. 한편, 교육으로 검색하여 수집된 데이터셋에서는 장애인, 학부모, 노인, 아동 등 평생교육의 관점으로 제공되는 교육 프로그램 및 지원현황이라는 특징이 나타났다. 데이터과학기반의 의사결정 및 문제해결력을 기르기 위해 공공데이터포털이 제공하는 데이터에서 교육과정 및 내용이 충분히 제공되는 것도 좋은 기회가 될 것이다.

최근 공공데이터를 활용하는 이용자의 범위가 전문가부터 학생, 정부 관계자, 일반 시민까지 확대됨에 따라, 공공데이터포털의 역할도 변화하고 있다. 과거의 포털은 단순한 데이터 저장소(Data Repository)로서의 역할에 치우쳐 시민의 참여를 통한 데이터 활용을 높이는 데에는 다소 소홀하였다면, 현재는 이용자가 적극적으로 데이터를 활용할 수 있도록 이해·협업·공유 가치에 방점을 두는 추세이다. 이러한 사회적 흐름에 부응하기 위해 공공데이터 포털은 시민의 참여를 장려할 수 있는 이용자 중심의 서비스 개선 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공데이터포털에 시민참여를 위한 주요 기능을 규명하고 현재 운영 중인 공공데이터포털 이용자 서비스의 현황을 분석하여 그에 따른 개선방안 제시를 최종 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 문헌 조사를 통해 시민참여를 위해 포털 서비스에서 제공되고 있는 기능들을 조사하고 분류하여 이용자 서비스 유형을 도출한 후, 이를 기준으로 국내외 공공데이터포털 이용자 서비스 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 공공데이터포털이 제공하는 이용자 서비스의 문제점과 방향성에 대한 시사점을 도출한 후 시민참여를 위한 이용자 중심의 공공데이터 포털 서비스 개선방안을 제안하였다.
