It will be possible to solve some of the major issues in our society and economy with the emerging Big Data used across 21st century global digital economy. One of the main areas where big data can be quite useful is the medical and health area. IT technology is being used extensively in this area and expected to expand its application field further. However, there is still room for improvement in the usage of Big Data as it is difficult to search unstructured data contained in Big Data and collect statistics for them. This limits wider application of Big Data. Depending on data collection and analysis method, the results from a Big Data can be varied. Some of them could be positive or negative so that it is essential that Big Data should be handled adequately and appropriately adapting to a purpose. Therefore, a Big Data has been constructed in this study to applying Crawling technique for data mining and analyzed with R. Also, the data were visualized for easier recognition and this was effective in developing an individualized health plan from different angles.

전세계적으로 디지털 전환이 확산됨에 따라 유럽연합(EU)은 회원국 간의 포괄적인 데이터 보호 프레임워크를 구축하기 위해 GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation)을 시행하였다. GDPR의 헌법적 뿌리를 고려할 때, EU의 규제 접근법은 다른 데이터 보호 규정들과는 차이가 있다. GDPR은 데이터 보호에 대한 개인의 권리를 강화하였다. 하지만 개인의 데이터를 수집하고 처리하는 기업에 대한 몇 가지 의무 또한 도입하였다. 본 연구에서는 정책적 관점에서 프라이버시, 특히 GDPR에 관한 기존의 문헌을 고찰하였으며, 이를 통해 데이터 규제가 경쟁, 혁신, 마케팅 활동 및 국경을 초월한 데이터 흐름에 미치는 영향을 개략적으로 리뷰 하였다. 그리고 본 연구는 프라이버시와 GDPR이 시장에 미치는 영향 사이의 절충안을 강조한다.

공사감리문서는 프로젝트의 수행과정을 제3의 독립적인 위치에서 모니터링한 종합적인 점검의견이라는 주요한 비정형 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이와 같은 비정형 정보는 최근 분석방법론의 고도화에 따라 다양한 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 유의미한 자료로 평가받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건축공사의 최종 감리보고서 내 비정형 데이터를 대상으로 다양한 방법론을 활용하여 비용성과를 평가할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 세부적으로는 텍스트마이닝과 사회연결망분석을 통해 감리보고서 내 주요 키워드들을 도출하고, 해당 데이터들을 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석하여 비용성과를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 감리보고서 내 비정형 데이터를 이용하여 추정된 비용성과 예측 정확도는 약 73% 수준으로 높게 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 건설산업에서 발생되는 다양한 비정형 데이터의 분석을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

This study aims to provide strategic recommendations for promoting the development of the global satellite data services industry by analyzing the startup landscape. Based on the analysis of startup data, such as number of startups, market segment, and funding amount, we examined the paradigm shift in the global satellite data services market, particularly its convergence with other market segments. To this end, we derived the cumulative funding-convergence dynamics matrix, which classifies the converging areas into four quadrants by considering the growth rate of converging segments and the cumulative funding amount. In this way, we can specify converging areas in the satellite data services market that bear potential importance for the creation of new markets. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the advancement of the satellite data services industry and facilitate the exploration of new market opportunities. Furthermore, they can serve as a valuable reference for policy makers, industry stakeholders, government officials, and researchers involved in the satellite data services industry in capitalizing on the emerging space economy.

입목자산의 경제적 가치를 평가하기 위해서는 벌채수확을 비롯하여 조림 육림 등과 관련된 많은 투입요소들이 고려되어야만 한다. 특히 임가경제조사를 통한 입목자산가치의 평가를 위해서는 이러한 투입요소들을 지역별/수종별로 표준화하는 것이 요구되며, 따라서 좀더 효율적인 입목자산가치의 평가를 위해서는 각 투입요소들의 조사방법 및 표준화 기준 등을 구체화할 필요가 있다. 또한 지역별/수종별로 표준화된 투입요소들을 이용하여 실제로 입목자산의 가치를 산정하는 방법 및 절차에 대해서도 구체적인 지침을 마련할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 평가사례 및 연구문헌들을 토대로 투입요소들의 표준화를 위한 합리적인 대안을 제시하고, 표준화된 투입요소를 이용하여 실제로 입목자산을 평가하는 세부적인 업무내용 및 절차 등을 분석하였다. 분석된 결과들은 네 단계의 자료유형, 즉 시스템 흐름도(system flow chart), 프로세스 흐름도(process flow chart), 상세 흐름도(detail flow chart), 스키머 데이터(skimmer data)의 형태로 제시되었으며, 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 '입목자산가치 평가표'를 산출할 수 있는 프로그램(EnVAST)을 개발하여 임가경제조사에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

In Korea, many local university mathematics faculty knew that the institution faced serious student shortage problems and the restructuring and cut actions for such a mathematics major programs. In general, undergraduate mathematics education in korea is in the crisis. In general, lots of mathematics departments in korea was not prepared for such a severe risk. In this article, university mathematics education and research business are studied in the context of the size of korea-usa population, economy(such as GDP), SCI indices. Korea-usa university mathematics education profile data are presented to compare korea-usa university mathematics education business. Lots of precious data on mathematics education are being helped to prepare for the university mathematics education crisis.

Ulleungdo and Dokdo is special island to all Korean people, The purpose of this study is to collect, sorting, analysis and rearrangement the photo data. The data collected from the published books and new photos. The quantity of data is so big, that it is necessary to divide the volume to publishing the books. For example, aerial photos(including marine topography), the relief of surface, culture and history, urban and settlement, sightseeing and economy, maps and figure and etc. The effect of the study is clear to the civics and students about patriotic sentiment etc.

Currently, the nano economy threatens the mass economy. This is based on the internet business models. In the nano business models based on internet, the diversely personalized services are needed. Many researches of the personalization on the web have been studied. The web usage mining using click stream data is a tool for personalization model. In this paper, we propose an internet business model using evolutionary support vector machine and web response survey as a web usage mining. After analyzing click stream data for web usage mining, a personalized service model is constructed in our work. Also, using an approach of web response survey, we improve the performance of the customers' satisfaction. From the experimental results, we verify the performance of proposed model using two data sets from KDD Cup 2000 and our web server.

현재 건설공사 사후평가시스템 입력과정에서 자료가 오류 및 누락이 발생되는 경우가 많아 데이터의 신뢰성이 떨어지는 경우가 많다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 사후평가 결과분석의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 입력누락 및 입력오류에 대한 세부적인 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 건설사업 초기 단계일수록 자료의 미입력된 자료의 비중이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 분석된 등록오류로는 참고자료의 부정확, "원" 단위 오류, 입력항목에 대한 이해부족 등으로 나타났다.

Purpose - We investigate the relationship between economic policy uncertainty (EPU) of the US and China and housing distribution economy in Korea using EPU indexes of two countries and the economic indicators in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - We use the data such as the Korean housing price stability index (HPSI), housing purchase price index (HPPI), housing lease price index (HLPI), banking stock index (BSI), and consumer price index (CPI) with EPU indexes from January 1999 to December 2017. As an empirical methodology, we select the vector error correction model (VECM) due to the existence of cointegration. Result - As results of the impulse response function, the impact of the US EPU index has initially a negative response on the Korean HPSI, HPPI, and HLPI referring the housing distribution market including the economic variables, BSI, and CPI. Likewise, the impact of index in China has initially a negative response on economic indicators except the BSI in Korea. Conclusions - This study shows that the EPU index of the US has significantly negative relationships on all economic indicators in Korea. In this study, we reveal EPU of the US and China has dynamic impact on housing distribution economy returns in Korea.
