  • In this paper we investigate the theory of micropolar thermoelastic bodies whose micro-particles possess microtemperatures. We transform the mixed initial boundary value problem into a temporally evolutionary equation on a Hilbert space and after that we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution. We also approach the study of the continuous dependence of solution upon initial data and loads.

  • Tracking performance depends on the quantity of the measurement data. In the Kalman-Bucy filter and other trackers, this dependence is well understood in terms of the measurement noise covariance matrix, which specifies the uncertainty in the value of measurement inputs. In this paper, we derived approximated error covariance matrix to evaluate the dependence of target detection probability and false alarm probability in the presence of uncertainty of measurement origin.

  • The notion of the finite pairing interaction energy range Td is shown to result in a linear temperature dependence of the London magnetic penetration depth length, ${\Delta}{\lambda}{/\lambda}(0)=(T/Td)2/\pi)ln2$ at low T in the case of the s-wave pairing state, accounting for data of high Tc superconductor by Hardy et al.

  • The thickness dependence of stress voltage oxide currents has been measured in oxides with thicknesses between 10nm and 80nm. The oxide currents were shown to be composed of stress current and transient current. The stress current was caused by trap assited tunneling through the oxide. The transient current was caused by the tunneling charging and discharging of the trap in the interfaces. The stress current was used to estimate to the limitations on oxide thicknesses. The transient current was used to the data retention in memory devices.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Perception of self anp Clothing Interest, and to determine the difference of Clothing interest and Perception of self by the demographic variables. Perception of self was measured with Perception of self test from Choi's Perceptual Orientation Scale. Appearance, Clothing comfort, Fashion, Psychological dependence, Clothing economics were measured with items from Gurel's Study and Creekmore's for method of measuring clothing variables, items were drawn from preceding measures and, slightly modified. Data were affected from 305 purposively selectee! elderly women over sixty dwelling in Seoul by means of interview and questionnaire. For statistical analyses, frequency distribution, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple Range test, Pearson's Correlation coefficients were used. The results were as follows; 1. The three groups classified, by Perception of self were Positively Correlated to Appearance, Fashion and Psychological dependence. 2. There was partially significant difference between clothing interest and demographic variables. Education and socioeconomic status affected Psychological dependence. Demographic variables not affected Clothing comfort. 3. There was partially significant difference between Perception of self and demographic variables. Age, education, marital status and socioeconomic status affected Perception of Self. 4. There was partially significant relationships among subscales of the Clothing interest. Appearance was positively correlated to clothing comfort, Fashion and Psychological dependence, clothing comfort was positively correlated to Appearance, Psychological dependence. Fashion was positively correlated to Appearance, Clothing comfort and, Psychological dependence.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of using cellular phone dependence of middle school student based on Agnew's GST. A total of 2,151 questionnaires were used to Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)2010. Analytical methods of Structural Equation Model(SEM) was verified by AMOS 21.0 Ver. The results were the following. Firstly, The fit of definitive model was $X^2=1398.997$, df=144, GFI=.937, NNFI(TLI)=.902, CFI=.918, RMSEA=.061. Model was proper to verify the use of cellular phone dependence of adolescents. Secondly, The strain factors of middle school student presented statistically significant positive effect to make negative life satisfaction. Finally, The negative life satisfaction of middle school student presented statistically significant positive effect to the use of cellular phone dependence of middle school student. We need to provide as basic data for developing cellular phone dependence intervention programs.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether ego-resilience has mediating effects on the relationships between elementary school student's smartphone dependence and attention. This study was conducted on 326 5th grade elementary school students in Gimhae city, and SPSS 24.0 program was used for data analysis. The result of this study was as follows. First, elementary school students' smartphone dependence showed a significant negative correlation with ego-resilience. Second, the elementary school students' smartphone dependence showed a significant negative correlation with attention. Third, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of ego-resilience on the elementary school students' relationship with their smartphone dependence and attention, the ego-resilience has a partial mediating effect. Based on these results, suggestions were as follows: education for good use of smartphone, establishment and dissemination of family model related to smartphone use, and practical efforts and training to improve ego-resilience.

  • This study investigates the mediation effects of adult children's ambivalence for elderly parents in the relation of psychological well-being of middle aged children with dependence and the intrusiveness of elderly parents that examines the difference of mediation effects by children's gender. We collected data from 659 middle aged children of 40 to 59 years old who have living mother or father. The main findings are as follows. First, there were mediation effects of ambivalence for elderly parents in the relation between psychological well-being of middle aged children and dependency and intrusiveness of elderly parents. The perceived dependence and intrusiveness of elderly parents had a positive influence on the ambivalence of middle aged childen for their elderly parents. Ambivalence for elderly parents had a negative effect on the psychological well-being of middle aged children. In addition, the dependence and intrusiveness of elderly parents did not directly influence the psychological well-being of middle aged children. Second, the mediation effect of ambivalence for elderly parents indicated a gender difference of middle aged children. The dependence of elderly parents affected the ambivalence for elderly parents in the woman group and the intrusiveness of elderly parents only affected ambivalence for elderly parents in the man group. The results were discussed in terms of gender difference.

  • The severity of smartphone dependence among early adolescents, known as the most vulnerable group to smartphone addiction, is increasing. In this study, the factors affecting the smartphone dependence of early adolescents were analyzed by separating into elementary school and middle school students. For this purpose, the 1st data from Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(2018) was used. The subjects of the study were 2,607 4th grade from elementary school and 2,590 1st grade from middle school. Factors that affect to smartphone dependence of both elementary and middle school students in common were gender, self-esteem, aggression, time spent with parents, and negative parenting attitude. On the other hand, region(city size), economic level, health status, school life satisfaction, and relationship with teachers were significant in the smartphone dependence of elementary school students, but not in middle school students. In middle school students, positive parenting attitudes were significant. Based on the results of the analysis, implications for policy establishment and social service provision were drawn to encourage the proper use of the by early youth.
