Objectives : In the acupuncture treatment of Korean Medicine, the Tonifying or Purging depending on how many times the needle is rotated has been used widely. However, there is little evidence about the optimal number of rotation. This study, therefore, was aimed to investigate the optimal number of rotation. Methods : Heart rate variation was measured before and after exercise in 20 healthy adults. Acupuncture was performed at PC6 immediately after exercise according to the protocol of each group without remaining. Pre-exercise and post-exercise measurements were compared and the rotation number that produced statistically significant difference was investigated. Results : Significant differences were found in the heart rate variation and R-R interval Average, between non-rotation group (control) and both of 15 times rotation group of tonifying and 6 times rotation group of purging. Conclusions : Significantly effective number of rotation in the effect of PC6 on the HR and RRAv was 15 times in the tonifying and 6 in the purging respectively.

Objectives : This study was designed to find out the effect of seven acupoints of stroke in cerebrovascular hemiplegia patients. Methods : This study was performed on 6 patients with cerebrovascular hemiplegia (test group) and 6 health persons(control group). We measured temperature of skin surface of test and control group using digital infrared thermographic imaging(D.I.T.I) after acupunture on seven acupoints of stroke. And we calculated difference of skin temperature between healthful and affected side for each groups. Results : There was significant difference in area 3 in both two groups between before and after acupuncture. But in general there Was no significant difference between two groups on thermographic change. Conclusions : This is pilot study, so further studies are required to find out the effect of seven acupoints of stroke in cerebrovascular hemiplegia patients.

This study concerns the present possession of CT and MRI machines in Daegu and the technologists' awareness of Quality Control. the study was conducted by visiting forty medical institutions as well as a survey. The survey was carried out by technologists responsible for CT and MRI. CT and MRI machines have only been used in medical institutions in Daegu for a short period. The study revealed that most of them have been acquired by those institutions recently. Most of the technologists who participated in the study are aware of the (prescribed) Quality Control measures and conduct regular inspections in accordance with the quality control chart, however some of them do not.

본 연구는 대구광역시 남구 대명동 앞산공원 일대 관속식물을 연구하기 위해 수행되었다. 2018년 4월 13일부터 2019년 9월 17일까지 총 38회에 걸쳐 조사를 수행하였고, 확인한 관속식물은 109과 338속 523종 65변종 10품종 5아종 5교잡종 3재배품종을 포함하여 총 611분류군을 확인하였다. 이 중 산림청 국립수목원 지정 희귀식물은 28분류군(멸종위기종(CR) 왕벚나무(식재), 위기종(EN) 깽깽이풀 등 4분류군, 취약종(VU) 멱쇠채 등 8분류군, 약관심종(LC) 측백나무 등 11분류군 및 자료부족종(DD) 김의털아재비 등 4분류군), 국립수목원 지정 특산식물은 좀비비추, 노랑갈퀴, 산앵도나무 등 12분류군, 식물구계학적 특정식물은 67분류군(V등급 깽깽이풀과 왕벚나무 2분류군, IV등근 비술나무 등 4분류군, III등급 음양고비 등 16분류군, II등급 큰참나물 등 3분류군, I등급 거미고사리 등 42분류군), 귀화식물은 오리새 등 42분류군을 확인하였다. 도시화지수 및 귀화율은 각각 13.08%, 6.89%로 나타났으며 이는 우리나라 평균 귀화율보다 다소 낮은 수치이다. 선행연구와의 목록 비교 결과 210분류군을 추가적으로 확인하였다. 이는 약 30년간 연구대상지의 선행연구가 이루어지지 않았다는 점과 그간 식물의 오동정, 다양한 식물의 유입 및 사람들의 왕래가 잦아짐에 따른 귀화식물의 유입 등 다양한 요인으로 판단된다. 아울러 1,000만명 이상이 이용하는 앞산공원 일대 주요 희귀식물의 서식처를 보호할 수 있는 방안이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Compared to the indium zinc oxide (IZO) film fabricated by micro-powder target, the IZO film with nano-powder target exhibited improved optoelectronic properties of wide bandgap, high transmittance, surface uniformity, and low sheet resistance due to the high film density.

본 연구에서는 온도와 습도 데이터를 수집하여 주택의 실내 온습도를 제어하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 IoT 기반이 되는 아두이노와 센서들을 활용하여 수집한 데이터를 에이전트 서버에 저장 관리한다. 에이전트 서버는 저장된 데이터를 기반으로 하여 주택의 실내 온습도를 제어하여 쾌적한 주거 환경을 제공한다.

사람들이 생활하는 공간 내에서 쾌적함을 유지하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해서 본 시스템은 각 위치별 온도 정보를 측정하고 이 정보를 활용하여 각 위치별 온도 차이를 줄이기 위한 기기 설치 등에 활용할 수 있게 하는 것을 목표함으로써 공간 내의 쾌적함을 유지 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 시스템이다.
