  • Channel characteristics-based secret key generation is an effective physical-layer security method. The issues of how to remove the effect of random noise and to balance the key generation rate (KGR) and the bit mismatch rate (BMR) are needed to be addressed. In this paper, to reduce the effect of random noise and extract more secret bits, a new quantization scheme with high key generation rate and low bit mismatch rate is proposed. In our proposed scheme, we try to use all measurements and correct the differences caused by noise at the boundary regions instead of simply dropping them. We evaluate and discuss the improvements of our proposed scheme. The results show that our proposed scheme achieves lower bit mismatch rate as well as remaining high key generation rate.

  • On increasing a computer network, internet usage, it has been created for Electronic Commerce to place a cyberspace. This cyberspace is limited to apply for contemporary usage and law because it have distinct characters now. Therefore, it is predicted that dispute will be happened in these cyberspaces. This article examines the disputes cases related the computer network intermediary's liability and studies a reasonable improvement ways for developing Electronic Commerce. It has been limited to apply the usage and law the network which can be happened a dispute and has not involved usage and law using computer network yet. Therefore, we should make a self-regulation each other who use network and improved the usage and law involved the network through these methods. We should also establish Alternative Dispute Resolution and try to settle dispute in the cyberspace

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the planning of adolescents preferred space, and fur the purpose of the study analyzed the spaces made by them in the web site where 3-dimension space manipulating is possible and captured their consciousness of space. The study was to interview 60 adolescents in the web-site by video chatting and observation by video ethnography. The results are as follows. 1) Three-dimension space is where adolescents express their present preference for spaces of residence, leisure and outer activities, and where they reveal their desire to be realized in the future. 2) Adolescents foster friendship in the cyberspace, where they meet friends and enjoy talking and share their desire for space creation which is hardly come true in reality. 3) It is possible to grasp their latent preference of space, and actualization of the cyber preference would give them more satisfaction.

  • The Amazon fires in summer 2019 triggered an incendiary Twitter debate between French president Emmanuel Macron and Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro that engaged political leaders, celebrities, and audiences worldwide. Currently, diplomats-in-chief connect to the global public through completely open debates, often without proper advice from foreign-affairs ministers, which may result in misunderstandings and conflicts among world leaders. Hence, this study argues that these interactions must be supported by Nicholas Cull's seven lessons in public diplomacy. The main topic on hand is presidential public diplomacy performed through digital means in cyberspace. Thus, after distinguishing cyberspace, digital diplomacy, and cyberdiplomacy, the literature review focuses on presidential public diplomacy, presidential diplomacy on Twitter, and Cull's seven lessons. Subsequently, the case study method provides a snapshot of the debate between Macron and Bolsonaro over the Amazon fires. This study concludes by answering the research question and indicating grist for the mill with regard to future developments.

  • The deviant behaviors on cyberspace in Korea are increased recently because of the unbalanced development between the social ethics and the technological improvement on information and communication technology. To overcome this, educations on information and communication ethics are executed in school. However most of the educations is to deliver the knowledge on the disfunction of informationization and rules of netiquette without the analysis of the psychological characteristics on the cyberspace. Therefore, educations on information and communication ethics, in which the changes of social behaviors and value attitude are essential, is ineffective by making the students as passive and enervated users. In this research, we developed a teaching-learning model for cultivating consciousness of information and communication ethics by the establishment of ego identity on cyberspace and then proved the effectiveness by the experiment in school. Students can raise their abilities on active dealing with the given situation and context according to this teaching-learning model.
