The purpose of this study is to analysis web sites which relate to housing environment on Internet and to suggest guidelines which are needed in digital life. Data are in 53 web sites searched by housing environmental word such as people, living, town and so on. The web sites are analyzed by key words. The results of this study were as follow: The web sites are divided into e-housing community, e-housing management, e-housing workplace and e-housing design. These are the digital life of new type. E-housing community sitess key words are 3D virtual world, chatting, information, service, community etc. E-housing community is related to making new wired community cross time and space. E-housing management sitess key words are guard management, apartment management, building management etc. E-housing management sites provide the useful information of housing management. E-housing workplace sitess key words are virtual office. conference etc. E-housing workplace sites enable us to work in cyberspace. E-housing design sitess key words are design, interior, furniture etc. E-housing design sites provide marketing, consulting and designing in relation to the house. The web life style on cyberspace is common and makes many changes happen in house life and environment.

If we look closely to the power shift of the powerful countries historically. during the 16th century Spain's power came from gold, colony trade, the mercenary force, close relation with the thrown, 17th century Netherlands owes their power to trade, capital market, the marines, 18th century France owes it to population, agriculture, public administration, and the army. Also, England had their industry, political unity, finance and trust, the marines, liberalistic principles, a geographical merit of being an island which can be defended well and the 20th century America has their cosmopolitan culture, supernational communication, the capacity of the economy, science technology, military strength, alliances, liberalism international formation. But in the 21st century culture and art will prevail over the information age where technology and knowledge was the key, and it is predicted that this will be the source of power for a strong country. Rolfe Yesson, the head of The Copenhagen Research Center for future studies said, "Information age has ended and in the future Dream Society will arrive which focuses on making distinctions by delivering dreams and emotions to consumers". As cyberspace gradually substitutes reality, cyberspace has become more than an information search engine and has become a place where people fulfill their desires and exchange culture. And as a medium for diffusing culture, the importance of the digital dress-up avatar is predicted to increase gradually.gradually.

여성전용사이트는 정보통신의 발달과 여성중심으로 특징지어지는 여성문화의 결합으로, 그 수적인 증가와 내용의 변화는 우리 사회에도 커다란 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 정보사회에서의 인터넷과 사이버공간, 그리고 여성문화에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 여성전용사이트에 대한 이론적 기반을 구축하고, 우리나라 여성인터넷 사용자와 여성전용사이트의 현황을 살펴보며, 여성전용사이트를 여성포탈사이트, 여성커뮤니티사이트, 여성전문사이트, 여성교육사이트로 구분하여 대표적인 여성전용사이트들을 비교$\cdot$분석하고, 그 분석을 기초로 여성사이트의 문제점과 활성화 방안을 찾아봄으로써 인터넷과 사이버공간 그리고 여성 문화에 대한 이해증진에 일조함에 그 목적이 있다.

Cyber defamation is the act of damaging the reputation of the other person on the Internet, and the act of attacking by the commenting the article through a word or blog. The reason why punishment is stronger than general contempt is that the nature of crime about defamation is worse than contempt. Also, punishment intensity is higher than defamation because the nature of cyber information spreads widely. Honor is not only a question of self-esteem or identity, but also a function that economically reduces the cost of seeking information or socially trustworthy. Through these two functions, it has been developed as a legal system to protect the honor as well as asking the legal sanction for defamation. However, although honor is used in various meanings in everyday life, the honor of legal level is understood in a more limited sense. It is because the law cannot actively lead and protect all honor feelings for one's feelings or mood occurred by hurt. However, if the social evaluation of a group or individual is undermined through a certain distortion of the truth, the law will actively intervene. However, due to the ambiguity of the legal sanctions standards and the identification of the parties involved in the defamation of cyberspace, it was difficult to solve the problems related to defamation in fact. Therefore, this paper will try to find out the problems of civil legal remedy due to the cyber defamation, and seek a solution for civil legal remedy.

Electronic Commerce is the new type of business transaction, which sells and advertises the products and services by using the Internet, which is used by more than 500,000,000 people in the worldwide and is spread rapidly to the world. There are no limitations in cyberspace, for example, time, space, and country boundary because every business can be processed in this cyberspace. The use of modern means of communication such as electronic mail and electronic data interchange for the conduct of international trade transactions has been increasing rapidly and is expected to develop further as technical supports such as information highways and the Internet become more widely accessible. However, the communication of legally significant information in the form of paperless messages may be hindered by legal obstacles to the use of such messages, or by uncertainty as to their legal effect or validity. This obstacles pose many difficulties for conducting EC through Internet. The purpose of this thesis is to suggest several issues to be taken into consideration in conducting EC in near future. For this purpose, the article will first take up subjects of what is the present state of EC, what are the legal issues emerging therefrom.

본 논문에서는 제작비용이 저렴하면서도 학습자와 교수자간의 상호작용을 극대화하여 웹 상에서 효과적인 학습이 일어날 수 있도록 하는 가상전기전자실험실을 자바 애플릿을 이용하여 구현하는 방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 가상실험실은 크게 실험원리학습실, 모의실험학습실, 자바가상실험학습실 및 가상실험실 관리 및 평가시스템으로 구성되어 있어 학습자로 하여금 흥미를 유발하여 전기전자실험을 간단한 마우스 조작만으로 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 효율적인 전기전자 가상실험실 구현을 위해 제시된 방안은 수많은 방법중의 하나로써 향후 많은 수정과 보완이 이루어지리라 기대하며 제안된 방안은 공학분야뿐만 아니라 자연과학분야에까지 확대적용이 가능하여 기존의 교육시스템에서 발생되는 문제를 상당부분 보완할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The Purpose of this study was to review the effects of the cyberspace mentality on fashion as a visible symbol of feminity and to analyze terms of its aesthetic values. As for the research methodology, relevant theories across cultures and disciplines are reviewed and an experimental study is conducted to explore spiritual objectives in cyberspace. Then, major issues facing the digital society. symbolized in the computer networks, are reviewed in terms of feminine identity and physical beauty from a feminist＇s viewpoint. Lastly, the aesthetic values found in the spatial meditation of a new dimension (reality versus virtuality) is comparatively analyzed. The virual reality technology and bio-medical technology are combined to be represented in fashion to create a more realistic virtual world than the real one. Such a world may well be characterized by virtuality, artificiality, masquerade, and fantasy. The intrinsic values which are revealed as psychiatrical or psychological implicated values featuring virtual or artificial implications may well be characterized by distopia, hyper, hybridity and Sur Reality.

In recent years, the number of digital content transaction has increased dramatically, in main, owing to the innovation of IT technology. At the same time, it creates new problems which have never been found in traditional transactions. Especially, due to the easy-copy characteristics of digital content, the illegal usage of digital content proliferates. Also the conflicts between seller an d buyer in digital content transactions on cyberspace market take place frequently because contracts were made without face-to-face discussion. The increase of illegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyberspace. Digital content transaction authentication system would play an important role in creating sound digital content market. Especially, it would make big contribution to reducing the number of conflict between seller and buyer. In this context, the main objective of this study is to suggest operational model of digital content transaction authentication and to explain critical success factors in organizing digital content transaction authentication system.

Information and communications technologies are affecting an economic and social transformation of all countries. Without exception international commercial dispute resolution systems are faced with change its mechanism to online technology. Dispute parties can seek redress through arbitration other than litigation or mediation. Traditional dispute resolutions do not match the cyber trade environment which is basically pursuit the speed and efficiency in cyberspace. Arbitration other than resolution methods have been considered to be match with the online environment which is including party autonomy, speed and internationally accepted and binding awards. Traditional arbitration, however is lack of time and different physical location relating all parties. So we now think cyberspace as for the resolving place which is online arbitration. Even the parties exist in different space and time they may meet in the same time and space without moving or trips. Nowadays there are many online arbitration service provider serving the resolution of dispute arising with online transaction. In this paper we study the tendency for online arbitration, the recognize uncertain matters and avoiding programs its matters when use the online arbitration between disputing parties under cyber trade environment.

While the Internet has been used to galvanise people for the collective good, many have voiced concerns over the noise and vitriol present online and polarisation. In Singapore where the government regulates traditional mainstream media such as print and broadcast, the online space has been described as a "Wild Wild West" rife with rumours, untruths and misinformation. Such developments do not only exert a potential negative effect on the deliberative nature of public discourse but also skew bias towards the online space, affecting the ability of online users to communicate with authority and power. This study seeks to examine the rationality of the cyberspace through using a new "rationality" framework to analyse political discourse online. Comprising objectivity, emotionality and partisanship, the rationality framework was applied to a content analysis of 197 blogs with political content in 2014. The analysis indicated that the online political space was not the Wild Wild West that it was touted to be with significant levels of objectivity and non-partisanship. There was a stark absence of emotional discourse, and relationships were observed between bloggers' anonymity and rationality. Cognisant of academia's and policymakers' interest on the quality and effects of online discourse, the proposed analytical framework and the study findings hold implications for both developed and developing countries.
