임도(林道) 절토사면(切土斜面)의 붕괴위험(崩壞危險) 예측(豫測)에 관한 연구 (The Prediction of Cutting Slope Failure of Forest Road)

  • 본 연구는 집중호우로 인하여 임도사면 붕괴가 발생한 강원도 춘천시 지역의 5개 임도(백양임도, 변가터임도, 사오랑임도, 부귀임도, 당림임도)를 대상으로 수량화이론(II)에 의한 절토사면의 붕괴위험 예측에 관하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 임도 절토사면 붕괴는 주로 절토부 구조적인 요인과 식생, 지형적인 요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 편상관계수(partial correlation coefficient) 및 범위(range) 값에 의한 절토사면의 붕괴예측 결과는 절토길이 8m이상, 토심이 2.5m이상, 산지경사 $30^{\circ}{\sim}50^{\circ}$사이, 절토피복율이 무식생인 경우, 절토경사 $60^{\circ}$ 이상에서 붕괴위험도가 높게 나타났으며, 판별적중율은 90.1%이었다.

고속가공용 엔드밀 형상변화에 따른 가공성 평가 (Machinability Evaluation according to Variation of Endmill Shape for High Speed Machining)

  • The technique of high speed machining is widely studied in machining fields, because the high efficiency and accuracy in machining can be obtained in high speed machining. Unfortunately the development of tool fur high speed machining in not close behind that of machine tool. In this study, 10 types flat endmill is prepared for obtaining data according to tool shape. Especially, we concentrated in helix angle, number of cutting edge and rake angle. Cutting condition is selected for several experiments and measuring cutting farce, tool life, tool wear and chip shape according to cutting length. 3-axis cutting farces are acquired from the tool dynamometer with high natural frequency, as the conventional tool dynamometer (9257B, Kistler) has cannot measure the state of high frequency force. Particularly, we found out that the axial cutting force waveform has a good relation with tool wear features. And flow is interrupted at the beginning of cutting by the decrease of rake angle. By above results. it is suggested the endmill tool with 45$^{\circ}$helix angle, 6 cutting edge and -15$^{\circ}$rake angle is suitable for high speed machining.

김치용 도마의 새로운 형태 (A new Type of the Doma (Cutting Board) for Kimchi)

  • 본 김치용 도마는 현재 널리 쓰이고 있는 일반 도마를 이용하여 김치와 같이 국물이 많은 식품을 절단 할 때 국물이 유출되므로써 야기되는 오염을 최소화 할 목적으로 제작된 도마이다. 이 도마의 기능적 특징은 절단시 유출된 국물이 사방으로 흐르지 않고 일차적으로 세로 경사면을 따라 흐른 다음 이차적으로 가로 경사골을 따라 국물이 김치 그릇에 흘러 내리게 되어 있어서 김치도마의 오염 넓이가 작게됨은 물론 작업테이블 및 작업장 바닥에 오염을 발생시키지 않고, 김치 그릇에 모아 떨어지게 하는 기능성을 갖인 2차원적 흐름기능을 발휘한다. 또한 본 김치용 도마는 일반적인 평면 도마에 비하여 모양이 둥근 식품이 둥굴어 떨어짐 방지기능이 있고, 사용 후 건조 속도가 빨라 위생적이며, 또한 계량적으로 식품을 절단 할 수 있음은 물론 절단시 손을 배는 위험을 적게하는 기능성이 있다. 따라서 본 도마는 김치 문화의 세계화에서 김치의 바람직한 동반자가 될 것으로 생각된다.

  • 대마의 효율적인 순계 보존 및 번식(증식)의 기초자료를 얻고자 삽수의 채취부위, 채취시기, 삽수의 길이 및 저장기간 등에 따른 활착 비율의 변이를 조사한 시험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1 삽수 채취 부위에 따른 활착율의 변이를 보면 채취시기의 조만에 관계없이 신초 나 측지의 삽수가 줄기 삽수보다 높았다. 2.삽수 채취 시기에 따른 활착율의 변이를 보면 저장 기간의 장단에 관계없이 7월 5일(수확적기)이나 7월 10일(수확적기 5일 후)의 삽수가 7월 15일(수확적기 10일 후) 삽수보다 높았다. 3.삽수 길이에 따른 활착율의 변이를 보면 채취부위의 선택에 관계없이 loom의 삽수가 5cm나 15cm의 삽수보다 높았다.

CNC 자동선반을 이용한 SCM415강의 소형 깊은 내경홀 가공 특성 연구 (A Study on the Machining Characteristics of SCM415 Steel with Small Deep Inner Diameter Holes Using CNC Automatic Lathes)

  • Small-scale production is increasing, and the manufacturing industry is gradually changing into a smart manufacturing industry. Therefore, research on securing optimal cutting conditions for factors affecting machining precision during cutting is very important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to After machining the inner diameter hole of SCM415 steel with a cermet tool on a CNC automatic lathe, the surface roughness, dimensional accuracy, and dimensional straightness are measured according to the feed rate to analyze the machining characteristics and suggest optimal cutting conditions. The test material was cut using a cermet tool for secondary cutting after a round bar with a diameter of 20 mm was mounted on a CNC automatic lathe. The cutting length was fixed at 0.5 mm, and the cutting speed was fixed at 3200 rpm. When the feed rate was changed to 0.05, 0.1, and 0.15 mm/rev, the respective surface roughness during the 15th test was measured. Consequently, The lower the feed rate, the better is the surface roughness. In addition, the optimum cutting conditions for SCM415 steel were observed to be the most ideal cutting conditions than the condition of 0.05 mm/rev at a cutting speed of 3,200 rpm and a feed rate of 0.1 mm/rev.

자유곡면 절삭을 위한 경제적인 CL 데이타 계산 (Calculation of Economic CL Data for Sculptured Surface Machining)

  • This paper describes a procedure of generating economic cutter-location(CL) data for the machining of sculptured surfaces on a multi-axis NC milling machine. Measures of economy are the machining time (cutter move distance) and the length of NC tape (number of CL data points). The presented procedure minimizes both the number of CL data and the total distance of cutter moves, for a given cutter (spherical end-mill) size and parameteric cutting direction, while satisfying given tolerance requirements. The procedure has been implemented in FORTRAN for a smooth composite Bezier surface. The maximum allowable cutter size is calculated by the program so that a user can choose a cutter size. CL data can be generated in both parametric directions u and v. Experimental results show that there are significant differences between the parametric directions, and that cutter size should be as large as possible in order to minimize the cutting time and NC tape length.

  • This paper presents a new method of tool path optimization. A NC verification model based Z-map was utilized to obtain chip load in feed per tooth. This developed software can regenerate a NC program from cutting condition and the NC program that was generated in CAM. The regenerated NC program has not only all same data of the ex-NC program but also the new feed rates in every block. The new NC data can reduce the cutting time and manufacture precision dies with the same chip load in feed per tooth. This method can also prevent tool chipping and make constant tool wear. This paper considered the effects of acceleration and deceleration in feed rate change.

  • This experiment was carried out in order to know the changes in dry matter production of the 2nd cutting by the times of established pasture and its relation with morphological and structural characters of orchardgrass sward. Experimental pasture was established by the times of year, from 1 year to 7 year, 1986 through 1980, alternately. The results were summarizedas follows: 1. The population density of the 2nd cutting was extremely decreased by the times of established year. 2. The dry weight of $plantsW)$ was positively significant correlations with plant length(PL), number of tillers per plant (NT/pl.) and the dry weight of plant(DW/pl.). 3. The highest value of the dry weight of plants(DW) was obtained at 7 year old pasture. 4. The pasture productivity of 7 year old pasture was resulted by the increases of regrowth capacity, yield components and structural characters of the 2nd cutting. 5 . Relationship between morphological and structural characters concerned vegetational structure of the 2nd cutting were changeable year by year.
