감정인식 기능의 스마트폰을 통한 양방향 방송서비스 (Interactive Broadcasting Service using Smart-phone with Emotional Recognition)

  • 최근 스마트폰의 감정인식 기술과 멀티미디어 기술의 발전은 전통적인 방송방식의 새로운 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기존 지상파방송사업자 중심의 단방향 방송은 인터넷, 모바일 그리고 스마트 TV의 결합으로 시청자 중심의 감성방송을 제공하는 양방향 방송매체로의 변환이 불가피하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 사용자의 감정(슬픔, 분노, 우울)을 측정할 수 있는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 개발하고 스마트 TV와 융합함으로써 함께 시청하는 사용자 그룹간의 감성적인 상호 유대감을 높이는 서비스를 제공한다. 만약 사용자 그룹 중에 우울증에 빠진 친구가 있다면, 감정인식 기반의 스마트폰과 TV와의 융합을 통해 시청중인 방송에 초대하여 친구 아바타(이모티콘)의 표정을 보면서 진솔한 대화를 나눔으로써 인간적인 위로를 줄 수 있다. 제안하는 스마트폰 연동의 감성방송 서비스를 통해 외로움과 우울증으로 고통 받는 친구에게 인간적인 유대감과 행복감을 제공함으로써 개인의 극단적인 결정으로부터 구출할 수 있다. 추가적으로, 제안하는 양방향 방송서비스는 시청자의 감성에 따른 프로그램 추천서비스, 감성조명 서비스를 통한 실재감 극대화 및 시청자의 기분을 활용한 홈쇼핑 서비스로 확장이 가능하다.

AI 활용 역량 강화 교육 프로그램이 중등 과학 예비교사들의 AI 이해, AI 효능감 및 AI 활용에 대한 인식 개선에 미친 효과 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of the AI Utilization Competency Enhancement Education Program on AI Understanding, AI Efficacy, and AI Utilization Perception Improvement among Pre-service Secondary Science Teachers)

  • 이 연구에서는 중등 과학 예비교사들의 AI 활용 역량 강화를 위하여, 구글의 티쳐블머신을 활용하여 예비교사들이 'AI 기반 분자구조 맞춤형 학습 지원 도구'를 직접 생성해 보는 프로젝트 활동을 개발 및 적용하였다. 이를 위하여, 충청북도 소재 H 대학교 화학교육과에 재학 중인 3학년 예비교사 26명을 대상으로 비교과 활동 시간에 개발된 프로그램을 14차시 동안 적용하였고, 'AI의 작동 원리 이해', '과학 수업에서 AI 활용에 대한 효능감', '과학 수업에서 AI 활용 방안'에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 예비교사들에게 머신러닝에 대한 AI 기술의 작동 원리를 기초적 수준에서 이해시키고, 그 사용법을 익히는 데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 과학 수업에서 AI 활용에 대한 예비교사들의 효능감을 높이는 데에도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 예비교사들은 학생들의 과학 개념 이해를 도울 수 있는 새로운 교수학습 전략이자 도구로서 AI 기술의 활용 방안 측면을 인식한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 기초적 수준에서 예비교사들의 AI 활용 역량 강화 및 인식 개선 등에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 대한 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

보건소 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업 관절염 사례관리 효과 (The Effects of a Case Management Program of Customized Home Visiting Health Service for Clients with Arthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of a case management program on range of motion, pain, depression and self efficacy in community-dwelling older women with knee arthritis. Methods: The research design was one-group pre and post-test design with 40 participants with knee arthritis who agreed to participate in the 12-week case management program. Data were collected four times, before and after 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Results: Repeated measures ANOVA revealed significant differences between before and after the service in range of motion, pain, depression and self efficacy. Significant improvements from the baseline to 4 weeks after the service were observed in the measurements of range of motion, pain, depression and self efficacy. There were no significant differences in range of motion, pain and depression between 4 and 12 weeks after the services. Conclusion: This study represents the first effort showing that a case management program can have positive outcomes on range of motion, pain, depression and self efficacy for older women with knee arthritis. More research using a control group pre-post test design considering time lapse is needed in order to examine more accurately the effects of case management programs for knee arthritis.

초보자 프로그래밍 개발을 위한 e-Learning 콘텐츠 개발 (Development of the e-Learning Contents for the First Programming Course)

  • 무선 이동통신 기술과 하드웨어 기술 등의 발전과 멀티미디어 처리기술의 발전에 따라 개인 맞춤형 e-Learning서비스가 필요하다. 특히 처음 프로그래밍을 접하는 학습자에게 개인 맞춤형 e-러닝 콘텐츠는 반드시 필요하다. 즉 프로그램 개발 능력을 학습하기 위해 많은 반복적인 실습이 요구되며, 학습자 개인에 따라 다양한 학습 효과를 보여주기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍을 처음 배우는 학습자에게 적합한 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 가능하게 하면서, 프로그래밍이 수행되는 과정을 시뮬레이션 형태로 보여주어 학습 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 e-러닝 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

요양병원 노인환자의 구강건강상태와 구강건강관리 요구도 (Oral health status and care needs of elderly patients in long-term care hospital)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify oral health status and oral health care needs of elderly patients in long-term care hospital. Methods: Oral health examination was carried out by a dentist and questionnaire was completed by direct individual interview by a dental hygienist for 245 elderly patients in seven long-term care hospitals in Daegu from March 12 to April 16, 2011. Results: Those who need dental care were 188(76.7%) and was done by oral health examination by a dentist. 93 patients(38.0%) wanted dental care and 63 patients(25.3%) need dental care. The most important dental service in the elderly patients was denture and prosthetic service. As demand for denture and prosthetic service exceeds the supply, but only 35.9 percent of the elderly received the dental care service by the estimation of the caregivers. Conclusions: It will be necessary to establish the customized dental care service for the elderly patients in long term care hospitals. The oral health education for the caregivers is very important and the continuing education program must be implemented in the future.

스마트 기기를 이용한 무선호출용 DID구현에 대한 연구 (A Study on DID Implementation for Wireless Calling System using Smart-device)

  • In this time, as an industrial society developed to a welfare society, more and more people want their quality of lives upgraded and specially customized service by mass production/mass consumption. And it leads to an increase of requiring service. There're active developments and studies on various IT equipment as the requirement made IT devices used in service. In this paper, we try to design and realize radio paging DID by using smart device to be used as a receiver of a radio pager which is broadly used at face to face service. Firstly, we used MCU to design and implement Wireless Calling Gateway which change radio calling signal of ISM band to smart device. A receiver of wireless caller used original receiver module. Also it used bluetooth module to communicate with smart device. It was possible to have satisfactory communication since radio paging signal converter and smart device were linked in 3M. Secondly, to indicate various paging information delivered from a radio pager, we realized DID application program by using Smart PAD. As a result, we could indicate various information compared to an original receiver which only could indicate letters or numeric data. Secondly, we implemented the DID app for wireless calls that can display a variety of information sent from a wireless pager. Was implemented using the Smart Pad. As a result, it is shown that can display a variety of information than the existing receiver.

고혈압 대상자의 방문간호 중재프로그램의 효과 (Effect of Case Management Intervention Program for Registered Clients with Home Health Care of Hypertension)

  • Purpose: The study compared the hypertension care efficacy of a case management intervention program for registered clients. Methods: The nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design involved 53 registered hypertensive patients of a customized visiting health care service in S-city(n=28 experimental group, n=25 control group). Data collection and case management intervention were carried out from April to July, 2009. The experimental group had six home visits and two phone calls, and the control group had two home visits during the 8-week period. Outcome variables for test hypotheses were changes in physiologic index (blood pressure and total cholesterol) and degree of self-management performance and confidence. Results: Repeated measure ANOVA and t-test of means revealed significant differences before and after program for systolic and diastolic blood pressure and self-management performance and confidence, but no significant difference concerning total cholesterol. Conclusion: A case management program can have positive effects on blood pressure control and self management. However, research is needed to create a more effective case management for vulnerable patient populations.

패션 추천서비스 알고리즘에서 상품유형과 속성 조합의 영향 (Influence of product category and features on fashion recommendation service algorithm)

  • The online fashion market in the 21st century has shown rapid growth. Against this backdrop, using consumer activity data to provide customized customer services has emerged as a viable business model that draws attention. Algorithm-based personalized recommendation services are a good example. But their application in fashion products has clear limitations. It is not easy to identify consumers' perceptions of the attributes of fashion, which are various, hard to define, and very sensitive to trends. So there is a need to compile data on consumers' underlying awareness and to carry out defined research to increase the utilization of such services in the fashion industry and further engage consumers. This research aims to classify the attributes and types of fashion products and to identify consumers' perceptions of a given situation where a recommendation service is offered. To find out consumers' perceptions of and satisfaction with recommendation services, an online and mobile survey was conducted on women in their 20s and 30s, a group that uses recommendation services frequently. A total of 455 responses were used for analysis. SPSS 28.0 was used, combined with Conjoint Analysis and multiple regression, to analyze data. The study results could provide insights into a better understanding of recommendation services and be used as basic data for companies to identify consumers' preferences and draw up a detailed strategy for market segmentation.

온라인 위생교육프로그램의 지속적 제공이 어린이급식소 위생관리 수행도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Continuous Provision of On-line Hygiene Education Program on Hygiene Management Performance of Children's Cafeterias)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of developing and continuously providing on-line hygiene education programs on the improvement of hygiene conditions in children's cafeterias. As a result of the 2020 sanitation and safety checklist analysis, 6 items (personal hygiene, separate use, clean ventilation, temperature control of refrigerators, country of origin, food distribution) were derived and on-line hygiene education programs for each of 6 items were produced. ① Customized educational materials and self-inspection checklists were provided to 208 children's cafeterias. After that, educational videos were provided through Kakao Talk twice a week for 6 months, and they were made available for viewing at any time through YouTube upload, ③ Kakao Talk Through this, a quiz related to the educational video was conducted to give feedback for interaction with the cook. As a result of analyzing the total hygiene and safety checklist score of all registered facility catering centers by visit order, in 2020 it was 82.8 points/100 points, but in 2021, it was 84.2 points (1st round), 89.3 points (2nd round), 91.4 points (3 points) The score improved significantly (p<0.001) as the on-line hygiene education program continued. As a result, significant (p<0.001) changes were observed in the items of 'Knife, chopping board' and 'Sanitation clothes, sanitary hat, sanitary shoes, apron, and sanitary gloves', confirming a clear improvement effect. Therefore, it is considered that the on-line hygiene education program will play a positive role in showing a lasting effect on improving hygiene management in children's cafeterias.

응급의료센터 내원객의 호흡기 감염예방에 대한 지식과 수행도 (Knowledge and Behavior of Visitors in the Prevention of Respiratory Tract Infections in an Emergency Service, Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emergency setting visitors' knowledge and behavior patterns in relation to prevention of respiratory tract infections. Methods: A descriptive survey was used. The participants were visitors to the emergency service in 'D' general hospital in 'D' city, and the data were collected from July 1 to September 1, 2016. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Factors influencing prevention of respiratory tract infections were visitors' education level, methods of dissemination of prevention information, and participants' knowledge with regard to preventive methods. The explanatory power was found to be 35% in the regression model. Conclusion: The findings indicate that visitors' education level, knowledge of infection prevention, and the dissemination of information regarding infection prevention by the hospital play an important role in the prevention of respiratory tract infections in emergency services in the hospital. These results highlight the need for a customized education program for prevention of respiratory tract infections in emergency settings. Programs should take into consideration the educational background of visitors, and provide them with appropriate information regarding infection prevention.
