Plan of Human Resource Development is essential to strategically promote poor domestic fire protection industry and as a consequent to grow it to a high value added service industry. To foster fire protection industry, any reform will be needed to for a smooth supplies of work force by training customized high class work force. Consequently, In this study, We will investigate and analyze the status and problems of current domestic fire protection industry so that We can suggest the direction for a way to improve these.

In our fast-moving information and knowledge society, skills and know-how rapidly become outdated. Virtual learning environments play a key role in meeting today's growing demand for customized educational and vocational training and lift-long teaming. The scope of multimedia-based and web-supported education is illustrated by means of an interdisciplinary multimedia project 'New Statistics' funded by the German government. The project output contains more than 70 learning modules covering the complete curriculum of an introductory statistics course. All modules are based on a statistical laboratory and on a multitude of Java applets, animations and case studies. The paper focuses on presenting the statistical laboratory and the applets. These components present the main project pillars and are particularly suitable for international use, independently from the original project framework. This article also demonstrates the application of Java applets and other multimedia developments from the educational world to official statistics for interactive presentation of statistical information.

도서관마케팅은 이용자 만족의 극대화를 위해 이용자집단분석 및 요구분석을 하고, 그에 부응하는 도서관 상품 및 서비스를 개발하며, 이를 적극적으로 고객집단에게 알리기 위해 필요하다고 보며, 이러한 업무를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 반드시 훌륭한 도서관마케팅전문사서가 필요하다고 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서관마케팅전문사서에 대한 정의 및 그의 역할, 효과적인 도서관마케팅 전략을 기획하고 개발하기 위해 그들이 갖추어야 할 자질 및 역량, 그리고 이러한 마케팅전문사서를 양성하기 위한 방안까지 구체적으로 제시하고자 하였다.

Purpose. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the educational needs of industry which will hire learner and to develop curriculum to meet the demand. Methods. This study was a descriptive research based on survey results. In each questionnaire, the number of responses and ratios were measured to determine the priorities of the questionnaire items and the education demand was evaluated based on these priorities. Results. The core competency keywords for nurses in industry are knowledge, technology, and communication. In the industry needs for curriculum development, the importance of education to be strengthened for nurse training was found to be core basic nursing skills, nursing process application ability, communication ability, creative nursing problem solving ability, personality and foreign language ability. Conclusion. This study has laid the groundwork for the development of competency based curriculum based on environmental factors and reducing the problems of mis - matching between industry and education.

A huge budget is spent on technological solutions to protect Information Systems from cyberattacks by organizations. However, it is not enough to invest alone in technology-based protection and to keep humans out of the cyber loop. Humans are considered the weakest link in cybersecurity chain and most of the time unaware that their actions and behaviors have consequences in cyber space. Therefore, humans' aspects cannot be neglected in cyber security field. In this work we carry out a systematic literature review to identify human factors in cybersecurity. A total of 27 papers were selected to be included in the review, which focuses on the human factors in cyber security. The results show that in total of 14 identified human factors, risk perception, lack of awareness, IT skills and gender are considered critical for organization as for as cyber security is concern. Our results presented a further step in understanding human factors that may cause issues for organizations in cyber space and focusing on the need of a customized and inclusive training and awareness programs.

Falling is one of the major public problems to the elderly, resulting in limitations of daily living activities. It can be induced by the functional loss of the balance ability and muscle strength in the elderly. It has been, however, not well investigated to suggest an effective methodology improving the balance ability and muscle strength for the prevention of the falling due to lack of information about the characteristics of the balance and muscle activations responded to the dynamic motions. The aim of the current study is, therefore, to identify the characteristics of the balance and muscle activations responded to the dynamic motions in Anterior-Posterior(AP) and Medial Lateral(ML) directions. For that, a motion capture system with eight infrared cameras, surface electromyogram system and Wii Fit system with a customized variable unstable base were used and kinematic and kinetic data obtained from the systems were analyzed for five healthy male($24.8{\pm}3.3years$, $177.4{\pm}2.0cm$, $73.9{\pm}12.9kg$, $23.5{\pm}4.0kg/m$). The results showed that the characteristics of the balance and muscle activations were differently responded to between the dynamic motions in Anterior-Posterior(AP) and Medial Lateral(ML) directions. These findings may indicate that customized dynamic motions should be applied to the training of the balance ability and muscle strength for the effective prevention of the falling. This study may be meaningful to providing basic information to establish a guideline improving effectively the balance ability and muscle strength.

급격한 IT 환경의 변화에 따라 스마트 시대의 다양한 디지털 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 영역에서 빅데이터를 활용한 서비스와 관련 기술들이 연구 및 개발되고 있다. 스마트교육에 있어서 빅데이터의 활용도는 학생, 교사, 학부모 등의 입장에서 많은 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터에 대해 알아보고, 교육적 활용 시나리오에 대해서 살펴본다. 또한 빅데이터를 통한 맞춤형 교육 서비스를 도출하고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육용 빅데이터 처리 기술을 분석하고, 빅데이터 처리를 위한 시스템을 설계하고, 교육용 빅데이터를 활용하기 위해서 필요한 교육 서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 방안이 제대로 적용될 수 있는지 시범적으로 업무과 교육을 위한 클라우드 기반에서 동작하는 테스트 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 이를 교사들이 직접 사용해 보고 나서, 업무와 교육에서의 흥미도, 즐거움, 도구 사용 느낌, 긴장감이나 걱정, 자신감 등을 토대로 설문을 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 교육용 빅데이터를 사용하기 위한 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

미래를 주도하는 유아교육과 학생들을 위한 창업교육은 교육 현장에 적용될 수 있어야 하며, 유아교육과 학생들을 대상으로 창업교육의 필요성에 대한 인식과 요구에 관한 기초 조사가 선행되어야 한다. 유아교육과 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램 개발 연구가 필요하다. 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 이론적 자료들을 수집하였으며, 창업교육의 필요성을 인지하고 이를 위한 유아교육과 학생들의 요구조사를 위해 온라인 설문지를 제작하였다. 수집한 239개의 설문으로 자료를 분석하였다. 결과는 첫째, 졸업 직후의 진로와 더불어 졸업 후 기간이 경과한 후의 진로에 대해서도 고려한 다양한 진로교육과 관련된 창업교육의 필요성을 인식해야 한다. 둘째, 온라인과 오프라인의 혼합형태의 다양한 교육영역과 내용을 효과적이고 체계적으로 개발한 프로그램이 필요하다. 셋째, 학습자요구 분석을 통한 정부기관에서의 맞춤 프로그램 지원이 필요하다.

대학이 산업수요 맞춤형 인재양성 교육체계를 갖추어 나가기 위해서는 수요자의 입장에서 교육과정을 분석하고 개선해 나갈 필요가 있다. 이러한 취지에서 본 논문은 화재위험성 예측평가분야 교육과정의 전공 적합도를 평가하기 위해 소방관련 산업체 종사자를 대상으로 수요조사를 하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 기술통계분석, 요인분석, 군집분석 그리고 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 소방관련 산업체 종사자들은 화재위험성 예측평가 분야의 교육과정이 전공에 적합하다고 평가하였다. 그리고 화재위험성 예측평가분야의 교과목 중 전공기초과목과 전공공통과목의 필요성을 크게 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 분석결과는 향후 지속적으로 교육과정을 개선해 나가는데 기초자료로 활용할 계획이다.

초고령사회로 인한 정보격차를 줄이기 위해 지자체에서 고령자를 대상으로 스마트폰 사용법 교육을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 1 대 다수 교육의 한계, 고령자의 학습 효과 미비 등의 문제점이 있어 스마트폰 교육에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 바탕으로 고령자 대상으로 반복적으로 학습할 수 있는 교육환경 등을 고려하여 오프라인 교육 현장에서 직접 사용할 수 있는 교육용 서비스를 제안하였다. 해당 연구의 앱은 생성형 AI를 이용하여 사용자가 실제 사용에서 어려워하는 부분을 파악해 사용자별로 다른 문제를 제공해 개인 맞춤형 실습이 이루어질 수 있도록 설계하였다. 기존의 지자체 교육과 연계해 사용한다면 1:1 교육, 시간, 그리고 내용 면에서 효율적인 스마트폰 교육이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.
