  • This study examines how an initially perceived product value affects consumer's purchase intention after reading online reviews with various tones. The study proposes that associations among initially perceived overall product value, degree of confirmation resulting from reading the reviews, and final purchase intention differ across review tones such that 1) when the tone is favorable, the effect of an initially perceived product value is stronger than when the tone is critical, and 2) when the tone is extreme, the effect of confirmation is stronger than when the tone is moderate. The survey was conducted with 276 online shopping mall users in Korea, and most of the hypotheses were supported. This study asserts that the effects of online reviews should be considered together with customer's level of expectation formed prior to reading online reviews, which resulted from extensive search and screening processes that the customer went through before reading online reviews.

Third, as a result of examining influence of expectation-compensation dis-confirmation for service-failure recovery upon consumer satisfaction and loyalty, the customers who showed more positive dis-confirmation to expectation-compensation were indicated to form the more satisfaction and loyalty. • The purpose of the study is to analyze the significant impacts of expectations, performance, complaints, and fairness that affect consumer satisfaction. The methodology involves reviewing and referencing relevant literature carefully, then proposing a model for customer satisfaction. This study is empirically based on a survey with 50 respondents who work in the field of import and export in the region stretching from the north to the south of Vietnam. The sampling method used in this study is the in-depth interview method. The results show that: (1) expectation has a specific impact on customer satisfaction, (2) performance has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and (3) complaint which is an intermediary factor between expectation, performance, and fairness has an impact on satisfaction, (4) fairness has a positive effect on satisfaction, in addition, fairness is an extremely important feature when customers choose an import-export service. Research implies that increasing expectations, performance, and fairness results in an improved customer experience and satisfaction when they use the service. It is suggested that the complaint factor continue to be studied and looked into because it still has some effect on satisfaction and is an intermediate variable that changes how the other factors relate to each other.

Methods : For analysis, the study surveyed 407 employees and 91 dentists on their expectation and satisfaction depending on expectation. Results : When the satisfaction on a question was lower than expectation; the rate of sufficiency was below 100%, it is necessary to improve on the question. Contrarily when the satisfaction on a question was higher than expectation; the rate of sufficiency was upper 100%, it is necessary to continuously support the question. The most of satisfaction of employees on their dentists and their organization were lower than employees's expectation of those. The most of satisfaction of dentists on their own and employees were lower than dentists's expectation of those as similar as employees cases, It means that all of questions need to improve continuously. Conclusions : The issues for prior decision to change these phenomena are 1) improvement of communication each other, 2) recovery of credence each other, and 3) leadership style change from authoritarian to consideration.
