Tourism businesses use chat services to provide immediate customer support and to help users navigate within a website, but there are more outcomes of this interaction that should be examined. The current study aimed to discover if the online travel chat service quality and information value of the online travel chat service lead to user satisfaction with the service and visit intention to a recommended destination by Korea Tourism Organization's 1330 Live Chat. The results indicate that information value (functional and innovation) and online travel chat service quality (reliability, assurance, and security) lead to satisfaction with the live chat service and visit intention to a recommended destination. The results can benefit practitioners who want to expand and improve their customer service interaction and recommendations, and to scholars who study the relationship between customer services in tourism recommendation and sales context.

For CRM activity, 3 factors were determined: customization, information offering, and programmed service strategies. Respondents were having positive attitude toward CRM concept and activity of fashion business. Among customer loyalty programs, they affected by immediate and direct programs most. This study empirically examines the synergy effect of a corporate-level loyalty program on customer equity (CE) known as the lifetime value of current and future customers (Blattberg et al. 2009). A corporate-level loyalty program refers to a company-wide integration loyalty program at the corporate-level in which subsidiaries (multi-divisions) participate as program members. It does not merely examine whether there is an integration effect of a corporate-level loyalty program from the CE perspective, but it provides practical implications for a firm's strategic focus by identifying which value creation channels (i.e., acquisition, retention, and cross-selling), brand characteristics (i.e., size of the customer base before integration, diversity of products, and sales channel type), and consumer characteristics (i.e., customer relationship stage, transaction amount before integration, transaction period, and number of purchased brands) are affected the most by the synergy effect.
This study analyzes the various roles of social value in the consumption value model in China's mobile e-commerce environment. This is because customers in the Confucian culture area are highly influenced by others in their consumption behavior. However, there has been no consideration of these opinions in the consumption value model. In particular, it was analyzed whether social value has a moderated mediation effects in the path of economic value on customer loyalty. As a result of analyzing 228 pieces of data collected in China, it was found that the economic value is increasing customer loyalty through the entrance of shopping malls, and this indirect effect is affected by social value, and there was a moderated mediation effect. This study is theoretically meaningful in that it is newly elucidating the role of social value in the consumption value model.

The mobile customer center is one of major customer service channels to gain company's competitive advantage, to establish new correlations between customers and service value, and to respond quickly to customer needs. This study attempted to investigate the effect of mobile customer center's quality on customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. For this purpose, we divided quality factors of mobile customer center into mobile service quality and content quality, and then empirically analyzed their impact on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and loyalty. The research result showed mobile service quality and content quality having significant association with customer satisfaction and trust. Moreover, customer satisfaction and trust were closely related to customer loyalty. However, there was no significant difference in the factors affecting customer satisfaction and trust according to the levels of personal innovativeness. It is hoped that this study provides academic foundations for further research on mobile customer center and serves as a useful guideline for operating customer service channels successfully.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a corporate marketing strategy maintaining and managing customers. And with CRM companies maximize the customer's value through a series of processes of new customer retention, VIP customer retention, customer value increase, potential customer activation, and customers for lifetime by collecting the customer information and taking advantage of it effectively. In particular, as the competitive environment is changing rapidly and getting more intense, maintaining the customer retention through customer churn management becomes more important in order to increase the customer value for maximizing the company's profit and to build up the relationship with customers. For example, the financial industry has managed the customer churn with the concept of customer segmentation. Recently the customer retention and churn management is becoming increasingly important in all business fields as well as financial industry since the companies expect the effect of preventing the customer churn by identifying characteristics of customers. However, despite the increasing interest and importance of the management of the customer churn, not many of studies are systematically executed by analyzing the data of customer churn. In this study we analyze the actual data of CRM activities for the customer retention, specifically the data of TV home-shopping. By doing so, we hope to identify the differences of demographic attributes and transaction specific characteristics in consumer behaviors between the churning customer and the retained customers. In addition, we try to find out the variables which can impact the churning of the customers and to predict the churn rate of individual customer through our proposed model of customer churn. In the end, based on our findings we suggest the possible marketing strategies for TV home-shopping companies.

First, the influencing factor in consumer satisfaction were physical quality(${\beta}$=.519), personal quality(${\beta}$=.262), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.110), adjusted $R^2$=.537. Second, the influencing factor in service value were physical quality(${\beta}$=.253), personal quality(${\beta}$=.251), technical quality(${\beta}$=.210), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.136), adjusted $R^2$=.401. Third, the influencing factor in customer loyalty were personal quality(${\beta}$=.343), physical quality(${\beta}$=.302), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.148), adjusted $R^2$=.398. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.
Study aims to identify customer equity drivers and their relative importance, to represent customer lifetime value (CLV) distribution, and to investigate the effect of customer equity drivers and demographics on CLV when shopping apparels at the four big department stores in Seoul. Recently, Korean department stores marked significant decrease in sales volume and it calls for more focus on customer orientation. Customer equity is a managerial concept which considers customers as a valuable asset for business success. Sustainable competitive advantage is attainable when customer equity drivers and CLV are measured, managed and enhanced. results identified four dimensions of customer equity drivers such as 'retail brand equity: 'relationship equity', 'retail service equity', and 'price value equity'. Among them, 'relationship equity' was proved to be the most influencing factor on the customer's store patronage intention. The CLV distribution represented unique characteristics of each department store. The level of CLV depended on such demographics as age and income. Marital status influenced the relationship between perceived customer equity drivers and CLV. It also analyzed competitive structure of the four big department stores in Seoul and offered managerial suggestions. This study provided conceptual framework for the future study of customer equity related to apparel shopping at the department stores as well as managerial implications.
