The purpose of this study is to explore ways of service recovery and procedures through the service failure cases depending on the employee capacity that leads to improving quality of the airline cabin service. This study was tested using the failure case of airline in korea. Since interrupting and discontinuing of customer service affect customer defections, customer satisfaction must quickly respond to the service's error situation. The service of the cabin crew is closely related to the customer's evaluation, the direct connection. Customer's objectives are to meet employee needs for service recovery and to recognize and analyze customer perceptions of human resources services, restore customer expectations and maintain contracts with customers. Therefore, this study proposes a set of strategies for effectively preventing and responding to customer related service failure in the airline cabin service.
Purpose - As the importance of salesperson attitudes and behaviors enhancing customer perception and loyalty have increased, many retail companies put emphasis on internal marketing activities. The issue also has captured the interest of academics, but most of the previous research tends to be limited to investigating antecedents of salesperson job satisfaction and commitment. Based on the consumer-brand relationship concepts, this study aims to examine the effects of the salesperson-brand relationships on customers' service evaluation and store loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - In a structural equation model, it is hypothesized that salesperson brand identification influences salespersons' brand trust and affect, which are the two dimensions of consumer-brand relationships. Salespersons' brand trust and affect are expected to increase salespersons' customer orientation, which in turn influences customers' service evaluations and store loyalty. To test this hypotheses a set of data collected from department stores in Seoul is utilized. Results - First, it was found that salesperson brand identification is a significant antecedent to salespersons' brand trust and affects, the two dimensions of salesperson brand relationships. Second, salespersons' brand trust and affect were found to enhance salespersons' customer-oriented behaviors. Third, salespersons' customer orientation showed a significant effect on customers' service evaluation. When a salesperson makes more effort to provide useful information for fulfilling customer needs, customers evaluate the salesperson's service more positively. Finally, customers' service evaluation had a positive impact on customers' store loyalty. Conclusions - This study provides significant academic and practical implications. First, based on the theory of consumer-brand relationships, the concept of salesperson-brand relationships was introduced and found to be an effective motivator of salespersons' customer oriented attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, the two dimensions of brand relationships, brand trust and affect, should be considered as the critical factors both in developing theoretical research and improving long-term company performance. Also, internal marketing activities should focus on maximizing employees' brand identification. That is, retail companies need to put emphasis on sharing their brand values and personality with internal customers to strengthen the brand relationships with salespersons and to enhance customer responses.

Despite accelerating market changes in the beauty service industry, there are still inadequate service education programs and a lack of objective data and research to develop systematic policies to strengthen competitiveness, thereby fostering the beauty service industry. Accordingly, this study will examine the factors that affect customer satisfaction in terms of customer touchpoints, hence uncovering what the beauty service needs to develop systematic customer service education programs. It aims to contribute to the improvement of beauty service quality by providing basic empirical data that is necessary to build service education programs and strengthen the touchpoint staffs' job competency. A total of 16 people, 8 male, and 8 female customers in their 30s and 40s, who have ever used hair shop services in the metropolitan area, and 8 male and female hair designers and owners, were interviewed during a 9week period from October 31, 2017, through December 30, 2017. The data was analyzed as follows in order to measure service quality, SERVQUAL was revised and supplemented according to the purpose of this study, and a table for customer satisfaction factors was constructed. In addition, the results of the study were derived by classifying the relations among the customer satisfaction factors with respect to the interviews. The results show that the price of hardware, the location of the store, and hair designers' ability, which are the direct components of customer satisfaction, have a great influence on the customer satisfaction considered when selecting the beauty services (hair shops). In addition, it can be seen that human services including human-ware, which are accompanying services make up a high proportion considering customer satisfaction factors.

On-Line Shopping mall is becoming important strategic environment that decide corporation's competitive advantages because of that can achieve quality of customer service and offer speed elevation through both-way communication effectively. Accordingly, as interest about electronic commerce rises, various research had been gone. But, most researches are applying off-line market's quality of service measurement tool just as it is doing not consider special quality of internet. Consider and prescribe by system quality, and saw that thing with grasp relation with customer satisfaction along with qualify of service is important for factor that environmental element influences in customer satisfaction as existing commercial transaction in this research hereupon. That is, wished to present quality strategy necessary to examine whether some quality factor of system quality and quality of service affects more customer satisfaction, and satisfy various customer's needs accordingly after ermine whether it are switching and some relation that search purchase alteration availability of market that is different from loyalty which recommend internet shopping mall to another person who is system quality factor and quality of service factor and customer satisfaction factor actively.
Purpose - Despite the global economic crisis, the numbers of coffee shops used for providing a place for social and cultural interactions show an upward trend and have become an indispensable part in people's daily life in recent years. Under the circumstance of tremendous efforts of searching new management strategies and projects, the concept of servicescape(which has physical environment characteristics) may provide a better alternative. Therefore, the purpose of this study can be broadly divided into 3 key points. First is to investigate the effects of servicescape on customer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty about Coffee Shops in Jeonju area. Second is to examine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction and service value between servicescape and customer loyalty. Third, there is evidence that indicates the moderating effect among the interaction of customer and staff, brand image and the composition of servicescape, customer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study begins empirical research about users of coffee shops' services. The data of the study is collected from 285 samples of a questionnaire which has been made from Korea and analysed by IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. Results - The results are reported below: First of all, the composition of condition, functionality, cleanliness and aesthetic characteristics of the servicescape has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and service value. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is identified as a factor to influence service value. Moreover, customer satisfaction and service value are identified as the causal relationship with customer loyalty. Besides, customer satisfaction and service value illustrated the mediation effect between the composition of servicescape and customer loyalty. Finally, the interaction between customer and staff, brand image illustrates the moderated effect. Conclusions - The composition of servicescape contributes to the formation of customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer's perceived service value in coffee shops. By meeting diverse and complex needs of consumers in coffee shop, the service value will not only attract loyal customers, but also increase customer loyalty and profitability. In a word, managers should rely on servicescape to enhance service experience by making differences with other competitors.

According to the recent trends which are the diversity of customer requests and the multi-function of buildings, A construction company's business has converted from the producer-oriented approach to the consumer-oriented approach. Therefore, each construction company is continuously trying to improve the quality level as a way of corresponding to customer needs in these changing situations. The quality is one of the main management targets which judge the success of a project along with the schedule, the cost and the safety. As construction companies execute the quality management which they aimed at, it should be completed within the optimum schedule and the limit of the budget. Accordingly, the importance of the construction site management to complete a project is continuously increasing. The construction site management is the systematic method to perform the project goals such as the quality improvement, the cost saving and the safety management, which organically operate one another, by procuring the manpower, the material and the machine in the right time. Specially, as the construction industry has based on the construction site, the establish of systematic construction site management, which can effectively correspond sudden changes of the construction business environment, is essential to maximize the construction productivity. On top of that, the necessity of the quality management method is increasing to accommodate customer needs more spontaneously in the construction site. These endeavors could guarantee their competitive power.
With increasing needs for affective design, it became an essential part in a product development process to look up quantitative ergonomic data that reflects customers' preferences on design factors in various products. This study looked at wide LCD monitors and analyzed customers' affective preferences regarding monitor's bezel frame size and shape. The monitor's bezel frame depth, size and ratio were selected as independent variables among many design parameters. As dependent variables, customer's subjective preferences were measured. A statistical analysis revealed that monitor's bezel frame depth, size and ratio had significant effects on customer's preferences. Also, it was possible to find a different tendency on affective variables and their levels for 19" and 24" wide LCD monitors. In general, experiments revealed that customers reacted more sensitively in 24" wide LCD monitors to all variables. In 19" wide LCD monitors, only the lower frame bezel size had a significant effect, otherwise, lower, upper and side frame bezels appeared to be effective variables in 24" monitors. In order to reflect customer's affective preferences to new design of wide LCD monitors, this study is expected to provide quantitative ergonomic data and guidelines for the design of wide LCD monitor's bezel frame depth and size.

The main objective of this research is an increased understanding of how a supplier can successfully manage its care business in the mobile telecommunications market. In order to carry out this purpose, Uzbekistanis mobile telecommunication market has been studied as a case study in this research. The study tried to identify the forces and the factors present in CRM, and the role of these in enhancing (endangering) business. The objective was to gain a better understanding of how customer could be successfully managed and treated through CRM system. Processes and measures of customer satisfaction and loyalty provide two main aspects of the study. The importance of the concept of care and the actions that define it were found to be critically important for creating loyal customers. The relation between customer's needs, satisfaction, and loyalty, and how these ultimately relate to a providing firm's profitability, were seen to be linked in complex ways. The complexity can be studied in many ways but herein the customer satisfaction-loyalty of each event was first evaluated separately. Customer satisfaction and loyalty were then related to each other in order to compare the separate and combined characteristics.
