An Empirical Study on Mobile Advertisement Business(S Telecom Case)

  • The headline of advertisements holds the important position in advertisement recognition and receptivity. In this paper, we classified the headlines as several types with measuring the response effects for purpose of understanding the customer's behavior. Also we conducted the decision tree analysis and correspondence analysis. The decision tree shows the difference between responders and non-responders, and the correspondence analysis shows the relationship between the sales and the customer's demographic information.

  • 보험상품 서비스의 중요성은 더욱 가중되고 있으며 보험 서비스에 대한 기존의 연구들은 구매행동, 라이프스타일에 대한 연구를 중심으로 이루어져 오고 있으며 최근에는 보험상품 서비스에 대한 연구의 지속적인 필요성이 대두된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들을 토대로 하여 보험상품 서비스의 특성으로서 보험사의 특성(보험사의 이미지, 정보제공, 보장성), 보험설계사의 특성(전문적 지식, 고객배려), 보험상품의 특성(상품의 다양성, 맞춤상품)이 고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 백화점, 할인매장과 같이 불특정 다수가 이용하는 대규모 판매시설은 화재시 방화관리 담당자의 비상대응능력 및 방화관리의 적절성이 내부 공간에 익숙하지 않은 고객의 피난행동에 결정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 특히 대규모 판매시설의 경우 대부분의 피난계단 등 안전한 피난출구가 평상시 고객이 접근할 수 없는 백스페이스(Back space)에 위치하기 때문에 고객의 안전한 피난을 위해서는 방화관리자에 의한 신속한 피난개시 및 적절한 피난유도가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 백화점과 할인매장 방화관리 담당자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 방화관리측면에서 피난행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 화재 시 방화관리자의 대응행동 특성에 대하여 분석하였다.

전자제품 서비스센터의 서비스 혁신성이 소비자의 재구매의도에 미치는 영향: 서비스센터 행동의도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Service Innovativeness of IT Service Centers: Mediating Role of Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - This study analyzes the effect of customers' perceived service innovativeness of service centers for electronic goods, on repurchase intentions of customers, using behavior intentions of service centers as a mediator variable. In customer management and customer relationship marketing, service centers can be the most representative customer relationship management departments because they are most closely placed at the interface with customers. In addition, this study intends to investigate if continuous relationship with customers during one-time product-selling can affect their repurchase intentions. Specifically, this research aims to investigate if the expansion of the saturated physical market of the manufacturing business, to intangible service markets, can be competitive enough to satisfy customer needs. Research design, data, and methodology - This study targets college students, and especially those who have computers, digital cameras, or cell-phones, and often use electronic products and services. In order to investigate our hypothesis, we analyzed dates through SEM (structural equation modeling) using SPSS for Windows 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. In addition, we measured Cronbach's α coefficient using SPSS for Windows 18.0 in order to measure reliability. Further, using AMOS 18.0, this research statistically measured convergent validity as well as discriminant validity, and examined mediation models and path models in which service innovativeness leads to customers' repurchase intentions of electronic products. Results - As a result, this research shows that customers' perceived service innovativeness of service centers for electronic goods has significant positive influence on customers' behavior intentions of service centers. In addition, service innovativeness of electronic goods' service centers also has significant positive influence on repurchase intentions of customers. Conclusion - This study investigates the effect of customers' positive relation with the innovativeness of electronic service center on their behavior intention and product repurchase. The more concrete, important results of the study are as follows. Through the mediating effect, the findings of the study suggest that customers' behavior intentions of service centers partially mediate the effect of customers'perceived service innovativeness of service centers for electronic goods on customers' repurchase intentions. This research also provides an insight that the importance of service innovativeness and innovative approaches in managing customers should be recognized in the process of repurchase and service roles of manufacturing business as a way for customer management. As a result, the relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality of service centers for the electronic products is very sensitive. Although previous studies focus on certain aspects of the case for enhancing service innovation (Kim, 2012), this research recommends that the service centers need to understand the customers'desire first and try to adapt to achieve customer satisfaction by being innovative. This innovativeness of service centers would make customers visit them consistently, which in the long run, will also influence their repurchase decisions.

친환경 레스토랑의 서비스스케이프가 소비자의 지각된 가치, 태도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Servicescape of an Eco-friendly Restaurant on Customer Perceived Value, Attitude and Behavior Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 친환경 레스토랑의 서비스스케이프에 대한 고객의 인식을 조사하고, 분석하여 친환경 레스토랑의 물리적 환경을 고찰하기 위한 기초 자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있고, 친환경 레스토랑의 서비스스케이프와 소비자의 지각된 가치, 태도 및 행동의도에 유기적인 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 실증분석 대상자는 서울 경기 지역에 거주하고, 친환경 레스토랑 또는 그린 레스토랑에서 한 달에 1회 이상 방문해 본 경험이 있는 20세 이상 고객을 표본으로 선정하여, 2012년 4월 2일부터 2012년 4월 15일까지 14일간 본 조사를 위하여 설문지 총 300부를 배포하여 결과 응답치의 편중성향이 너무 강하거나 결측 값이 발견된 일부 설문지를 제외하고, 총 264부(88.0%)의 설문자료를 최종 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 보면 고객이 친환경 레스토랑의 서비스스케이프를 호의적으로 인지 하게 되면, 유 무형적인 지각된 가치를 통해서 소비자는 지각된 가치를 결정하는데 있어서 서비스스케이프가 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 판단할 수 있으며, 소비자의 지각된 가치는 태도와 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 고객은 해당 친환경 레스토랑을 만족하면 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되고, 긍정적인 태도는 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. 따라서, 이러한 심층분석 결과를 바탕으로 경영자 입장에서 높은 수준의 서비스스케이프를 유지하고 제공하는 것이 외식 기업들의 가시적인 성과 도출에 직접적인 영향을 준다는 사실을 고찰하였다.

Similar services, different perceptions: The gaps of satisfaction based on the level of recreation specialization

  • The golf industry has become the center of attention for recreational activities in the participant sport market; however, there has been little effort made to understand golf consumer and their consumption behavior using the concept of 'recreational specialization' which segments the golfers based on level of specialization in golf. The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in the relationships among perceived service quality, price of playing golf, overall customer satisfaction with the course, and a player's intention to revisit the same golf course based on the magnitude of recreation specialization in golf. Four public and two private golf courses from the southeastern state of the United States were randomly chosen from a list in a golf magazine. The 365 surveys among 417 participants were ultimately analyzed. Multiple group analysis was conducted in order to investigate differences in relationships among service quality, price, customer satisfaction, and revisit intentions between groups based on the level of recreation specialization. The key findings were 1) for more specialized golfers, satisfaction with price did not affect overall customer satisfaction or revisit intention, however, service quality significantly influenced both overall customer satisfaction and revisit intention, 2) for less specialized golfers, satisfaction with price significantly influenced overall customer satisfaction but did not affect revisit intention. Knowledge about which the determinants of satisfaction are different between more and less specialized golfers could provide a better understanding of how different marketing strategies should be implemented for different specialized levels of golfers.

  • Courier and logistics services such as customer contact employees (customer-contact employee) of the attitudes and behavior of the customer satisfaction level of service quality evaluation and a very big impact. In this study, using a typical customer contact employees, and to target the delivery service industry employees the organization's service orientation and customer orientation by examining the impact on the quality of companies within the organization for growth and development needs and the importance of service orientation will be trying out for. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the chief executive of the organization to configure a service orientation and a detailed understanding of the factors that determine this by managing the organization to effectively come up with a way to make and ultimately the organization's service orientation, organizational culture can be positioned as effort should be taken. Second, service companies through regular training and education to maintain a certain level of service quality should be. Third, the service organization's service orientation is not a fad or a means of sustain and develop the company's survival strategy is to get out. To do this, good communication between the field and management can be achieved by a variety of channels to be established, and management's willingness to provoke sympathy for the employees should be provided.

오픈마켓의 정보만족도가 고객 신뢰와 미래행동 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Information Satisfaction on Customer's Trust and Future Behavior Intention in Open Markets)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 오픈마켓에서 제공하는 각종 정보에 대한 만족도가 고객 신뢰 및 미래행동 의도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 선행문헌에 관한 종합적 고찰결과를 토대로 오픈마켓의 중요한 정보 만족도 요인으로 판매자 정보 만족도, 상품 정보 만족도, 거래절차 정보 만족도 등의 세 가지 요인을 도출하였고, 이들 오픈마켓의 정보 만족도 요인들이 고객 신뢰를 거쳐 재구매의도 및 호의적 구전의도와 같은 미래행동 의도를 형성하게 되는 구조적 관계에 관한 연구모델과 가설을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 오픈마켓에서 제공하는 판매자 정보, 상품 정보, 거래절차 정보 등 세 가지 정보 만족도 요인 모두가 고객 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 오픈마켓에 대한 고객 신뢰는 재구매의도에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 호의적 구전의도에는 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 가설검정 결과를 토대로 논의를 수행하였으며, 오픈마켓 운영자 및 입점 판매자의 고객 신뢰 확보 및 성과 향상 방안을 제안하였고, 관련 분야 연구자들의 추가적 연구 수행을 위한 유의미한 시사점을 제공하였다.

유통환경에서의 고객 부정행동: 소비자 관점의 고찰 (Customer Misbehavior in Retail Settings: The Customer's Viewpoint)

  • Customer misbehavior is a behavior that disrupts generally accepted behavioral norms in consumption situations. This study examined customer misbehavior in retail settings by identifying behavioral patterns and exploring behavioral backgrounds and consequences from a customer viewpoint. Qualitative data were collected from individual in-depth interviews, and 149 interviews were analyzed. Customer misbehavior was categorized into unethical returns, problem behaviors in service encounters, shoplifting/fraud, ill-mannered behaviors, and selfish behaviors. Motivations included monetary gain, adventurism, perceived acceptability of misbehavior, planned unfair complaints, and retaliation. Customers showed a negative image to unkind employees and stores yielding to misbehaviors that were learned and socialized among customers. The study further discusses implications.

패스트푸드점의 가치, 신뢰 및 서비스 애호도에 관한 연구 - 포항 및 울산 지역 이용고객을 중심으로 - (On the Perceived Value, Trust and Customer Loyalty of Fast Food Users)

  • This study aims at providing managerial insight into researchers and marketers who are intending to maintain and develop a loyal group and long-term relationships in fast food restaurants. The summary of results is as follows : There was a wide difference in evaluation of perceived value, trust and customer loyalty according to sex, age, occupation and customer's visit behavior. Customers considered the convenient and quick service as the most important selective factor. And also, the important attribute of fast food restaurants was taste of food, followed by price, cleanliness, kindly service, quick service. We are able to classify the four customer groups according to analysis results. If we lay great emphasis on the above mentioned selective factors and also develop needs in each customer group, it does much for delivering profits of fast food restaurants.
