레그 션트저항을 이용한 2상 유도전동기의 상전류 복원 방법 (Phase Current Reconstruction Method of 2-Phase Induction Motor using Leg-Shunt Resistors)

  • This paper proposes an economical method that the phase currents can be measured and reconstructed by means of the leg-shunt resistors in the 3-leg 2-phase vector-controlled inverter for 2-phase induction motor. In general, the phase currents of 2-phase induction motor have been measured using two Hall current sensors. However, because Hall current sensors are expensive, economically disadvantageous to apply in low power applications. The proposed method is verified by computer simulations and experiments to show the good performance of the vector control.

  • This paper deals with fault-tolerant control of five-phase induction motor (IM) drives under single-phase open. By exploiting a decoupled model for five-phase IM under fault, the indirect field-oriented control ensures that electromagnetic torque oscillations are reduced by particular magnitude ratio currents. The control techniques are developed by the third harmonic current injection, in order to improve electromagnetic torque density. Furthermore, Proportional Resonant (PR) regulator is adopted to realize excellent current tracking performance in the phase frame, compared with Proportional Integral (PI) and hysteresis regulators. The analysis and experimental results confirm the validity of fault-tolerant control under single-phase open.

  • We have developed an evaluation technique for both ratio error and phase displacement of current transformer (CT) comparator by using the precise standard capacitors and resistors. By applying this technique to equivalent circuit of CT comparator evaluation system, we can obtain the calculated and measured ratio errors (or phase displacements) in the CT comparator. Thus we can evaluate ratio errors and phase displacement of CT comparator by comparing the calculated and measured ratio errors (or phase displacements). The method was applied to CT comparator under test with the ratio errors and phase displacement ranges of $0{\sim}{\pm}10%$ and $0{\sim}{\pm}7.5$ crad, respectively. Finally we have compared the ratio error and phase displacement of the CT comparator obtained in this method with specifications of two companies.

  • In this paper, a new scheme of current programmed control for three phase PWM AC-AC converter is presented. By considering only the magnitude components, a similar scheme in the DC-DC converter can be extended to the three phase PWM AC-AC converter. The proposed current programmed control will be well adopted into various converter topologies though three phase PWM AC-AC boost converter is treated as an example. The converter analysis is carried out by applying the vector DQ transformation to obtain physical insight into the converter operation. Finally, the experiment result shows the validity of the proposed scheme.

  • In phase controlled rectifier, it's been known that a fast response is achieved by predictive current control without any overshoot. The frequent sampling period is essential to improve the firing accuracy in conventional predict current control. However, improving the firing accuracy if difficult to reduce the period of sampling efficiently because current sampling and predictive current control is carried out in every period and the ON-OFF current control is performed by comparing two different one. To improve the firing accuracy at the predictive current control, the calculated firing angle is loaded into the high-accuracy hardware timer. So the calculation of exact crossing point between the predictive and actual current is the most important. In this paper, the flow chart for proposed firing angle calculation algorithm is obtained for the fastest current control performance in transient state. The performance of proposed algorithm is verified through simulations and experiments.

  • 본 논문은 병렬 삼상 부스트 컨버터에서 Interleaved PWM에 의해 발생하는 고 주파수 순환전류를 효과적으로 저감시키기 위해서, AC 입력단에 연결되는 삼상 결합 인덕터의 특성을 분석하였다. 제시된 삼상 결합 인덕터 분석은 삼상 결합 인덕터의 구조와 전압 방정식의 해석을 통하여 이루어졌다. 그리고 이것을 바탕으로 기존의 저 주파수 평균화 모델에 삼상 결합 인덕터를 추가하여, 고 주파수 순환전류와 저 주파수 순환전류를 동시에 저감시킬 수 있는 새로운 형태의 평균화 모델을 제안하였다. 새로운 평균화 모델의 영상성분을 이용하면, 삼상 결합 인덕터와 라인 인덕터의 순환전류에 대한 총 인덕턴스를 각각 구해 비교 할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션과 실험결과를 토대로 병렬 삼상 부스트 컨버터에서 사용되는 삼상 결합 인덕터의 유용성을 검증하였다.

  • This paper proposes a control method for three-phase voltage-source PWM converters using only a single current sensor in the DC link. A predictive current controller for the voltage-source PWM converter is used so that all phase currents can be reconstructed in a switching period although one or two of active vectors are applied only for a short time. Compensation of the 2 step delays is also included. In this paper single sensor current control using predictive state observer will be discussed, and investigated experimentally.

  • 회전하는 동기 좌표계 d-q 변환을 이용한 단상 능동 전력 필터의 새로운 제어기를 제안하였다. 힐버트 변환기를 사용하여 $90{\circ}$의 위상차를 가지는 두 개의 교류 신호를 만든다. 이 신호들을 회전하는 동기 좌표계 d-q 변환을 이용하여 기본파 성분을 직류로 변환할 수 있고 따라서 고조파 검출이 용이하다. 순시 유효 전력의 평균값을 구한다. 역률 보상을 하므로 전원 전류는 전원 전압과 동위상이다. 단상에서의 전력 공식으로부터 전원 전류의 크기를 알 수 있다. 능동 전력 필터의 보상 전류의 기준 신호는 전원 전류의 기준신호에서 부하 전류를 빼주면 구할 수 있다. 새롭게 제안된 제어기에 히스테리시스 전류 제어기를 적용하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 능동 전력 필터가 부하전류의 고조파와 무효전력을 보상하여 전원 전류가 전원전압과 동위상이 되고 전원전류가 정현파에 가깝게 되는 것을 확인하였다. 힐버트 변환기는 전대역 여파기를 사용하여 구현하였다.

  • We have developed a current range extension method to obtain the ratio error and phase displacement of a current transformer (CT) by using absolute evaluation method and two different CTs. The method was applied to CTs under test with the current ratios in the range of 5,000 A / 1 A - 20,000 A / 1 A. The ratio error and phase displacement of the CT under test obtained in this study are consistent with those measured at the national institute in Germany using the same CT under test within an expanded uncertainty (k = 2) in the overall current ratios.

  • This paper presents an improved hys- teresis current control method for three-phase PWM power inverters using 3-level comparator. Hysteresis current controller using 3-level comparator has an advantage of constant switching frequency compared with conventional hysteresis current controller. However, this method has disadvantage that the longer sampling period, the larger current error because the switching is performed without considering current error magnitude of each phase. The proposed method improves the control performance by selecting the optimum switching pattern in which the magnitudes of current errors are considered introducing space vector concept. Simulation results using Matlab/Simulink show that the proposed control method reduces current error keeping the merit of previous hysteresis current control method.
