γ-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) Production and Angiotensin-I Converting Enzyme (ACE) Inhibitory Activity of Fermented Soybean Containing Sea Tangle by the Co-Culture of Lactobacillus brevis with Aspergillus oryzae

  • To enhance the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content, the optimized fermentation of soybean with added sea tangle extract was evaluated at 30℃ and pH 5.0. The medium was first inoculated with Aspergillus oryzae strain FMB S46471 and fermented for 3 days, followed by the subsequent inoculation with Lactobacillus brevis GABA 100. After fermentation for 7 days, the fermented soybean showed approximately 1.9 g/kg GABA and exhibited higher ACE inhibitory activity than the traditional soybean product. Furthermore, several peptides in the fraction containing the highest ACE inhibitory activity were identified. The novel fermented soybean enriched with GABA and ACE inhibitory components has great pharmaceutical and functional food values.

패션기업의 지속가능경영을 위한 CSR 활동의 평가 - 지각된 적합성과 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Evaluation of corporate social responsibility activities for fashion company's sustainable management - On the moderating effects of consumers' perceived fit and motivation -)

  • The social responsibility of fashion companies has become a crucial factor considering company image and awareness. Businesses have thus increased their CSR activities. However, few studies have shown clear and consistent results regarding the effectiveness of CSR activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the evaluation of the direct effect of CSR on trust and corporate reputation including its moderation by consumer's perceived fit and motivation. A total of 284 completed questionnaires were obtained from adult consumers in the fashion market with promotional leaflets for CSR activities as stimuli. The results were as follows. First, the dimensions for CSR activities were categorized as follows: Social welfare responsibility, environment protection, economic responsibility, social regulation compliance, customer protection, and culture and arts support. Further social regulation compliance, and economic and social welfare responsibilities positively affected corporate trust and reputation. Second, the main effect of perceived CSR activities and fit on corporate trust and reputation was significant, and the interaction effects of the social welfare, environment protection, and culture and arts support of CSR activities and fit were significant. Finally, the interaction effect of perceived CSR activities and motivation on corporate trust and reputation was not significant, but the main effect was significant. Implications of how to manage and enhance the effectiveness of CSR activities are offered.

3D프린팅을 활용한 스토리 기반 성장형 콘텐츠 개발 (Development of story-based growth type content using 3D printing)

  • 최근 AR 기반 스토리텔링을 위한 체험학습 콘텐츠가 많이 개발되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 3D프린터를 활용하여 체험학습의 흥미와 재미를 더할 수 있는 스토리기반의 성장형 콘텐츠를 개발하고자 한다. 3D프린터를 활용하여 출력한 캐릭터는 개인 기념품으로 소장함으로써 그 가치를 상승시킬 수 있고, 성장형 콘텐츠를 통해 지역문화와 역사 그리고 관광 생태 체험을 함으로써 이해와 재미를 증진시킬 수 있어 교육 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 체험학습 할 지역의 문화와 생태에 대해 오브젝트 스마트 디바이스에서 가상으로 생성시켜 성장과정을 거친 후 3D 프린터를 활용하여 결과물을 개인 기념품으로 출력함으로써 교육 효과를 높일 수 있는 체험 학습용 콘텐츠 애플리케이션을 개발하는 것이다. 개발된 체험 학습용 콘텐츠 어플리케이션은 학생 및 관광객을 대상으로 관광 정보 제공 및 학습용 콘텐츠로 활용 할 수 있으며, 3D프린팅 기술을 통해 다양한 콘텐츠 개발을 하기 위한 새로운 원동력이 될 수 있다.

  • 미국에는 중앙의 주요행정부처에 문화정책 전담기구가 없고, 경제규모나 생활수준으로 비교 가능한 다른 국가들에 비해 문화예술에 대한 정부의 직접지원이 상대적으로 적다. 그럼에도 세계의 문화예술계를 선도하는 예술작품, 예술인, 예술단체를 배출하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 거버넌스 접근과 공유 거버넌스 개념을 중심으로 미국 문화예술생태계를 구성하고 있는 지역과 중앙의 다양한 영리/비영리예술법인, 재단, 위원회, 예술 옹호단체, 문화예술유관협회 등의 능동적인 역할과 상호관계를 살펴본다. 이를 통해, 중앙과 지역의 다양한 층위의 정부유관기관과 문화예술단체들이 이슈네트워크를 중심으로 자발적 이합집산을 이루고 보충의 원칙과 동형화를 기반으로 상호간 정책영향을 미치면서, 미국만의 정치 사회적 구조와 환경에 대응하는 독특한 문화정책과 예술지원체계를 구축하여 왔음을 확인한다.

  • In this study, the changes in fashion consumption culture in the post-COVID-19 era were examined through big data analysis. Considering that the Chinese market plays a pivotal role in the global fashion industry, big data was collected in the most famous and professional fashion network in China, LADYMAX.cn. As a result of text mining and social network analysis, three major changes were identified as the emerging fashion consumption culture in the post-COVID-19 era. First, as a trend in new media consumption, COVID-19 disease and the development of digital technology tended to encourage consumers to put more importance on the relationship between bloggers and fans than previously. Second, as a trend in reward consumption, consumers tended to be rewarded for their hard work to relieve and comfort their high stress caused by spending a long time worrying about the prolonged COVID-19 situation. Third, as a trend in home-economy consumption, consumers tended to prefer homewear and sportswear more because they were spending longer times at home as the social distancing period was prolonged.

밀레니엄을 맞이하는 1990년대 패션과 메이크업의 경향 (Chronological Trends of Fashion and Make-up in 1990s for the Next Millennium)

  • This paper analyzes the trend of fashion and make-up in 1990s and their relevancy to each other. Based on the chronological analysis, we propose a new category for the fashion and make-up trend in 1990s, which is 1) traditional ecology period(1990∼1994), 2) versatile trial or decadent period(1995∼1997), and 3) soft landing period based on the minimal neo-ecology and romanticism(1998∼2000). Between 1990 and 1994, there was no differentiation in seasons. It appeared that spring/summer and fall/winter trend have had no big differences. At the beginning in 1990s, it was basically based on ecology concept that emphasizes the natural image. However after 1995, seasonal differences in trend are appeared and there were various make-up designs. The trends of spring/summer in 1996 could be named as color revolution period that emphasized the unique and individual expression of each person. In 1997, black, pastel, and brown colors were the result of reinterpreting the classic and sexy images of 1960s to natural and modernistic image of 1997. Purple color started to be introduced to us. In 1998, pastel tone, pink, and purple color expresses the glamorous look based on the romantic feminism. S/S of 1999 is mainly represented by minimalism and avant garde. For fall/winter trends, brown color lines make-up comes to mix with romantic image and developed into wine, orange, neon colors in 1995 and 1996. These colors were the symbol of property and sentiment. Gold make-up emphasizing the eye area was the tendency of that period. In 1997, the fear of coming end of century was expressed as decadent image. At that time, ethnic and romantic image appeared with vivid color lines, gold, red and violet. In 1998, romanticism was popular again with modernism and ethnic mood. It expressed the romantic elegant image. The trend has returned to the ecology mood again in 1999. This ecology is somewhat different from the previous ecology. It adds a sofistaiced feeling and sportic fashion. To express natural and sportic image, they choose pink blush. In coming 2000 as a new millennium, the yellow color will be main the stream to express vision, dream, and happiness in both fashion and make-up as an accent color. The minimal design and minimal tools will be used for the design and make-up, respectively. In addition, the fusion concept will dominate the fashion and make-up industry in the globalized and boundariless age. Through this paper, we hope that make-up can be accepted as a part of total fashion in its relationship with other elements such as shoes, clothes and accessory and that it can be considered as a independent art that has direct influence on people and industry.

배양 조건이 Aspergillus sp.의 독소 생산에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Various Culture Conditions on the Production of Mycotoxin by Aspergillus sp.)

  • Ochratoxin A와 aflatoxin은 곰팡이 독소 생산 균주가 자연 발효되는 식품에 오염되거나 발표식품의 종균을 분별없이 선택했을 때 검출 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 배양 환경이 ochratoxin A와 aflatoxin의 생산에 주는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. Aspergillus usamii KFRI 999와 A. awamori KFRI 983의 배양 온도, 배양 배지, 배양 시간을 달리하여 ochratoxin A생산 정도를 분석하였다. 또한 초기 pH, 온도, 배양 시간, 배양 배지를 다르게 하였을 때 A. flavus KACC 41403와 A. oryzae KACC 46471가 생산하는 aflatoxin의 양을 평가하였다. Ochratoxin A와 aflatoxin의 양은 HPLC로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 곰팡이 독소는 배양 온도에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. A. oryzae KACC 46471는 aflatoxin을 생산하지 않았다. 곰팡이 독소를 생산하는 균주는 모두 $30^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높은 독소 생산량을 보였다. A. awamori KFRI 983은 PDA 배지에서 가장 적은 ochratoxin A 생산량을 보였다. 본 연구 결과는 다양한 식품의 ochratoxin A와 aflatoxin 저감화에 유용하게 활용 될 수 있다.

Optimization of Hyaluronidase Inhibition Activity from Prunus davidiana (Carriere) Franch Fruit Extract Fermented by its Isolated Bacillus subtilis Strain SPF4211

  • Strain SPF4211, having hyaluronidase (HAase) inhibition activity, was isolated from P. davidiana (Carriere) Franch fruit (PrDF) sugar extract. The phenotypic and biochemical properties based on 16S rDNA sequencing and an API 50 CHB kit suggested that the organism was B. subtilis. To optimize the HAase inhibition activity of PrDF extract by fermentation of strain SPF4211, a central composite design (CCD) was introduced based on three variables: concentration of PrDF extract (X1: 1-5%), amount of starter culture (X2: 1-5%), and fermentation time (X3: 0-7 days). The experimental data were fitted with quadratic regression equations, and the accuracy of the equations was analyzed by ANOVA. The statistical model predicted the highest HAase inhibition activity of 37.936% under the optimal conditions of X1 = 1%, X2 = 2.53%, and X3 = 7 days. The optimized conditions were validated by observation of an actual HAase inhibition activity of 38.367% from extract of PrDF fermented by SPF4211. These results agree well with the predicted model value.
