The purpose of this study is to identify the association of military looks with fascist aesthetics and to infer various aesthetic values of fascism expressed in military looks. The research method is documentary studies through the literature and academic papers, and examined masters' and doctors' theses, domestic and overseas books and fashion magazines, photographs and materials collected from the Internet. The facism expressed in military looks is as follows: First, nationalism, reflecting the current ideology of rebellion, appeals to the original national sentiment of the masses. Second, temptation implies that fascism tempts the mass using the nature of charisma rather than by force and, by doing so, accumulates mighty power without military force. Third, mythology is utilizing images and symbols of great appeal to people for absolute power beyond the concept of time. In order to express power for the effusion of emotional energy through the vision for realities and the magical power of images. Fourth, barbarism is always harbored in the conflict and confrontation of interests among ideas, economies, religions and classes on the other side of contemporary civilized society.

For 299 patients who had undergone cataract surgeries we investigated the difference in visual acuity and refractive power before and after cataract surgery and the clinical change of the visual acuity and the refractive power according to age, gender, hospital visit time and specific medical history. We found the factors affecting preoperative and postoperative outcomes of the cataract patients in metropolitan hospitals by input, process, and outcome and analyzed medical characteristics and patient characteristics as the input variables. T-test and ANOVA have been performed for statistical analysis of functional status, and general status and the technical characteristic as the process variable and the outcome variable of diagnosis. Visual acuity improved significantly in patients who had undergone cataract surgery. However, the change in refractive power did not show a statistically significant difference but only a slight difference. The improvement of male patients was greater than that of female patients. The difference in age was more effective in patients under 50 years old and the effect of cataract surgery was relatively high in patients without the presence of specific medical history. Cataract surgery did not seem to help all of the patients, but it is more effective in improving visual acuity and refractive power. We conclude that simultaneous cataract surgery in both eyes is reasonable in order to have at least the better effect.

The present study collected and analyzed the Korean's folk-belief related to Koran traditional costume culture which are handed down from ancestor and are known to present Korean society as of 1990's. The purpose of the present study is to understand emotion and the view of Korean people, and to understand the social roles of the costumes in Koran traditional society more deeply and more comprehensively. The study was conducted by document analysis and interview. The results of the study are summerized as follows: Folk-belief related to spinning(gilssam), sericultural industry and weaving are mostly enduced from the hope for god quality of work and acquisition of good skill of weaving. There has been also a belief hat gilssam has a magic power to easy delivery and fecundity. Most Folk-belief of taboo related to clothing constraction proposed to people pay great care while they are sawing. Some ways of management of clothing has been related to the manners of which are associated with the differentiation between high and low level and predominance of men over women that was originated fro m confucianism. Socks(busun) and shoes are also considered to have magic power to prevent from exorcism and demon of ill health. This study suggests that folk-belief give us the wisdom a guideline and lessons for better life, high quality arts and techniques which are handed down from ancestors. Therefore, folk-beliefs having a great value, non-shaped treasures of traditional culture heritage should be collected as many as possible, recorded, and preserved.

In order to cope with the severe business environment and possess the competitive advantage in the food service industry, the effect of organization culture and leadership on competitive advantage in food service companies was investigated. The friendly culture was regarded as important in relation between corporate culture and leadership. And the tendency to participate was shown to be highly correlated to leadership. Leadership and competitive advantage were influenced by the tendency to participate, differentiation and competence. The corporate culture and competitive advantage were affected by the friendly culture, differentiation and competence. Especially, the organization culture was more important than leadership. Therefore, it is necessary to execute the tendency to participate, differentiate products, service and management, and attract customers. And the maintenance of competitive power is required to develop a new product, evaluate customer satisfaction, and improve decision making, problem solving and crisis management.

본 논문은 모로코의 종교적 배경과 역사문화적 특징을 이해함으로써 모로코 이민자들의 정착문제나 다양한 목적의 모로코 협력을 위한 방안을 체계화하고자 하였다. 모로코는 교역에서 개방적이고, 사회 문화적 면에서는 전형적이다. 스페인과 프랑스 등 서구 유럽문화의 교류를 해왔지만 전형적인 무슬림을 유지한다. 특히 모로코가 과거 삼각교역의 중심지로써, 디아스포라와 물류 허브였고 북미로 진출하였다. 앞으로도 글로벌 다각교역의 문화확산의 교두부역할은 한다. 지금은 모로코 교역이 프랑스를 비롯한 유럽지역을 중심으로 형성되어 있다. 이는 아프리카 지역의 개방화와 산업화의 진전으로 한국을 비롯한 세계 각국에서도 접하게 된다. COVID-19이후 소프트파워가 여성 접근성을 높이고 있다. 모로코에 대한 비즈니스적인 진출이나 서비스 금융 및 지역적 차원의 접근을 위한 글로벌 삼각 전략지로써, 우리는 한국의 소프트파워인 문화적 산업 및 서비스를 현지에서 수용하게 됨을 방증한다.

It was reported in our Previous paper that the fermented products from Gloeostereum incarnatum strongly inhibit the growth of six kinds of bacteria in human bodies. In this paper the appropriated conditions of immersing culture for the strain 8 903 of Gloeostereum incarnatum was analysed. And the output of the hypha and fermentative product was determined or compared. The prelimenaryresults showed that the appropriated conditions for the growth of Gloeostereum incarnatum are: (1)culture medium:glucose 3%; protein peoptne 0.2%; soybeancake power 1% yeast power 0.3%; KH2PO40.05%; MgSO4 0.03%; CaCO3 0.01%; vitamin Bl 0.001%; befor sterilization pH Value of six should be maintained; (2) temperature; 27f ~28f ; (3) time; about 200 hours; (4) ventilation; (30%∼50%)/min. The sigh of the end culture are: pH coming down about 4: remnant glucoses less 1%; amino nitrogens about 20%; time about eight days. In the aforementioned conditions, the output of fermentative product achieve to 2.5∼3g/L.

The purpose of this study is recognize theoretical background of funeral culture based on present studies and a recent statistical data, and provide data for err from the right path of a funeral policy and improve consciousness of person. And, There wish inflected a basic data when Architectural Planning of funeral facilities to institutional background and facilities situation.

기업의 안전문화 측정에 있어 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있으나, 평가방법에 따라 정형화되지 못한 주관적인 기준에 따른 정성적 분석결과를 도출하는 한계를 보인다. 이에, 복합발전 플랜트에 적용할 수 있는 설문지를 개발하고, 이 결과를 기반으로 시스템 다이내믹스 모델을 이용하여 평가결과의 정량화를 하였고, 다양한 시나리오를 통한 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 안전문화 측정과 함께 기업의 미래 안전문화 정책에 기준을 제시 하고자 하였다.

중국 대륙에서 전통문화(傳統文化)와 사상(思想)은 근 100여년의 시간동안 역사의 격변을 거치면서 타도의 대상에서 계승해야할 유산(遺産)으로 탈바꿈 되었다. 오늘날 중국 정부와 학계, 민간에서는 빈부격차, 가치관의 부재, 정신적 의지처의 상실 등 경제발전이 남긴 부작용을 유학(儒學)을 중심으로 한 전통사상과 문화의 복원을 통해 해결하고자 한다. 중국 정부는 표면적으로는 사회주의 이론체계들을 고수하면서도 유학(儒學)을 이용하여 사회적 안정과 통합을 도모하고 지속적인 경제성장을 이룰 수 있는 버팀목으로 삼고자 한다. 민간의 경우 경제발전을 통해 민족적 자신감을 회복하게 되자 전통문화 복원과 선전을 통해 민족적 자부심을 고취하고 중국문화를 세계에 선양하려는 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 특히 전통문화와 사상의 복원을 주장하는 학자들은 전통 속에서 문화적 통일성과 정신적 안식처 그리고 새로운 가치체계를 모색하고자 한다. 비판적 계승론자나 당대 문화보수주의자들은 전통문화와 사상이 현대화에 기여할 수 있는 요소를 지니고 있으며, 전통사상에 대한 새로운 이해와 해석을 통해 현대화의 부작용을 해결해 나갈 수 있다고 주장한다. 우리의 입장에서 본다면, 전통과 문화를 일종의 '역량(力量)'(power)으로 간주하는 대륙의 비판적 계승론자나 문화보수주의자들의 관점에 대한 심도 있는 이해가 필요하며, 우리에게도 전통문화와 사상의 새로운 해석을 통해 현실문제 해결의 계기를 모색하려는 적극적인 노력이 요청된다고 할 수 있다.
