From the mid-to-late 2010s, technology was frequently mentioned in the definition of digital transformation. In the early stages, the private sector started actively using it, and the public sector started to take it seriously. Divided into "providing value and cultural change, the main goals of digital transformation were accomplished, and the ideas of creating new values in social and industrial systems and applying digital technology appeared to be related. Digital transformation, defined as the idea of combining digital solutions to boost competitiveness and add value, necessitates social innovation and cultural shifts at the national level. In order to encourage the digital transformation of the industry, the Industrial Digital Transformation Promotion Act was passed in December 2021. This set the groundwork for a comprehensive and organized approach to facilitating the use of industrial information. We will examine the nature and extent of digital transformation in this study, as well as discover the organizations and regulations that support it. We also want to examine the essential standards and technologies needed to put the digital transformation plan into practice. Lastly, We'll make some conclusions about how this will affect public services' digital transformation.

The purpose of this study is to systematically examine fusion phenomenon in the cultural aspect aiming to grasp the characteristics of fusion phenomenon, which has a steady impact on fashion trend. A reason for fusion to be noted as a cultural code is because diversely cultural interpretations are impossible from one viewpoint. Therefore, it is aimed to inquire into the characteristics of fusion culture, which is one phenomenon of newly mass culture, and to examine which cultural fusion phenomenon in modern fashion is being displayed in fashion design. First, the culturally fusion phenomenon, which was indicated in modern fashion, is displayed as repetition. The fusion, which integrates into fashion as a cultural code, is a trend of pursuing the experience with different culture. The needs of consumers are shown as fusion fashion that repeatedly uses the traditional detail and the modern detail through cultural repetition. Second, it is displayed as transformation. A concept of fusion is not the simple aggregate in [1+1=2], but the creation of new culture called [1+1=1]. In modern fashion, the cultures in the East and the West are harmoniously transformed, and through transformation, each culture is being compressively delivered. Third, it is displayed as interdependency. The fusion fashion which was newly re-interpreted while having reciprocal influence upon mutual culture, is re-interpreted by forming the equal relationship in heterogeneous elements without destroying fashion that was made previously.

This paper presents Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI) as a tool to support the study of paintings and authentication. Manufacturing techniques of the artist are reviewed through the comparison between liberal perspectives and digital imaging techniques. In this study, RTI was applied to focus on the detailed textural information of eight paintings by Korean artist Lee Ji-ho. The RTI result visualizes shallow reliefs of brush strokes and different mediums on the surface technically enhanced through imaging filters, and these morphological textures on the surface act as a key factor in understanding the characteristics of the artist. The surface morphology and art criticism work as qualitative indicators to analyze the change of artistic techniques through time, and the usage of different mediums. The results of this study confirm that the RTI technique can be used as an analysis device in the study of paintings.

This study explored the parental belief types of mothers who had defected from North Korea and found out its relationship to the mother's child-rearing behaviors and socio-demographical variables and the child's age. 89 mothers who had defected from North Korea with the youngest child being under 20 years old, responded to the questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by cluster analysis, MANOVA, and $X^2$-test. The results showed that the parental beliefs were clustered into 3 types: 'high child- and parent-centered & low cultural transformation'(cluster 1)(37.08%), 'low child- and parent-centered & middle cultural transformation'(cluster 2)(46.03%), and 'high child- and parent-centered & high cultural transformation'(cluster 3)(16.85%). The differences among the clusters were found in the warmth-acceptance and rejection-restriction dimensions of the mother's child-rearing behaviors. The frequencies of each cluster were meaningfully different depending on the mother's age, educational level, length of residence in South Korea, and their child's age. Based on these findings, the implications and suggestions were discussed.

본고는 "동궐도(東闕圖)"의 작도원리를 기반으로 러버쉬팅변환(Rubber Sheeting Transformation)을 통해 조선후기 창덕궁 금천교 주변의 평면도 제작을 시도하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "동궐도(東闕圖)" 제작 당시부터 현존하는 주요 전각의 실제 크기와 그림에 묘사된 크기를 비교하여 전각의 정입면이 약 1/200으로 축소되어 작성되었음을 밝혀냈다. 그러나 측입면에서는 동일한 제작 비율이 확인되지 않았다. 다만, 측입면의 길이가 실제의 약 절반 정도로 그려지고, 사선 각도가 평균 $39^{\circ}$로 파악됨에 따라 캐비닛 투영(Cabinet Projection)과 유사한 방식으로 작도되었음을 확인하였다. 둘째, "동궐도(東闕圖)"의 작도 원리를 역추적하여 "사투영평면도"를 작성하고 러버쉬팅변환을 통해 "동궐도(東闕圖)"의 창덕궁금천교 주변 평면도를 제작하였다. 변환 시 투영변환(projective transformation)이 가장 적합한 것으로 확인되었고, 표준 오차는 2.1208m로 비교적 높은 정확도를 나타냄으로써 "동궐도(東闕圖)"의 평면도 제작이 유의미하였다. 이는 "동궐도(東闕圖)"뿐만 아니라 평행사선도법으로 작성된 각종 기록화의 평면도 제작 가능성을 시사한다. 셋째, 작성된 평면도가 제공하는 공간 정보의 정확성을 검토하기 위해 금천교의 위치, 금천교와 진선문의 배치, 금천의 석축 위치를 시기에 따라 비교하였다. 그 결과 작성된 평면도의 내용이 금천교 발굴조사결과와 그 맥락을 함께 함으로써 러버쉬팅변환이 "동궐도(東闕圖)" 제작 당시 모습을 이해하는데 유용한 도구로서의 활용 가능성이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 러버쉬팅변환을 적용하여 "동궐도(東闕圖)"에 수록된 공간정보를 2차원 평면도로 제작하기 위한 가능성을 모색하고, 이를 통해 조선후기 동궐의 모습을 이해하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Interpreting the phenomenon of Fast fashion that is prevalent these days, this research is meaningful in that it prepares the frame which suggests the vision to read the trend of 2000s and analyzes the property of phenomenon of Fast Fashion in the connection with society and culture. The so[io-cultural property can be largely characterized by consumption orientation, change orientation, efficiency, moment and multiculturism. Analyzing the phenomenon of fast fashion that emerged after 2000 on the basis of such sociocultural background, it is largely classified into imitation, fashionability, disposability, portability, transformation and convergence. Due to the hi-polarization of consumption, people tend to select imitated goods, and people accustomed to speed get interested in the fashionability of all Phenomena. Further, society that is transient and changing rapidly makes the habit of purchasing in disposability. The property of nomad society encourages to keep the habit of portability. Such change-oriented society and rapidly changing life pattern make them adapt in diverse transformation modes of Fast Fashion. Further, multi-cultural world integrates enterprises through combination of all cultures and the convergence of all factors.

Based on the Greek myth of Pygmalion and the fairy tale of Cinderella, Shaw's Pygmalion demonstrates a masterful coalescence of these two narrative motifs into a coherent plot scheme. Even more significant is his keen insight into the conflicts created at the tripartite intersection of human activity concerning language/class/culture, which, as the leitmotif, revolves around lessons in language learning. This play basically deals with human transformation and by its very nature, Higgins's experimentation with transforming Eliza cannot stop at language alone. Her cultural transformation ripples over into the realms of gesture and even a unique way of living (modus vivendi) intimately associated with taste and manners, which Bourdieu terms as habitus. By acquiring a new fashion and language, Eliza is reborn as a new lady aspiring to be filled with a newly acquired habitus. While separating her from her old Cockney style, Higgins inculcates Queen's English in Eliza, in which process her changed speech styles gradually transforms and restructures her deportment and manners, finally generating new practices, perceptions and attitudes. The gist of Pygmalion is however less Eliza's ascent into the middle class than her battle for symbolic capital waged at the level of language. By problematizing his contemporary practice of habitus conventionalized and warped by class distinctions based on economic, social and cultural capitals, Shaw creates a new humanist model of man founded on spiritual and rational virtues. In conclusion, Eliza is not a frigid Galatea but a dynamic character that goes through a brilliant transformation of three stages: 1) linguistic; 2) cultural, and 3) humanist. Finally she is built into a "consort battleship" on an equal standing with her sculptor. The process of her character-building cannot be illuminated without resorting to the dynamic notion of habitus, which highlights the process of inculcation, structuring, generation and transposing. Given the overwhelming weight of the heroine's role and the dynamic process of her transformation as the major plot scheme, this play should be christened Galatea in lieu of Pygmalion.

본 논문은 소규모 변경도서인 거문도를 대상으로 새로운 어업기술과 제도가 도입됨에 따라 발생하는 지역변화를 연구하였다. 새로운 제도와 기술의 도입에 따른 지역 내 변화는 다음과 같다. 먼저 자급적인 어업은 상업적 어업으로 변화되고, 늘어난 어획물 처리를 위한 제도와 설비의 확충이 나타난다. 즉 어시장의 개설, 수산 가공업의 발달 등 수산업분야의 성장은 지역 내 산업 구조 변화로 드러난다. 본 논문은 이와같은 변화를 새로운 문화 요소의 이식과정과 이식된 문화요소가 지역 내 원질 문화와 결합하는 토착화 과정을 통해 연구하였다. 본 논문의 연구 결과 새로운 문화 요소가 이식될 때 수용과 토착화 과정은 동일 지역 내에서도 각 문화 요소별로 상이한 속도와 양상을 나타내며, 집단 간의 반응 양상도 선별적으로 드러난다.

본 연구의 목적은 조셉 캠벨과 크리스토퍼 보글러의 영웅서사에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 성공 한류 드라마에 나타난 영웅서사의 변용을 조명함에 있다. 분석 대상으로는 올해 한류 열풍을 재점화한 TV드라마 <태양의 후예>를 선정하여 보글러의 모델에 대입한 결과 영웅서사에의 높은 부합도를 확인할 수 있었다. 나아가 본 연구는 현대적 변용과 세계적 변용이라는 두 가지 관점이 드라마의 성공을 이끈 유효한 스토리텔링 전략일 수 있음을 조명하였다. 현대적 변용은 한국적 특수성을 담아냄으로써 현실감과 공감을 유도하는 효용이 있으며 인물구현 방식, 사건 전개 방식, 배경 설정 방식에서 각각 드러났다. 다음으로 세계적 변용은 세계보편적인 가치 구현으로 문화적 할인율을 낮출 수 있는 바, <태양의 후예>에서는 휴머니즘이 각 요소에 복합적으로 작용하며 작품의 지평을 넓힌 것으로 분석되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 성공 한류 드라마로 거듭나기 위해서는 현대적 변용과 세계적 변용, 즉 한국적 특수성과 세계적 보편성의 적절한 배합이 긴요함을 밝혀내었다. 이로써 본 연구는 영웅서사의 변용으로부터 한국 드라마의 세계화 가능성을 모색해보는 시도로서 의의를 지닌다.

This paper presents two social and academic studies on the boundary between cultural production and consumption. The first line of the study on cultural omnivore analyzes the choice of heterogeneous audiences in the face of various cultural offerings. The second line is a study of market categories, which analyzes the responses of peer audiences to objects with different levels of category code compliance. As such, this paper developed a heterogeneous audience model to evaluate objects of different types. This allows us to consider two dimensions of cultural preference: diversity and orientation of selection. To this end, this paper proposes a new analytical frame work to map consumption behavior on these two dimensions. The results suggest that one type of target that values diversity and transformation is particularly resistant to those that span boundaries. We test this argument in the analysis of two large data sets on film and restaurant reviews. Overall, our findings can extend beyond cultural consumption. Outline variability of contextual individuals or individuals in the same situation can cross cultural boundaries even if they are not intentionally pursuing such hybridism.
