본 연구는 인공지능 기술의 발전이 음악 콘텐츠 제작에 가져올 패러다임의 변화를 예측하고, 인공지능과 인간의 협업을 통해 창작된 작품이 완성품으로써 예술적 가치를 지닐 수 있음을 제기한다. 인공지능 작곡 프로그램을 활용하여 누구나 손쉽게 음악 콘텐츠 제작을 할 수 있으며, 예술가에게는 다양한 시도와 창의적인 발상에 영감을 줄 수 있는 계기가 됐다. 인공지능 기술이 인간의 삶에 편리성을 제공하고, 일의 효율적인 측면에 많은 혜택을 주고 있지만, 현재까지 예술 영역에서 데이터 기반의 패턴 음악이라는 인식에서 벗어나기 어려운 점이 있다. 이러한 정량적인 요소가 많은 패턴 음악은 예술이 추구하는 추상적인 상징성이나 의미가 부재되어 완전한 창작품으로써 인정받지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 인간의 협업을 통해 감정이나 창의성과 같은 정성적인 요소를 인공지능 음악에 부여하면 완전한 예술 작품으로써 가치를 인정받을 수 있음을 예측한다. 인공지능 기술의 발전은 대중들에게 문화·예술에 대한 접근성을 높여주고, 심미적인 체험과 더불어 누구나 즐길 수 있는 유희적인 측면까지 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 개인의 디지털 리터러시의 향상을 통해 다양한 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있으며, 자신의 작품을 타인에게 공유하며 소통할 수 있는 계기가 된다. 이처럼 인공지능 기술은 대중과 문화·예술을 잇는 매개체 역할을 하고 있으며, 예술 활동을 통해 인간과 기술을 간극을 좁히고 있다. 이러한 문화적인 현상과 함께 예술적 가치를 지닌 인공지능 음악 콘텐츠 제작 연구와 향후 인공지능 기술을 활용한 다양한 융·복합 예술 콘텐츠의 발전 가능성을 전망해 본다.

The Result of the study can be summarized as follows : (1) Korean culture and public library look extremely wasted equally. Judging from this fact, I believe that it is impossible for public library can contribute to development of Korean culture. (2) But, public library can contribute to development of culture in the cultural environment that mental desire is prior to physical wants. This cultural environment can be built up with reading of good books. Therefore, if class to reading education and diverse reading education programs can be activated in a large portion of the nationwide public libraries and the majority of a local resident are capable of improving their creativity power, thinking power and imaginative faculty, public library can contribute to produce such cultural circumstances. (3) Quality, culture, a human and mind receive mu6 respect in Korean Society as advanced civil, democratic and industrial society in the future. The Society will be influenced by reason and rational culture will be suitable to this society. Creativity power, thinking-power, imaginative faculty, intelligence and power of information management are demanded to the greatest degree for the development of idea and new technology in the society under the control of rational culture. So, lifelong education with library use is the most fruitful and inexpensive way for the improvement of these powers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Post-modernism social cultural pattern has been reflected in collar of costume. In the classes social, collar in costume is the expressive medium of ideology and status symbol such as Passium of ancian Ezypt and Byzantin collar which is examined religion belif. The conspicuous function of collar can be examed as the ruff collar, which is the expressive medium of self-confidence, but the whisk collar and the flat collar means decline the authorized conspicous function. In the cultural pattern of Post-modernism, collar in costume presents the coexistence of double-sides value such as androgyny, dividinism and eclecticism. For example, the tailored collar or shirt collar in women's suit with delicate materials express the self-confidence, energy and intelligence, and the round collar or the draped collar in men's suit with rough material express the sensibility and liberty. In the deconstructivity through breaking the basis form of the collar, callar can be transformed in to sleeve, cape or hat on occasion. In conclusion, the function of collar changes by the cultural pattern and expresses the spirit.

Despite the relatively short history of Social Network Sites or Services (SNS), it has quickly gained popularity with more than seven hundred million users all over the globe. The SNS emerged as one of the strongest cultural influences for the contemporary society. The SNS would provide both chances and challenges for Education. The main purpose of the article was to explore the way education react and adapt to the emergence of social network and SNS. It tried to provide major theoretical grounds that bridge education and social network. In the due process, the researchers have examined the curriculum and instructional design process of education from the perspective of disruptive and sustainable aspect of SNS technology. Consequently, four major theoretical grounds were identified and reviewed: Gibson's theory of affordance, Vygotsky's social constructivism, Rha's human visual intelligence theory, and the network theory. By investigating these theories, the educational potentials of social network and SNS were emerged. The SNS was viewed as a new medium with abundant potentials of expanding the learning space, empowering the affective aspects of learning, and facilitating the formation of group intelligence. Finally, some future implications and challenges of SNS were suggested.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer 's consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

Fashion appears as a similar sense of form in a regularly cyclical way. The part highlighted in the female body also becomes that way. The social and cultural problem of fashion is also a matter about the selection of a wearer on how to wear in what environment. Power dressing means an attire that makes you feel dignity, intelligence or power and an attire that is needed to succeed in the business society. It is based on the fact that women started wearing tailored suits that were regarded as the exclusive item of men as the women's social activity was actively progressing. The purpose of the study is to analyze the problem of styles in the social and cultural perspectives. The power dressing was repeatedly appeared in 1930s, 1980s and 2000s. Therefore, this study collected photo data and literature documents to analyze and compare shoulders represented during these three periods, and to examine what social cultural environment was operated for each period and how the designers of each period expressed with clothes. Power dressing is characterized by the use of shoulder pad for the first time for 1930s, the extended shoulder for 1980s and the design the extended shoulder with the more decorative method for 2000s. Power dressing has been utilized as women's gain and improvement of social status, flaunting of economical status and a symbol of individuality and identity.

본 연구는 청소년들의 글로벌 리더십 역량과 교육 경험 내용 분석을 통해 글로벌 리더십 교육의 방향을 모색하였다. 경기도 내 중학교 3학년 학생 200명을 대상으로 하였으며, 지구적 안목 형성과 문화적 리터러시 함양의 2 개 영역을 중심으로 설문하였다. 지구적 안목 형성 영역에서는 지구적 비전과 지구적 문제해결력을, 문화적 리터러시에서는 문화다양성 인식과 인간 관계 영역을 설정하여 역량과 교육 경험을 조사-분석하였다. 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 글로벌 리더십함양을 위한 교육 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 글로벌 활동가로서의 끔을 갖게 하는 교육, 둘째, 지구적 문제해결 능력 함양, 셋째, 다양한 문화 인식 교육, 넷째, 문화다양성 교육의 다양화, 다섯째, 언어 등 특정 능력 위주의 교육보다는 다양한 영역에서의 교육, 여섯째, 문화다양성 인식과 지구적 안목 형성을 중요하게 다루고 있는 지리 교육을 통한 글로벌 리더십 교육 강화를 제시하였다.

이 글은 인공지능과 인간이 함께 사회적 가치를 만들어 가는 작업이 중요하게 대두되는 현재의 시점에서 생활과 연관된 문화와 제도에 대한 패러다임의 전환을 모색해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. AI와 관련된 현상들이 현대 사회에서 어떻게 작동하는가에 주목하는 접근 방법은 이 연구의 기초를 이룬다. 이에 "AI 현상"을 사회 문화의 일부로 수렴하면서 그 의미를 밝히기 위해 다양한 문헌 자료를 활용, 윤리나 기술평등 같은 가치를 연계시켜 AI의 사회 제도적 면을 짚어 보고자 하였다. 사회의 구성원들이 함께 할 수 있는 AI와 접목된 기술 문화를 추론하는 일도 기능적인 면에서의 기술적 이해 못지않게 중요한 일이다. 따라서 이 연구가 문화적 상상력과 사회적 시스템이 어우러져 만들어내는 새로운 문화, 즉 "인공지능 문화"의 가능성을 제시할 수 있기를 바란다. 그렇기에 이 글은 하나의 시론적인 성격도 더불어 갖는다.

문화예술교육은 유아의 전인적 발달을 도와 언어능력과 창의적인 사고력을 증진시키고 정서지능을 함양시킬 뿐만아니라 다양한 시각으로 사물을 바라보고 다양한 문화를 이해할 수 있게 하는데 많은 효과가 있었음이 검증되면서 최근에 문화예술교육의 관심은 유아기 예술경험의 중요성과 더불어 예술능력발달에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 수준 높은 문화예술교육은 폭넓은 문화예술의 소양과 감각을 지닌 교사와 문화예술전문가의 긴밀한 협력을 바탕으로 정규수업에서 통합적인 영역을 다루는 것이 가장 바람직 한 일이다. 그러므로 유아교사 양성에 있어서 강화된 문화예술교육을 포함하는 것은 유아문화예술교육의 중요성으로 볼 때 매우 필요한 일이 아닐 수 없다. 4년제 대학의 교과과정 분석으로 예비유아교사 양성교육기관에서 유아교사의 문화예술 전문성을 높일 수 있는 교과과정의 개선과 특성화 방안을 제안해 보면, 유아교사의 문화예술역량 향상을 위해 문화예술능력의 기준과 이수교과목을 제도적으로 규정하고 문화예술전문가에 의한 교육으로 문화예술교과의 확대와 통합교과목을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 현대사회가 지향하는 인재양성을 위하여 문화예술교육은 유아기 때부터 지속적으로 이루어질 때 그 효력이 발생할 수 있으며 유아문화예술교육은 유아의 예술적 체험을 통한 전인적인 인격형성이 목적이기에 유아교사의 양성과정에서 제도적으로 문화예술교육을 강화하고 문화예술영역에 소양과 감각을 기를 수 있는 체험교육이 이루어져야 한다. 향 후 각 유아교사 양성기관에서는 예술문화의 수용력과 해득력을 높일 수 있는 진정한 문화예술교육이 이루어지도록 폭넓은 문화예술교과의 연계와, 융합 등에 대한 개선적인 연구가 절실히 필요한 것이다.

We are easily supposed to think that outdoor EE can help make Eco-Sense, furthermore 'Eco' means nature and natural resource itself. Relatively we are likely to think indoor EE is something theoretical or knowledge-oriented. It comes from our strong beliefs going into nature would be best choice for feeling Eco-mind. But every place in our daily life could be space for finding Eco-feeling(mind), as far as the relation to life in there. No life without ecological relation, so firstly we need to be rethink Eco-feeling could be enough trained in daily life, our EE trends that have distinguished between indoor and outdoor should be rearranged, going there is just for when we unavoidably need to go for outdoor experience. So I focus on two special causes bringing out these biases, 1st Environmental management-thinking, which has been passed over this trend under the name of training environmentally responsible citizen through Awareness, Knowledge, Skill and Attitudes. 2nd important cause is cultural metaphors, which means our thinking is fixed into some patterns, losing cultural thinking diversity, although eco-culture in our daily life has been figured our daily life out as ecological phenomenon hermeneutically. To illustrate this problematic trends, this paper will introduce theories of Bateson G. and Bowers C.A. mainly, who insist fixed pattern-thinking bound for environmental management could be obstacles to make students see and have Ecological intelligence in their mind throughout daily life. This paper will focus on how to feel Eco-mind in our daily life through cultural experience. Representative way for this is to research on rice paddy eco-system and rice culture.
