지역문화시설의 공간구성과 이용특성에 관한 연구 - 시 문예회관을 중심으로 - (A Study on Space Composition and Peculiarity of Utilization of Cultural Facilities in Region - Focused on Central Cultural Facilities in City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the space composition and utilization characteristics of cultural facilities in city which was surrounded by rural area. For this study, it was surveyed 18 cultural facilities including PyungTaek-city in our country. The below was analyzed : The first, the present conditions of space program and functions of central cultural facilities in small city. The second, a frequency and peculiarity in utilization of it. And the third is about system of management. A data of design which can be directly applied by above process is like the below. The function of cultural facilities in city can be fixed from space composition with regional specifics and similarity. The space composition of cultural facilities is diversified by art performance and assembly space, by exhibitional space and reading space, and by the fact whether there is public or not. We know hall of cultural facilities has multi-purpose. Management system needs some changes throughout participation of citizen or experts for more active usage.

포스트모더니즘 패션에 나타난 불확정성(Indeterminancy) (A Study on the Indeterminancy Expressed in the Postmodernism Fashion)

  • Indeterminancy is one of the thought systems which explains all things with not 'either-or' but 'both-and' the conditions and qualities of human identities and inner state. A view of the world of Dionisos of Nietzsche's and the character of Manneristic trend which has resolved the sense of alienation of men by paradoxic expression has succeeded to romanticism surrealism and postmodernism. 1. Cross-dressing has increased under contemporary conditions. There also have been various cross-dressing phenomena in the past but it appears strongly now that it would destroy the cultural stereotypes and give rise to the cultural insecurities in contemporary conditions. 2. The indeterminancy of status that is wealth versus poverty impacts on variations of contemporary dress. This has been represented by neglecting traditional code which is related to wealth in costume by conversion of the symbols of wealth and poverty as disguise with moderation simplicity and additionally poverty image instead of ostentation. 3. In the cultural aspect that is mother culture/ subculture the author has investigated black street fashion which has newly become visible. The black street fashion is wide spread in black popular music such as jazz Rhythm & Blues Reggae and Rap which is subculture against white. The external values of indeterminancy in fashion are n대-manneristic tendencies as deformation eclectic friction and irrational structure and graffiti method. The inner values by indeterminant expression in fashion are irony and paradox grotesque satire and amusement.

잿빛공팜이에 대한 길항균 Bacillus Iicheniformis N1의 배양적 특성 (Cultural Characteristics of Antagonistic Bacterium, Bacillus licheniformis N1 against Botrytis cinerea)

  • This study was conducted to estimate the cultural characteristics, the production of antibiotic, and the selection of optimal media for mass culture of Bacillus licheniformis N1 isolate which was previously reported as an antagonistic bacterium to Botrytis cinerea. We investigated initial pH, temperatures and shaking speed for good cultural conditions and antibiotics production by N1 isolate. According to the results, the optimal conditions of initial pH, temperatures, and shaking speed were determined to be pH 5.0~5.5, 30~35$^{\circ}C$ and 250 rpm, respectively. Also, the optimal conditions for the antagonism by N1 isolate highly appeared in the initial pH as 5.0, and the mycelial growth inhibition was high when the substances used such as glucose or corn starch as carbon sources, and biji(soybean curd residue) flour as a nitrogen source. Furthermore, inhibitory area was significantly expanded, when 3% or 5% of corn starch was added into 5% of Biji flour as nitrogen source, were respectivley selected for mass culture of N1 isolate. Among them, 5% Biji flour medium showed higher cell density more than 10 times that in NB medium after 48 hour incubation. Therefore, the optimal medium was determined as 5% biji flour added 3~5% of corn starch for high density of cells.

토양환경, 재배방법 및 기상요인이 황색종 잎담배 화학성분에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Soil Factors, Cultural Practices and Climatic Conditions on Some Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of soil, cultural practices and climatic conditions on some chemical constituents of flue-cured tobacco. Increasing the nicotine and total nitrogen contents may be useful to reduce the total sugar content of cured leaves in flue-cured tobacco. Delaying the transplanting date and increasing the soil nitrogen($N0_3-N$ and $N0_4-N$) content for 30 days after transplanting by fertilizing are desirable so as to increase the nicotine and total nitrogen contents of cured leaves. Those treatments will delay the ripeness, and elongate the duration of cultivation(day from transplanting to harvesting), and increase the fresh leaf weight. Moderate rainfall in April and May, lower relative humidity in June, and higher mean daily air temperature in June and July seem to be necessary for good leaf of flue-cured tobacco in Korea.

보존처리실 신설시 고려 사항 (Things To Be Considered for a New Conservation Laboratory)

  • 문화재 보존실은 문화재 병원과 같은 시설임에도 불구하고, 일반 사무실과 같은 기준에 따라 신설되는 것이 보통이다. 여기서는 보존실 신설시 고려해야 할 사항과 일반적인 조건들을 건축, 전기 및 조명, 공조, 소방, 기기분야로 구분해 간략하게 제시하였다. 이와함께 보존실 업무의 특성이 반영된 작업공간을 창출하는 요령으로서 처리실의 공간구획을 작업대를 기준으로 하고 기자재 배치시 상하수도 및 공조시설을 기준으로 하는 방법을 설명하였다. 처리실의 업무와 성격이 다양해 여기서 제시한 기준과 요령을 모든 경우에 적용하기는 어렵겠지만, 이러한 조건을 이해한 뒤 해당 보존실 업무의 전문성과 기능에 적당한 기준을 제시함으로서 처리실 신설계획 수립에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

일본 마찌나미 보존지구 타케토미마을(竹富島)의 경관활용실태에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on Actual Conditions of TAKETOMI Village Ladnsacpe on Machinami Conservational District in Japan)

  • The aim of this study is to provide a conservational and practical using of traditional elements and actual conditions of Taketomi village design as specified Machinami Conservational District in far south Okinawa of Japanese Islands. It was comprised in main contents that this study surveyed historical and cultural elements, dwelling area and housing, and environmental elements designed by participation in Taketomi village people. It was surveyed on from July 5th to 6th in 2006. As a results of this study, I could suggest a conclusions as follows; firstly, it was necessary for them to conceive historical and cultural elements as they designed traditional tourism village. Secondly, Machinami District of Taketomi village has a traditional identity that conserves landscapes of red roof house and coralline street by original form. Thirdly, the form and spatial organization of traditional house keep cultural heritage in Taketomi style. Lastly, they, by themselves, build a rules and ideas of green tourism for managements with experts and NPO.

Aspergillus awamori var. kawachii에 의한 쌀 Koji제조시 당화효소의 생산조건 (Cultural Conditions for the Production of Saccharogenic Amylase During Rice-Koji Making by Aspergillus awamori var. kawachii)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the influences of cultural conditions of koji on the production of saccharogenic amylase during rice-koji making by Aspergillus awamori var. kawachii which is now widely used as koji-mold in brewing Tikju and Yakju in Korea. The optimum cultural temperature for the production of saccharogenic amylase by this mold was 36$^{\circ}C$, and at this temperature it needed 40 hours of cultivation for maximum production of this enzyme. It was favorable for high production of both organic acid and saccharogenic amylase to shift the cultural temperature form initial 36$^{\circ}C$ to 32$^{\circ}C$ after 20~25 hours of cultivation. The production of saccharogenic amylase was low when the water content of steamed rice was below 35%, but its production was high at 40~60% of water content. When the quantity of conidial inoculation was too small, the production of saccharogenic amylase was low in initial phase, but it was retrived after 40 hours of cultivation. When koji-thickness was over 3cm, the production of saccharogenic amylase was markedly restricted. The saccharogenic amylase of this koji was stable at pH 2~7, and showed high activity at pH 2~5.

Aspergillus awamori var. kawachii에 의한 쌀 Koji 제조시 유기산의 생산조건 (Cultural Conditions for the Production of Organic Acid During)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the influences of cultural conditions of koji on the production of organic acid during rice-koji making by Aspergillus awamori var. kawachii which is now widely used as koji-mold in brewing Takju and Yakju in Korea. The optimum temperature for the germination of the conidia of the mold was 35'8, and the time required for germination at this temperature was 8 hours. Rapid germination occurred when the water content of steamed rice was above 40%, but germination retardation occurred markedly below 35%. The optimum cultural temperature for the production of organic acid was 32$^{\circ}C$, and the production of organic acid was markedly restricted at 36$^{\circ}C$ and 4$0^{\circ}C$. It was effective for the high production of both saccharogenic amylase and organic acid to shift the cultural temperature from initial 36$^{\circ}C$ to 32$^{\circ}C$ after 20~25 hours of cultivation. Initial water content suitable to the production of organic acid was 40% in steamed rice, but its production was markedly restricted below 30% of water content. When the quantity of conidial inoculation was too small, the production of organic acid was low in initial phase, but it was retrived at later period. Acid production was markedly restricted together with the increase in koji thickness.

원조전문직의 문화적 역량 선행요인에 관한 연구 - 사회복지사, 교사, 간호사, 사회복지공무원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Antecedent Factors Affecting Helping Professions' Cultural Competence - Focusing on Social Workers, Teachers, Nurses, and Social Work Civil Servants -)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사, 교사, 간호사, 사회복지공무원의 문화적 역량 현황과 선행요인을 파악하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구결과 교사의 문화적 역량이 가장 높았으며 사회복지사, 공무원, 간호사 순이었다. 문화적 역량 선행요인으로는 연령, 교육수준, 외국어구사여부, 다문화업무시간, 종사기간, 교육훈련시간, 조직의 지원이 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 각 직군 간에 유의미한 선행요인에도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 문화적 역량을 제고하기 위한 정책적 방향과 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

숭례문 복원 단청에 관한 연구 (Study on the restored Sungnyemun Gate Dancheong)

  • 복원된 숭례문 단청에서 박리 박락 등의 손상이 발생함에 따라 원인을 규명하기 위해 사용된 재료를 중심으로 연구하였다. 사용된 안료 12종에 대한 성분분석을 실시한 결과, 호분과 석간주를 제외한 10종은 인공안료로 확인되었다. 교착제의 종류와 비율을 달리하여 시편을 제작하였고, 현장에서 채취한 단청 시편을 대상으로 용해 비교 시험을 실시한 결과, 단청 시편은 변화가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 교착제의 도포 순서를 달리하여 시편을 제작하고 촉진내후성을 평가하였다. 전체적으로 도막 층이 두꺼워지고, 다른 물성의 교착제를 교차하여 사용하였을 때 박리 박락의 발생률이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.
