  • Cultural assets of the country's history and cherish the living conditions of the people, conscious and cohesive crystals, and the pride of the hearts of the people as a haven. In the country worth preserving national treasure, bomulgeup, local cultural heritage as a major cultural property protection are. Cultural properties, etc. Most are wooden, is vulnerable to fire, and, moreover battling to far away from the city and due to the geographical conditions are very challenging aspects. The national cultural assets, such as the many temples, vows to fire one if the loss of a centuries-old cultural property is a big loss of national posterity to great shame is not. Still cultural assets and a large number of visitors have flocked temples. All of us to keep the look and feel of the cultural assets pleasure to conserve cultural assets preserved to ensure that fire prevention is always unmistakably bear in mind that sees.

문화재 보존시설에서의 습도지시카드 적용성 연구 (The Application of Humidity Indicators for Environmental Measurement Apparatus of Preservation Facility)

  • Cultural heritages are affected by various environmental factors. Main factors are temperature, humidity, light and indoor air pollutants such as ozone, nitrogen oxides. Especially humidity condition is very important. Low humidity condition can cause contraction and high humidity condition can lead to growth of microorganism. This study is conducted to appraise an applicability of the Humidity Indicator which is one of the simple method for humidity control. The Humidity Indicator shows the humidity conditions through color change. Therefore, photometer was used to correctly measure the color change of Humidity Indicator. As a result of lab test, Humidity Indicators was stabilized after one hour from en exposure in a certain humidity condition and the indicators indicated clear correlations between color changes of Humidity Indicators and humidity conditions. Some Humidity Indicators which had been selected through the lab tests were applied to preservation facilities of cultural heritages and the indicators indicated closed correlations with humidity conditions in indoor of facilities.

비시가화지역 역사문화환경 보존지역의 설정 기준 및 현상변경기준의 개선 방안 - 경기도 소재 조선왕릉을 중심으로 - (The Criteria Improvement on the Designation of Historic Cultural Environment Conservation Area and the Current Conditions Alteration in Non-Urbanized Area - A special Emphasis on Chosun Royal Tombs in Gyeonggi -)

  • The Historic Cultural Environment Conservation Areas around Chosun Royal Tombs in Gyeonggi Province are larger than those around other Cultural Assets, so more efficient management tools on the Areas should be needed. This study aims to suggest the directions of policy to modify the existing management tools by analyzing the spatial extent and alteration standards of the 12 Historic Cultural Environment Conservation Areas around Chosun Royal Tombs in Gyeonggi Province. The results of this study are as follows: First, in most cases, the spatial extents of the Areas are 500m, but the spatial extents should be precisely classified in Gyeonggi Ordinance of Cultural Assets Protection, and be excluded according to the layout of Protection Areas and roads. And the outside view from the inside is more important in Chosun Royal Tombs, so the areas on the axis of the view must be controled by considering the development density(bulk or height of buildings). Second, the same zoning areas must be classified as the same section of the Area allowing for equity, and Finally, the Current Conditions Permission Criteria should be actualized to take into account the difference between the development densities of zoning araes and the Criteria.

  • 본 연구는 농용항생제인 kasugamycin의 생산을 위하여 S.kasugaensis의 배양조건 및 배지조성을 고찰하였다. Kasugamycin 발효시 최적 탄소원 및 질소원은 각각 soybean oil과 soybean flour였다. 배지 최적온도는 28'C, 최적 pH는 6.6이었다. 본 배양의 최적 접종 상태는 64-68시간 배양한 전배양액으로 접종하였으며, 발효중 물의 첨가는 생산성의 증가를 나타냈으나 소포제로서 silicone coil 첨가는 별 영향을 관찰할 수가 없었다.

경상남도 천연기념물 노거수의 생육환경 연구 (Growth Conditions of Natural Monument Old Big Trees in Gyeongsangnamdo, Korea)

  • Old big tree transcends the simple meaning of trees as they are the natural monuments that embody the people's history and culture of this land. The Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea(CHA) defines and protects old big tree based not only on the size of the tree but also on its definitive cultural and natural factors such as value, implications, and originality. This research aims to identify and analyze the growth conditions, soil conditions and location character of 20 old big tree in Gyeongsangnamdo korea. The research examined the soundness of the arboreal form, the degree of damage on the bark, as well as the quantity of leafs levels to evaluate the overall condition of growth and development. Also, 9 elements such as soil texture, nitrogen and organic matter content, soil pH, phosphoric acid and EC were further analyzed The research analyzed in correlation of Growth condition and soil. Tree health related positivity that total nitrogen and organic matter. The result which analyzes location character, With natural monument old big trees raising a hand the area where is contiguous appeared with the fact that the farming village style where the rice field and the arable land of field etc. This research aimed at generating some foundational reference data for the analysis of the habitation and management conditions of natural monument old big tree within the Gyeongsangnamdo korea.

플라스틱 작품 보존을 위한 열화 특성 연구 (Study on Degradation Characteristic of Plastic Artwork for Conservation)

  • 플라스틱 작품은 다양한 환경조건에 따라 갈라짐, 색변화, 백화현상 등 재질손상이 급속하게 발생될 수 있다. 특히 현대예술작품 중 대형 플라스틱 작품의 경우 옥외에 전시되는 경우가 많으며, 이에 강한 햇빛과 높은 습도, 강우 등 물리적, 화학적 손상 요인에 지속적으로 노출되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 polypropylene(PP), polystyrene(PS), polyetylene(PE), polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polyurethane(PU)의 5가지 범용 플라스틱 표준 재료를 고온, 자외선, 그리고 고온 및 자외선 복합 조건에 노출시킴으로써 환경조건에 따른 플라스틱 종류별 열화 양상을 평가하였다. 그 결과 인공열화에 따른 PP, PS, PE에서 육안 변화가 크게 나타났으며 특히 PP, PS는 가장 큰 색차가 발생하였다. 인장강도와 표면접촉각 측정결과 PP는 큰 변화가 없었고 PS는 가장 많이 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 광열화에 가장 취약한 재질은 PP와 PS, 내광성이 가장 좋은 재질은 PVC와 PU로 확인되었다. 또한 열화 조건 중 자외선 조건과 고온 및 자외선 복합 조건에서 가장 심한 열화 정도가 확인되었다. 이는 자외선은 직접적 열화 조건으로 작용하였으며 고온의 경우 플라스틱 결합에너지를 끊을 만한 충분한 에너지가 되지 못하기 때문에 순수한 열적에너지로서의 열화 조건보다는 열화 촉매로서 작용한 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 결과는 향후 플라스틱 작품의 재질별 손상원인을 규명하고 보존방안 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

문화재 보호구역 설정을 위한 가시율 분석 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Visibility Ratio Analysis Technique for Establishing the Cultural Property Protective Zone)

  • 현재 현상변경 기준안 작성 시 일률적인 규제방식으로 영향검토구역 내의 문화재 이격거리 확보에 국한하여 높이(층수)규제만을 제한적으로 적용하고 있는데, 이는 문화재 왜소화 현상과 주변 경관에 대한 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있어 현상변경 허용기준 안 작성 시 발생될 수 있는 객관성 결여에 대한 보완책이 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구는 대상 문화재 및 주변 환경을 고려한 종합적인 가시율 전산모의분석을 통해 객관적이고 합리적인 현상변경 규제방안 의사결정을 위한 분석 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 천안시에 소재한 문화재 중 건축물 또는 인공구조물 밀집지역으로 현상변경 허가 시 문화재 왜소화 현상이 예상되는 대상지, 자연 지형 지물의 영향이 건축물 또는 인공구조물에 비해 상대적으로 적은 대상지, 영향검토구역 내에 현상변경 기준이 확립되지 않아 새로운 제도의 도입이 가능한 대상지의 조건에 충족하는 천흥사지 당간지주와 직산현관아를 선정하여 다중관찰자 시점을 중심으로 문화재와 주변 경관에 대한 포괄적인 조망권 설정을 위해 정량적인 가시율 분석을 진행하였다.

석조문화재 보호각 현황과 사례연구 (The present situation of shelter and case study of stone cultural heritage)

  • Most of the important stone cultural heritage (National treasures and Treasures) in Korea are mainly located outdoor and considerably affected by the changes of the temperature, humidity and rainfalls. 541 of the stone cultural heritage are preserved as National treasure and Treasure. The pagodas occupy 187 remains and next 127 Buddha statues, 68 monuments, 60 stupas, and the others 74 stone cultural heritages. The shelter has been installed for one pagoda, 60 Buddha statues, 36 monuments and two stupas. The shelters are categorized in three shapes as traditional shape, modern shape, and others (tradition+modern). Approximately 100 of shelters that have constructed in traditional ways, and about nine of shelters have modern ways, and the only one has the combination shape of tradition and modern, which has been constructed since mid 1900s and repaired from the 1980s~2000s. Many researchers are studying for improvement of manners such as repairing, remodeling or removing of the shelter because problems have occured on shelters. Architectural form of traditional style of Korean timber building is respected, but it has problems on importing natural sunlight to the inside as well as ventilation and spacial problems. However, it needs to supplement policies to improve the positive roles of shelters such as prevention of artificial damage, blocking acid rain, and so on. For instance, the rock-carved Buddha Triad in Seosan, it had problems with viewing, contamination, and dew condensation on the surface. These problems decreased after dismantling the shelter, the space was made for improvement of viewing and dew condensation, and moisture problems were in better conditions. The velocity wind is an important factor in drying conditions on the surface of the rock, therefore the condition has improved after dismantling the shelter.

길항균 Bacillus subtillis CAP134의 대량생산을 위한 배양조건 (Cultural Conditions for Mass Production of Antagonistic Bacillus subtills CAP134)

  • Cultural conditions for mass production of the antagonistic bacteria, Bacillus subtills CAP134 against pathogens causing major airborne diseases to apple tree, effect of temperature, pH, carbon and nitrogen source in the culture broth were investigated. The bacterial growth was most vigorous when the temperature and pH of the culture broth was 30~$35^{\circ}$C, and 7, respectively. As for carbon source, dextrose was best followed in order by dextrose(monosaccharides)>sucrose(disaccharides)$\geq$saccharose(di-saccharides)>starch (polysaccharides). Among different sugars, bacterial growth was favored by in the order of brown, black and white sugars, indicating that the bacterial growth might be promoted by the minor elements presented as impurities in the less purified sugars. As for nitrogen source, organic forms were better to bacterial growth than inorganic forms, that is polypeptone was best followed in order by soy sauce, soybeen milk and inoganic nitrogens. Differences in bacterial growth among different forms of inorganic nitrogen were negligible.
