부식생성물, 이물질 등이 고착된 금속유물의 보존처리는 처리 전·후 형태와 특성, 유물의 중량 및 두께가 변한다. 지금까지 보존처리 전·후 변화에 대한 기록은 주로 육안관찰, 사진촬영 등을 통해 수행되었으나, 이 방법들은 보존처리 변화에 대한 정량적 결과를 파악하는 데 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 환두부를 중심으로 이물질 제거, 균열부 메움, 복원 등의 과정을 3차원 스캐닝으로 기록하여 보존처리에 따른 형상 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 3차원 스캐닝 결과를 기반으로 보존처리에 따른 부피 변화를 산출하고 형상 변화에 대한 수치자료를 분석하였다. 이 결과, 전체적으로 이물질 및 부식물은 보존처리 전 부피의 약 52%(18.1cm³)가 줄어들었고, 표면적으로 볼 때 약 98%가 제거된 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 3차원 형상분석 기술이 유물의 보존처리 기록화 및 분석에 유용함을 보여주었다. 따라서 이 방법론은 금속유물뿐만 아니라 다양한 재질의 문화유산에 확대적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문은 지역의 역사적인 맥락을 중심으로 인지문화경제의 발전으로 이어지는 궤적을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 공간적 변화 및 문화 사회적 변동을 '글로컬라이제이션'이라는 주제로 관찰하고 함의점을 알아보고자 한다. 이때 특히 최근 창조경제에서 중요한 '문화콘텐츠'분야에 집중하고자 한다. 오늘날 대두되고 있는 '창조성'은 이미 오래전부터 공간 경제 사회문화적인 변화의 관련성과 깊은 연관을 맺어왔다고 할 수 있으며, 이것이 '인지문화경제'라고 하는 새로운 경제체제로 변화하기 시작했다고 할 수 있다. 이는 경제지리와 지역발전에 깊은 영향을 미치게 되며, 특히, 지역발전을 주도하게 된다. 이러한 맥락에 따른 문화변동의 특징은 재현과 이미지의 해석 등 추상적인 담론에서, 지역단위에서 실제적으로 일어나는 프로젝트로 등으로 대변하게 되며 보다 구체적인 특징을 지니게 된다. 더 나아가 글로컬라이제이션 시대의 지역발전의 가능성은 한류와 같은 문화콘텐츠를 통해 확인할 수 있다. SNS 등과 같은 현대 미디어의 환경은 서로 소통하는 공간의 기능뿐만 아니라 로컬 단위의 콘텐츠를 전 세계로 확대할 수 있는 역할을 담당하면서 공간을 확대시키고 있다. 향후 글로컬 콘텐츠의 보다 높은 가능성을 위해 공간과 지역의 연계 강조, 다양한 주체들의 유기적인 연계와 활성화, 로컬 단위의 발전성을 담보하기 위한 인프라 구축 등의 주기적인 노력이 수반되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 우리나라 중고등학생들을 대상으로 다문화 역량과 관련 변인들 간의 관계를 분석함으로써 그들의 다문화 역량 증진을 위한 다차원적인 접근을 모색하고자 함에 있다. 이를 위하여 다문화 역량과 관련 변수들의 특성과 변인들 간의 관계를 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 다문화 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 국민정체성, 가치지향성, 문화적 민감성 정도에 따라 다문화 역량이 유의미하게 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 각 단계마다 새로운 변수군을 투입하여 각 모델의 변화를 확인할 수 있었으며, 변수들의 영향력, 유의미성, 모델 전체의 설명력 변화를 통하여 다문화 역량에 대한 국민정체성, 가지지향성, 문화적 민감성에 대한 영향을 검증할 수 있었다.

The biodeterioration with blue-green algae has been studied since 1997 up to 2000 in the tomb of King Mooryong in Kongiu, Korea. Biodeterioration in the tomb initially started from the formation of micro-organismic biofilm that had been suggested to make minor changes on the stone surface. This study revealed that the biofilm formed by microorganisms could result in permanent damages on stone cultural properties. The application of a chemical, 'K2Ol', developed by the author successfully removed fouling of biofilm on the surfaces of stone cultural properties. When small pieces of granite stone were embedded in the solution to study the side effects of the chemicals for a period of three months, the mechanical stability was 0.97 compared to control and there was no change in color. Biodeterioration is one of the most harmful factors that decrease the value of stone cultural properties but it may be treated with a development of proper chemicals.

$\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$의 문화산업의 지역적 변화와 위상정립을 특산품과 지역축제, 문화산업을 대상으로 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$은 고구려, 백제, 신라 삼국의 접경지역으로서 독자적인 문화의 창조가 아직 이루어지지 않아 현대적인 의미에서 세 나라의 문화와 역사가 바탕이 된 문화상품을 개발하여야 할 것이다. 21세기 $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$의 문화산업은 북한의 주요 문화가 고구려 문화에 바탕을 둔 점에서 볼 때 $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$은 고구려 문화와의 연결지로서의 역할을 할 수 있다는 점을 강조하여야 한다고 생각한다. 장소 마케팅인 $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$의 지역축제는 봄.가을에 집중되어 지역간에 네트워크를 형성하여 팩키지형 축제로 나아가도록 유도하여야 할 것이다. $\ulcorner$중원문화권$\urcorner$은 삼국이 접했던 지역으로 21세기에는 이 지역이 평화의 장소로 극대화 될 수 있는 곳이고 접근성이 높다는 이점을 살려 각종 문화산업을 유치하고, 또 지식.정보사회의 발달로 좁은 의미의 문화산업단지를 청주시를 중심으로 지역 네트워크화 하여 육성시켜야 할 것이다.

Interviews with 17 Korean American professionals living in Korea revealed the relationship between their status, cultural identities, social capital, and conflicts that arise between their understanding of American and Korean social norms. The findings indicate that social capital for Korean Americans in Korea largely comprises of their English community in Korea and the Seoul Global Center; and that their access to social capital in the Korean society, in general, is limited. As result of limited availability and accessibility of social capital, with a sense of superiority, they maintained their American identity. In terms of social control, their lack of motivation to adopt and follow Korean social norms, as well as them being from the U.S., limited changes occurred in their cultural identity. Extending previous research on the Theory of Intercultural Public Relations, the public's power allows them to maintain their cultural identity, which in turn, effect their communication process. Implications of these findings, as well as suggestions for future study, are discussed.

Changes in the global business environment continue at an accelerated pace. The 21st century maybe remarked, perhaps, for its hot issues on globalization and diversity. Diversity may arise in terms of ethnic, gender, age and culture. Cultural diversity out of all stands out in front in modern times as more multinational companies operate internationally resulting more people to start living abroad and work with people from different cultures. In recent years, these multinational companies realized the important roles human resource management play in international trade since cultural diversity is very influential on their work performance. A well-managed human resources will ensure organizations' success to a great extent. This paper touches the field of cultural diversity and introduces human resource management of international trade as a way to handle diversity matters faced by international organizations.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to redefine imperial cultural properties and pass on and provide the elegant value of imperial cultural properties with the Allen Collection's promotion to retrieve imperial cultural properties. Design/methodology/approach - This study was approached to deal with the essential interpretation of cultural improvement through discussion in the cultural science approach Findings - As a result of examining ways to revitalize tourism resources using Allen Collection, it is necessary to cultivate international manners and knowledge levels in strengthening imperial awareness through the establishment of imperial museums, enacting laws on standards for designation of imperial cultural assets, and promoting them. In addition, policy needs such as the development plan of the imperial cultural festival, re-establishment, application, reuse, re-establishment, and reproduction according to environmental changes, and technical support and monitoring systems for investigating and preserving imperial cultural assets are needed. Research implications or Originality - The study on the device imperial cultural assets as tour resources the cultural assets mate be not only preserved and inherited to the descendant but also useful in contemporary national emotion positively. for we could obtain wide national support and co-operation in the protection work of cultural assets. What makes our cultural assets leaved indifferent before destruction like this most of all, it is form indifference of the people, we must make an effort to meet with recognizing the value of useful cultural assets by mean of utilizing cultural assets as tour resources to inhibit more damage of destruction of cultural assets.

The decade of the 1960s in Korea is normally regarded as a transitional period, but this transition has been consistently viewed in either economic or political terms. In this paper I examine the 1960s and the 1970s as a period of cultural transition―from a neo-Confucian emphasis on "high" art to a broader, more inclusive acceptance of "popular" forms of cultural expression. Although these two realms of cultural production are often viewed as fundamentally antithetical, I argue that there is actually significant continuity in terms of both artistic expression and cultural engagement. In particular, I look at the trajectories of Korean national literature and cinema and their areas of confluence. I examine the career of Kim $S{\breve{u}ng-ok$, who in the 1960s was the preeminent literary voice of a new generation and who in the 1970s was the screenwriter for some of the most popular films of that era, and I show how Kim's career changes track parallel changes in both literature and cinema. Artistically, Kim continued his literary expressions of a new sensibility in his screenplays, bringing to cinema a new infusion of seriousness and respectability. Culturally, Kim continued his explorations of the ways in which rapid changes in Korean politics and the booming economy led to miscommunication and chaos in society. By consistently exploring processes of national identity formation and re-formation, Kim's 1960s literature can be seen as crucial instances of Korean national literature (minjok munhak). In the same manner, Kim's 1970s screenplays can be seen as foundational moments in a Korean national cinema.

본 논문은 소규모 변경도서인 거문도를 대상으로 새로운 어업기술과 제도가 도입됨에 따라 발생하는 지역변화를 연구하였다. 새로운 제도와 기술의 도입에 따른 지역 내 변화는 다음과 같다. 먼저 자급적인 어업은 상업적 어업으로 변화되고, 늘어난 어획물 처리를 위한 제도와 설비의 확충이 나타난다. 즉 어시장의 개설, 수산 가공업의 발달 등 수산업분야의 성장은 지역 내 산업 구조 변화로 드러난다. 본 논문은 이와같은 변화를 새로운 문화 요소의 이식과정과 이식된 문화요소가 지역 내 원질 문화와 결합하는 토착화 과정을 통해 연구하였다. 본 논문의 연구 결과 새로운 문화 요소가 이식될 때 수용과 토착화 과정은 동일 지역 내에서도 각 문화 요소별로 상이한 속도와 양상을 나타내며, 집단 간의 반응 양상도 선별적으로 드러난다.
