Our overall society circulates in line with the economical situations characterized by production and consumption and companies play the role of providing products and services, thus taking very significant responsibilities for the socioeconomical and cultural aspects in society. Therefore, when designers attempt to think of a way to enable companies and society to share their values and propose specific concepts and visualize outcomes, it is very critical to be able to understand economical philosophy and management strategies that interconnect companies with society and seek out proper design approaches. Recently, the world's enterprise and management culture tend to connect products and services provided by companies through chains of social values. Based on the abovementioned shift in the management paradigm, the researcher investigates and analyzes actual cases of attempts by Samsung Electronics to achieve its social impacts and studies actual roles and approaches of in-house designers with creativity and insights of humanity with regard to these attempts. Each case is selected from various fields such as the company's products and service development, business systems, culture, and external strategies and the ultimate goal is to learn about actual insights and approaches of designers to make contributions to the company's management with social impacts. Especially, humanity and creative thinking of many designers working in the manufacturing industry can have significant contributions to achieving its management with social impacts and effects of sustainable management.

This study explores influences of the relationship between social capital and residents' perception in a collective aspects, and also explores the differences of influence between two groups in 10 rural communities. This study conducts regression analysis with residents questionnaires, and analyzes the relationship of influence among the latent factors, and differences between the two groups. As a results, associational network and social trust factors of social capital are identified as the most important factor in the quality of life and residents' attitudes. In addition, the differences in socio-cultural factor of quality of life and residents' attitude between two groups are identified by comparison with the relationship between two groups, although the explanatory power of both groups is not high. To achieve a successful rural tourism based on the result of this study, rural tourism should consider the regional and demographic characteristics, such as age, occupations and education and so on. The major contribution of this study is to confirm that the impact of social capital on the residents' perception would be different by regions in comparison with two groups, and it will be able to provide useful implication for the rural tourism development in the future.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in relation to marriage satisfaction and the social support of immigrant women. The research data for the analysis were collected from those who using multi-cultural family support centers in Siheung of Gyeonggi-do and Ansan from September 30 to October 21, 2017, and a total of 223 people were used in the final analysis. The analysis methods examined the characteristics of the subjects through frequency analysis and technical statistics, and a hierarchical regression analysis was performed to verify the effectiveness of mediator effects. The statistical program used SPSS 22.0. The analysis showed that social support and self-efficacy of married immigrant women had a significant impact on marital satisfaction. In addition, self - efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the social support of married immigrant women and marital satisfaction. Based on these results, we discussed practical implications for social support and self-efficacy to improve marriage satisfaction of married immigrant women.

본 연구는 서울시민의 행복결정요인에 있어 문화예술 활동참여의 영향력을 파악하기 위해 "2014 서울서베이"의 원자료를 바탕으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 문화예술 활동에 대한 참여는 개인의 행복과 긍정적인 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 문화예술에 대한 향유 자체에서 즐거움이 발생하며 향유 과정에서 또한 타인과의 사회적 접촉이 유발되기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 이어 개인의 행복뿐만 아니라 문화예술수요에도 상당한 영향을 미치는 소득수준과 교육수준을 고 저 집단으로 나누어 분석한 결과에서도 전반적으로 유사한 결과를 보였다. 특이한 점은 저소득 저학력 집단은 고소득 고학력 집단에 비해 문화예술소비량이 적은 것으로 나타났으나 문화예술 활동에 대한 참여를 통해 얻는 효용의 크기는 더 큰 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 금전 및 시간적 제약에서 비롯하는 기회비용이 고소득 고학력 집단에 비해 저소득 저학력 집단에서 더 크게 작용한 것으로 사료된다. 또한 저소득 집단의 경우, 문화예술 활동에 대한 지출금액이 일정수준을 초과하면 한계효용이 감소하는 추세를 보이는데 이는 문화예술 활동참여에 있어 저소득 집단에서 금전적 제약이 존재함을 의미한다.

본 연구에서는 금강소나무숲길을 사례로 지역주민의 관광영향지각, 환경태도, 참여를 조사하고, 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 관광의 사회적 문화적 환경적(긍정) 영향지각은 긍정적인 반면 경제적 환경적(부정) 영향지각은 부정적으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 환경태도는 매우 우호적인 반면 시설중심의 관광개발에 대해서는 비우호적인 태도를 보였다. 셋째, 주민참여는 긍정적인 반면 그에 따른 경제적 편익은 낮게 평가되었다. 넷째, 항목 간의 상관관계는 환경태도가 우호적일수록 경제적 문화적 영향지각 수준이 높았고, 주민참여에 대해 긍정적일수록 경제적 환경적(긍정) 영향지각 수준이 높았다. 끝으로 지속가능한 발전을 위해 현재의 운영체제가 유지되어야 하며, 낙후된 편의시설, 취약한 접근성, 부족한 연계 관광코스, 편중된 경제적 편익 등이 개선되어야 한다.

해양공간계획은 생태계서비스 개념에 기초하며 최근 연안 및 해양지역의 지속가능한 개발을 촉진하기 위한 방안으로 주목받고 있다. 정책개발자는 해양공간계획 개념에 기반을 둔 의사결정을 위해 각 해역별 자원의 이용현황과 그 특성을 규명할 필요가 있다. 특히, 해변관광은 연안에서 이루어지는 자원 이용활동 중 가장 빠르게 성장하는 활동이며 다수의 문화서비스 수혜를 유도하여 중요하다. 그러나 해변관광의 규모와 방문현황의 공간적 특성을 광역단위로 평가할 수 있는 정보가 부재하며, 현장조사의 경우 높은 비용과 노동력이 요구되어 적용이 어렵다. 그러므로 본 연구는 신규 대안으로 소셜 빅데이터의 해양공간계획 적용방안을 제안하고 트위터, 플리커 정보에 기초한 중점관리지역 도출 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 남해 연안육역 일대를 대상으로 수행되었으며 소셜미디어에서 추출한 플리커, 트위터 정보를 대상으로 과다추정 방지 전처리, 적합 격자단위 규명 과정을 통해 광역단위 방문밀집도를 도출하였다. 더불어 공간통계분석 및 밀도분석을 통해 남해 일대의 집중관리가 필요한 연안육역 구역을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 중점관리구역, 보전구역 지정 등 해양공간계획의 수립과정에서 해변관광 및 문화서비스 규모의 고려를 위한 시사점을 제공한다.

Many students prefer to study abroad to increase their chances of having a better future. While studying abroad they may encounter difficulties such as adapting to the culture of the country they are studying in. Chinese students coming to Korea are no exception to this, and when they are studying abroad, the new environment they are in may cause them hardships which may impact on their social life and even their academic performance. In order to develop their careers, they face many difficulties and challenges. Cultural differences they experience may change their attitudes, thoughts, and values. This research focuses on international students who are not yet certain about their future plans. In order to grasp levels of daily life satisfaction, ease of communication, and future planning orientation, this study conducted a survey of Chinese students who study in Korea. The empirical analysis showed that students with high level of life satisfaction have a tendency to enter graduate school. However, communication has no relation to future planning orientation.

본 연구의 목적은 남한으로 이주한 북한이탈주민의 경제적 적응과 심리·사회적 적응 실태를 중심으로 북한이탈 주민의 보호 및 정책지원법의 문제를 분석하고 개선법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도 지역에 소재한 북한이탈주민 225명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북한이탈주민들의 경제적 적응은 대체적으로 낮은 수준이었다. 둘째, 북한이탈주민들의 심리·사회적 적응 상태는 전반적으로 낮은 가운데 문화적응스트레스와 친구관계, 신체 및 정신 건강에 대한 만족도가 특히 낮은 수준이었다. 셋째, 북한이탈주민의 심리문화적 적응전략과 사회적 지지는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 적응스트레스는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민의 경제적 적응과 심리적 적응을 증진시킬 수 있는 실질적인 정책적 대안을 제시하였다.

The objective of this study is to underline the important role of needs for multicultural education in the formation of middle and high school students' cultural sensitivity for the sake of coping multicultural society. This study focuses on how adolescents' multicultural society recognition and education experiences shape and influence their cultural sensitivity, with the mediating role of multicultural education needs perception. A survey 303 middle school students and 236 high school students Daejeon was conducted. The results of this study as follows. First, high school students' open minded and social participation were significantly higher than those of middle school students, while the latter multicultural education experience level was higher than the former. Second, it was found that multicultural society recognition and education experiences have an indirect impact on cultural sensitivity mediating multicultural education needs perception as well as have a direct effect. However, adolescents' cultural sensitivity was shaped by mediating role of multicultural education needs perception rather than by direct effect of multicultural society recognition and education experiences. A major contribution of this research is the identification of the role of multicultural education needs perception in fostering adolescents' cultural sensitivity.

The Korean government adopted the integrated stream water management policy recently with growing perception that natural disasters and pollution in Korea have been due not only to such human factors as urbanization and industrialization, but also to the policy of functionally separated management of irrigation, flood control and ecological management. Contrary to its good intention, research result shows that it is not realistic to expect that this new integrated policy in Korea will work well. In order to be an effective policy and program evaluation, this paper suggests that evaluation indicator on related programs and projects should be made through bottom-up process. For example, environmental benefit should be taken into account rather than just economic benefit, and cultural and social characteristics in the project region should be also considered seriously.
