For this study, the full-scale model of Chumsungdae was selected as an object, and various photographs were obtained with metric camera for forming circular strips and blocks. The accuracies were analyzed according to the change of object distance and different configuration of control points by bundle adjustment, and the characteristics of results obtained through combined strips were drawn. This thesis suggests optimal analysis technique of cylindrical structures requiring all-side analysis such as cultural properties. As a result, it is possible to use control points positioned on only any one-side for all-side analysis, and control configuration is more important rather than the number of control points for increasing accuracy. In addition, it is desirable to locate control points in X, Y and Z plane uniformly, and it was shown as object distance was shorten and the number of combined strips increases, the accuracy of results was improved considerably.

The purpose of this study is to find out marital conflicts and coping strategies among married female immigrants and Korean men in multicultural families. The data were collected by in.depth interviews with 12 female immigrants and 5 Korean men. The major findings of this study are as follows: Female participants suffered from marital conflicts with their spouses, conflicts with mothers.in.law, stereotyped gender roles as a wife and a daughter.in.law, economic conflicts, and cultural differences between Korea and their country. In addition, male participants reported conflicts from economic support for their wife's family, gender role differences, and cultural differences. Coping strategies used to deal with the conflicts, such as mutual dedication and understanding their spouse's stance, and developing a compromise for the family's happiness were mentioned. A personal positive nature and attitude helped them to meet the marital conflicts. Supports from their husband, parents.in.law, and society also helped female immigrants to adapt to cultural differences. However, some of them used negative coping strategies which did not reduce conflicts, and resulted in separation and divorce. The coping strategies to deal with the conflicts depended on the participants' personal ability. While female participants who had English language skills took advantage to adapt to Korean society, those who did not have any other natural abilities could develop a definite position in their family and society with their diligence and positive attitude. The results showed that female participants who were supported by their family and society tended to cope successfully with conflicts and also showed that multicultural families' marital adjustment was maintained with their efforts as well as by relationships with their relatives and society.
In order to improve oyster farming condition, estimation of food availability (CC) was carried out in Garorim Bay, Seosan, Korea. The primary production of the waters were ranged from 0.07 to $0.26gC/m^2/day$. A strong tendency was observed that the inner side of the bay was higher at primary production. Estimated food availability was ranged from 0.0424 to 1.655. Temporal shortage in food supply was observed at April with about 15% less than the oysters' requirement, which may be causative of spat mortality after introducing into the farms. Food availability was met the food demand during summer but significant shortage was also observed at after August, which may main causative of retarded oyster fattening in the waters. This study suggested that adjustment of cultural density may be necessary for the improved harvesting of the oyster.
The purpose of this paper is to develop a space program of the new community center in multi-family housing. The community center defined in this study is a communal facility which integrate cultural and welfare facilities and activity programs into a complex. Through the analysis of the community programs and spaces for multi-family housing community, a new community center program is proposed. And basic area guidelines are proposed through the making of the space modelling of the important area of the center. According to the guidelines, more spaces compared to the present standards and conditions are needed for a new community center. However, the adjustment of area regulation is essential, considering the fast changing trend of resident's social needs. A new regulation system that controls the total area of function spaces of a community center, rather than controlling each function and area, is required. This kind of system makes it possible to decide programs freely within the limit of total floor area regulation by neighborhood's characteristics and residents'preference.
Psychological phenomenon of human beings that are considered as creation of symbols endues various meanings to the objects and through this process, it develops society, culture and religion. This paper aims to examine the relationship between objects and human beings in the current circumstances that are summarized as "Pluralism" and "Age of Consumption". For this purpose, I introduced the semiology system and established the concept that is "Consumption of Meaning". The method that the meaning of goods as the modern objects is consumed is defined through three meaning analyses that are social, psychological and cultural. In addition, as defining how an object have its unique meaning, this paper creates the new interpretation on the role of industrial design that searches and constructs the existential area in the real world related to the creation and adjustment of meanings.
