수리·수문기술을 적용한 도로 배수시설 설계 기법 (Road Drainage Facility Design Methods apply on the Hydraulic and Hydrologic Analysis)

  • 도로 배수시설 설계시 수리 및 수문요소 분석이 적절하게 적용되어야 하지만, 현재는 계산의 복잡함 때문에 충분히 고려되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 강우지속시간이 10분 이하인 도로배수유역에 적합한 분단위 강우강도식의 개발, 국내 도로배수유역의 지형 특성을 사실적으로 반영할 수 있는 운동파 모형 이론을 접목한 표면 박류 강우-유출 모형의 개발및검증, 노면배수시설설계, 암거단면규격산정및각종수로설계등의모형개발, 개발된 모형들을 도로설계자가 쉽게 익혀서 신속 정확하게 활용할 수 있도록 사용자 편의를 고려한 도로배수설계 전산프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형을 이용하여 적용성 검토를 수행하였으며, 현행 설계 방법과 개발된 설계 방법을 비교한 결과 노면 배수시설의 설치 간격은 6~65% 짧게 계산되었으며, 횡단 배수시설의 단면 크기는 6~140% 크게 계산되었다.

임도 횡단배수구의 유출구 피해 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Outlet Damage Prediction of Pipe Culverts in Forest Road)

  • 본 연구는 강원대학교 학술림 임도를 대상으로 횡단배수구의 유출구 피해 유무에 영향을 미치고 있는 총 10개 인자를 조사하여 피해특성을 파악하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 임도횡단배수구 피해유무에 영향을 미치지 않은 인자는 배수구의 종단위치, 횡단위치, 토질 및 관암거 높이이며, 피해영향에 관련된 인자는 유출구 위치, 도수로 유무, 관암거 직경, 관암거 경사, 집수정 크기 등의 순으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 이들 인자를 이용하여 임도횡단배수구 유출구 피해유무 예측을 위한 판별함수식을 도출하였으며, 판별적중률은 68.8%로 산출되었다.

축소모형실험을 통한 부분배수 쉴드터널의 세그먼트 단면 축소 가능성 평가 (Evaluation of Reducing Cross Section of the Partial Drainage Shield Tunnel Segment using the Model Experiments)

  • 기존 쉴드터널은 일률적으로 비배수 개념이 적용되고 있지만 시공 및 운영 과정에서 고질적인 누수 발생이 문제가 되고 있으며, 쉴드 세그먼트의 경우 토압 및 수압까지 고려한 설계로 인해 단면이 과다하게 증가되고 세그먼트 재료비 상승을 유발하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 쉴드터널에 배수 개념을 적용한 부분배수형 쉴드터널에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부분배수 쉴드터널의 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 축소모형실험을 통해 배수 및 비배수 조건에서의 토압 및 수압 변화를 측정하였다. 실험 결과를 통해 도출된 수압 저감 효과를 바탕으로 지하수위 아래 위치한 쉴드터널 설계사례에 적용하여 구조 안정성을 검토하였고, 수압 저감을 통한 세그먼트 단면 축소 효과에 대해 평가하였다.

산악지형에서 효율적인 2-Arch 터널의 설계사례 (Practical 2-Arch Road Tunnel Design in Mountainous area)

  • In mountainous area, Two parallel tunnels have been usually recognized as a road tunnel which has benefits in aspects of cost and stability. However, Design and construction of 2-Arch road tunnel are growing recently due to environmental destruction, compensation of land and difficulty of route separation. As studies are mainly undergoing on only guaranteeing stability and developing a waterproofing-drainage system to avoid water leakage through comprehension for characteristics of 2-arch tunnel behaviors, there is a tendency to evaluate quantity of support by empirical method with a tunnel which has a complicated cross-section and lack of construction ability. In this study, therefore, we made a plan of tunnel cross-section which had shown good construction ability and developed the waterproofing-drainage system which is able to solve the water leakage problem fundamentally by analyzing precedented 2-arch tunnels and investigating their sites in and out of nation. We also determined fixed quantity of support by a large-scale model test and numerical analysis. We want to contribute to 2-arch tunnel design hereafter introducing design procedure and method applied here.

Flow-3D를 활용한 수질정화체가 설치된 농업용 배수로의 안정성 조사 (Investigation of the Hydraulic Stability of Agricultural Drainage Channels Installed Water Purification Materials by using Flow-3D)

  • In this study, the effect of the purification materials is analyzed and tested by Flow 3D and Hydraulic model test. Three dimension numerical analysis led from the research that sees abnormal form and the size back of the water purification material conferred the flowing water conduct inside the test channel against the test condition. Comparison it analyzed the flux distribution, a water depth of the channel which establishes the water purification materials the cross section, an interval of the water purification material, a conference with general channel, it change executed. As a result, the cross section ratio of the purification materials against and a flux change from the test which it sees. The interval of the purification materials in order to prevent three dimension that follows in decrease of increase and flux must decide an interval.

A rare case of sacral epidural arteriovenous fistula with concomitant occult multiple lumbar epidural arteriovenous fistulas

  • We describe a rare case of sacral epidural arteriovenous fistulas (edAVFs) with atypical clinical course of treatment. A 78-year-old man with a history of spinal surgery presented progressive gait disturbance and urinary incontinence. Spinal angiography demonstrated a sacral spinal AVF fed by bilateral lateral sacral arteries, draining to the venous pouch with subdural drainage. The first treatment by direct interruption of a subdural drainer was incompletely finished. Postoperative reassessment by 3D imaging analysis led to the diagnosis of sacral edAVF and 3D understanding of its angioarchitecture. The second treatment by transarterial embolization (TAE) resulted in complete occlusion of a sacral edAVF. However, spinal venous congestion didn't improve, because the recruitment of occult edAVFs at the multiple lumbar levels and complex-shaped sacral ventral epidural venous plexus (VEP) were involved in the remnant of prior subdural drainage. The third treatment was performed by TAE for three occult edAVFs and the VEP compartment connecting between a patent edAVF and subdural drainage, which resulted in complete disappearance of spinal cord edema. Endovascular embolization of VEP compartment connecting to subdural drainage in addition to fistulous occlusion may be one of the treatment options for several edAVFs at the multiple spinal levels.

투수층 매설에 의한 해빈안정화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Beach Stabilization by Laying Drainage Layer)

  • 본 연구에서는 투수층 매설에 따른 해빈안정화의 효과를 논의하기 위하여, 파 투과성구조물 해빈/해저지반의 상호간섭을 직접해석 할 수 있는 3D-수치모델(LES-WASS-3D; 허동수와 이우동, 2007)을 이용하였다. 이 모델은 투과성구조물 내부의 유체저항으로서 층류저항, 난류저항, 관성저항을 포함하고 있으며 격자 크기보다 작은 와류를 고려하기 위하여 LES기법을 도입하고 있다. 먼저, 기존의 수리모형 실험치와 본 연구의 계산치를 비교 검토하여 이용한 수치모델의 타당성 및 유효성을 검증한 후, 해빈 내부에 투수층을 설치하여 수치시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 수치실험결과를 통하여 투수층 매설에 따른 평균지하수위의 하강, 이안류 강도의 저하 등, 배수의 메커니즘을 파악한 후, 투수층의 배치형태(평균입경, 두께, 매설깊이, 경사) 및 입사파조건(파고, 주기)에 따른 해빈 내부의 평균지하수위분포에 대하여 고찰하였다.

폐색으로 인한 부직포의 투수능 저하 현상 (Permeability Reduction of Geotextile Filters Induced by Clogging)

  • The mechanism of soil-geotextile system has been studied among researchers since the application of geotextile as a replacement of graded granular filters is rapidly growing. The interaction of soils with geotextile is rather complicated so that its design criteria are mostly based on empiricism. Hence, it is essential to study the characteristics of fine particles transport into geotextile induced by the groundwater flow In this study, the permeability reduction in the soil-filter system due to clogging phenomenon is evaluated. An extensive research program is performed using two typical weathered residual soils which are sampled at Shinnae-dong and Poi-dong area in Seoul. Two separate simulation tests with weathered residual soil are peformed: the one is the filtration test(cross-plane flow test): and the other is the drainage test(in-plane flow test). Needle punched non-woven geotextiles are selected since it is often used as a drainage material in the field. The compatibility of the soil-filter system is investigated with emphasis on the clogging phenomenon. The hydraulic behaviour of the soil-filter system is evaluated by changing several testing conditions.

Enterobacter Aerogenes에 의한 뇌실염에 대한 Pefloxacine의 뇌실내 주입 - 증 례 보 고 - (Intraventricular Pefloxacine Therapy for a Cerebral Ventriculitis by Enterobacter Aerogenes - Case Report -)

  • A 40-year-old female with hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage, secondary intraventricular hemorrhage, and hydrocephalus was treated with extraventricular drainage. She developed catheter-related ventriculitis caused by gram-negative rods, Enterobacter aerogenes. She was treated with systemic pefloxacine, ceftazidime, amikin and intraventricular vancomycin, gentamicin was unsuccessful. The ventriculitis was successfully controlled by intraventricular administration of the pefloxacine. Regarding their excellent activity against gram-negative rods, Enterobacter aerogenes, and probable safety when administered intraventricularly, administration of the pefloxacine, may be considered in the treatment of ventriculitis if the pathogen is resistant to other conventional antibiotics.

도상두께 변화에 따른 유도상교량 궤도 진동저감의 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study of Diminution of Ballast Track Bridges Vibration due to the Variation of Ballast Depth)

  • Railway bridges are divided into ballastless and ballast track bridges. The ballast abrasion occurs on the ballast track upon bridges more than soil roadbed because the track vibration occurs a lot in the ballast track upon bridges due to girder vibration when a train's weight is loaded onto track even though the identical ballast is used. The phenomena of mud pumping especially, which occurs when drainage is not properly secured for heavy rain, leads to the increase of maintenance work load and the decline of ride comfort. There are countermeasures such as ballast change, installation of cross-drainage for poor drainage, gutter establishment, ballast lifting methods, ballast mats and resilient sleepers laying for the mud pumping. The ballast thickness range in domestic railroad construction rule is uniformly set up according to the design speed of railroad and passing tonnage of train without considering field conditions which is considered in foreign railroad companies. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of vibration decrease by measuring the acceleration, displacement and ride comfort of ballast track with the change of ballast thickness on the ballast track bridges and to suggest the optimal height of ballast on the Yocheon Bridge built for the test in Honam Line.
