This study examined the relationship of what kind of creative thinking has related factors for emotion design products in order to let consumers focusing on the successful cases of emotion products. For the design creativity attribute used in this experiment, the design evaluation creativity tools revealed by Kim Eun-Ju's 2007 design creativity evaluation tool development were used mostly and of the 12 most common emotion products and general product, MP3s, which have various forms, functions and sizes were selected as the target for experiment. Results of the experiment showed that for design creativeness items of all emotional products, vision creation, favorableness, convenience, practicality and being purchasable were relevant, while for MP3, uniqueness, favorableness and convenience were relevant. Accordingly, the common features of design creativeness items for emotional products were identified. When summing up the contents of the two experiments above, for emotional designs, the interest level of uniqueness for the design creativity evaluation items and the functional items for practicality had a high level of relativity. Therefore, there is a need to examine the common features between the design creativity items for general products other than MP3s in the future.

Objectives : Ever Since it was made in the middle of 17th century by Saamdoin, Saam acupuncture method has been handed down to acupuncturists as a written form, playing a huge role in using for treating diseases of people in Korea. Saam acupuncture method development of any process, and have been propagated in a foreign country to study. Methods : Analysis of ancient medical books, we studied the evolution of Saam acupuncture method. And we looked abroad Saam acupuncture method have been propagated abroad by examining how. Results : At the end of Joseon Dynasty, lots of clinical cases were added to Saam acupuncture method and as a result, it helped acupuncturists understand how it really worked. During the Japanese colonial era, it was introduced to more people thanks to the development of a printing technique. After Korea's liberation from Japan, many scholars have studied Saam's acupuncture method, and they also have applied it to clinical cases in various ways. Conclusions : With its superiority and creativeness, Saam acupuncture method spread to Japanese acupuncturists in the name of Meridian Therapy during the Japanese colonial era. It had a great impact on medicine in China and many other countries, as well.

Purpose: It is aimed to empirically apply and examine the effects of Creative Training Techniques (CTT) that focus on student-centered educational environment to an anatomy subject for biological nursing science education. Methods: A triangulation that combines cross-sectional survey and content analysis was used and the data were collected in 2008. Participants were 301 freshmen students attending one junior nursing college in Seoul, Korea. A questionnaire was distributed to 301 students, 289 of whom responded (response rate 96.0%), and used for data analysis. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, and descriptive statistics were conducted by using data analysis SPSS 14.0 KO for Windows programs. In addition contents analysis was conducted. Results: 1) CTT Increased the relationship between professor and students ($3.12{\pm}0.92$), 2) Students preferred the various team leader choosing method ($3.25{\pm}0.93$), 3) Model and image materials helped the learning ($3.71{\pm}0.89$). Conclusion: CTT can be used to enhance students' learning effectiveness. Intervention programs intensified by CTT may be useful to improve students' learning abilities in nursing science education.

The pastiche is one of the most unique characteristics in the post-modern period. The pastiche fashion design is an intentional imitation expressed by deconstructivity of the design. It has become the major creation method of post-modern fashion by expressing the image from the variety and creativity. The concept of imitation in pastiche is the important fashion subject which lead the dynamics and creativities of fashion when It has freshness and spiritual energy. The values of creative area of pastiche are as fellows - firstly, it provides the delightness through the disharmony by being released from the restraint and stress of the restricted society. Secondly, the characteristics of restoration generated by development and reproduced from imitation has become an origin of creation. Thirdly, the boundary between subculture and high-class culture would be dismantled and the elements of these culture are mixed to become a unique image through its abundance and compromise vague public culture. Fourthly, the pastiche fashion dismantles the basic structure of clothes to endow avant-garde esthetic appreciation. Fifthly, the folklore fashion representing the culture of minority and neighboring countries would become a new destroying the historically fixed clue. sixthly, the reinterpretation of pastiche fashion discovers the new regulations and beauties from Imitation to provides tow Important elements of post-capitalism fashion, dynamics and creativity. Lastly the consistent adaptation of image of fashion design with strong technical and theoretical basis can establish new fashions of this era with its unique creativeness.

A large number of tasks being executed by individuals now are in a central requirement of the creative solutions consolidated with associates' multiple skills, knowledge bases and efforts who are capable of entertaining various viewpoints. Followed by such a variation, teams or groups were gradually settled in a major form of the enterprise's creative revelations. However, in spite of the consistent augmentation of team's application, researches of a group's ability that utilizes individual creative competence effectively are now in the excessively insufficient manner. Accordingly, this research is to verify mutual relationship between individual creativity and group creativity, and furthermore, to present integrative capability and knowledge sharing of the group as a distinctive variable to observe the mechanism of how the individual creativity becomes aggregated with the group creativity through a process. As a result, the relationship between the individual creativity and the group creativity was so significant that it showed that the integrative capability and knowledge sharing were mediated in the connection of the two variables. This research contributes to the comprehension of the relationship between individual and group creativity through the role of a group's integrative capability and knowledge sharing. In addition, further research direction with in-depth idea is presented to develop research on creativeness from the practical standpoint implicated in this research.

This study was undertaken to discuss the traditional Korean Costumes up to the present and into the future, focusing on the internationalization by accentuating its aesthetic nature. In order to introduce the beauty of traditional Korean costume to the rest of the world, it is required that Korean fashion industry go through a full-scale renovation so that it can be concord with the contemporary world of information-technology. By having a deeper knowledge and understanding of the aesthetics in traditional costume and using them as guidelines, the present Korean fashion industry can accomplish an advanced level of research and development. The implications of the study are as follows. 1) It is important to recognize the functional aesthetics sociality of traditional costumes and to utilize it through appropriate application. 2) It is imperative to comprehend plasticity and expresiveness of meanings of traditional costumes. 3) Rationality and practicality of uniplanar character of the traditional costumes should also be recognized. 4) The globalization of the traditional Korean costumes will become more suitable to today's information-technology society and recreation of korean costumes by establishing a database through collecting information and systematic analysis of the world fashion trends.

The purpose of this study is to consider what influences the Spanish folk costumes had on the ones of Latin America on Acculturation Phenomenon during Spanish reign over Latin America. As a method of doing this, the researcher compared and analyzed the style of dress such as color, material, design and accessories of Spanish folk costumes and the ones of Latin America, classifying them by male costumes and female ones respectively, by studying reference books, literature, and photographs related to the folk costumes and visiting this areas. The results of the study were summarized as follows; First, we can find out Spanish folk costumes were accepted to the folk costumes of Latin America just as it were. Second, Spainish folk costumes have been developed to be suitable for the climatic, geographical cultural characteristics of Latin America. Third, the folk costumes of Latin America become much simpler by the influence of Spainish culture. Fourth, as a result of cultural contact, mixture with Spainish culture, native folk costumes of Latin America had more various style. In conclusion, Spanish government over Latin America had given a cultural homogeneousness and colonial culture of Spain and traditional culture of Latin America have been mixed and created the present unique folk costumes of Latin America. Therefore good understanding and use of the sense of beauty of folk clothes of Latin America influenced by Spain culture will be helpful to enlarge creativeness of design of modern fashion.

In 1990s, with the rapid development of the design part and the change of perception, various design competitions in a way to encourage the design industry have repeatedly implemented and abolished. They played positive roles of developing designs and nurturing talents. On the contrary, they caused a lot of problems of standardization of design, loss of identification of competitions, deterioration of the quality of design. Especially, though too many competitions are holding, the level of quality cannot catch up with the quantity, resulting in numerous side-effects. In the field of Furniture Design, many competitions are just an one time events and disappeared. Therefore, it is very difficult to keep the tradition of prestigious competition, playing the adverse role in the development of furniture design and lowering the will of creativeness of designers. In this study, I compared and analyzed the current issues and problems of Gyeonggi Furniture Good Design Contest, one of the representative competition as the national scale competition as of 2006, with examples from home and abroad to find out the positive and developmental methods. At the same time, I provided the ways that can be helpful in the design through the ways to facilitate competition and proposals of desirable competitions.

Purpose: This study was aimed at examining the relationships of transformational and transactional leaderships that nurse managers demonstrate to creative activity that nurses excercise at caring for patients. Method: Using 11 items of the Creative Nursing Practice Index and 18 items of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire Form, a descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 425 nurses working more than six months at nursingcare units in a university hospital of Korea. Data were analyzed, using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis methods. Result: Creative activity had positive relationships to transformational leadership and transactional leadership(p<.01). The factor influencing on creative activity was not transactional leadership(p>.05), but transformational leadership(10.7%, p<.001). Intellectual stimulation accounted for 9.7% of information building-activity and 1.1% of idea creating & communicating idea. About 5.8% of the variance in idea validating-activity was explained by inspirational motivation, and 1.2% by contingent reward. Conclusion: For support for nurses' creative activity at work, leadership training programs would be needed to build up nurse manager's transformational leadership.

This study examines the esthetic characteristics in the haute couture work of Jean Paul Gaultier, who represents the fashion in France and is famous for avant-garde and experimental works through dismantling, from the first haute couture collection in 1997 to the present. The materials for the study are the precedent studies, the related literature, and the photographs of the works and the interview articles in domestic and international fashion journals. Three characteristics are revealed in his works. First of all, he provided a transcendental fashion different from the established wearing or ornamental ways by dismantling the dichotomies between male and female, time and space, and beauty and ugliness. Second, he reflected the decadent beauty recognized as representing women's sexual and provocative expression based on exposure, suppression, perversion, and grotesque manifestations by shaping an esthetic value within a different point of view. Finally, he was characterized as being transcendental with an eclectic fusion of intercultural differences or dynamics, items in costume formation, time and space, and eastern and western. This transcendental expression, Gaultier's desire for creativeness, can be an ideal characterizing this era.
