국내 건설현장 타워크레인 안전진단 관리시스템 모델에 관한 연구 (The study on the safety inspection system model of the tower crane a construction site in Korea)

  • The tower cranes are widely used in very useful construction machine the sites of constructing high-structure and have a structural sensitiveness. Therefore, the accidents have often happened due to the deficiency of laborer's understanding md lack of safety of structure. Till now, as we have research and studied above, we can properly protect accidents by construction equipments particularly crane as well as most disasters which occur frequently in construction site. The goal of this study is the safety inspection model of the tower crane a construction site, which preventible the collapse accident of tower crane which is constructed by using the correcting frame. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, the field survey, the reference investigation and the structure analysis were performed for the collapse accident of tower nine using the correcting data. This study will be proposed a build-up solutions about operating and release of safety constructions and researched about software safety estimation. Also, preventing safety problems of Tower Crane Construction site as applying safety estimation program and laws and regulations. As a result, The real time control of tower crane inspection system is implemented by to illustrate the application of the adopted optimal design model.

  • For the anti-sway control of traveling cranes, there are several solutions, i.e., by fuzzy control, by optimal control theory, etc. Each of them is reported to be effective. And, H infinity control and $H_2$ control can be also used. However, the full order observer which estimates all states in the controlled object is used in these methods. Therefore, the orders of these controllers are apt to be higher than that of the optimal controller, etc. Because the conventional H2 controller which minimizes $H_2$ norm consists of two parts, that is: feedback gains which make the controlled object stable and the full order observer which estimate those states. If the minimal order observer is used instead of the full order one, the order of the controller can be reduced. In this paper, we propose a new method based on the minimalization of $H_2$ norm using the minimal order observer. And, we confirm the effect of a new $H_2$ controller in the experiments of the anti-sway control of a traveling crane.

  • In this paper, a simulator is designed along with S/W package for crane controllers. Due to trolley's acceleration or deceleration, cranes inherently cause swing motion of the objects in transporting heavy objects. This swing not only deteriorates the crane handling safety but also increases the processing time. To overcome these drawbacks, the fuzzy rule-based simulator is developed with inhibitory swing at final action. The computer simulation shows that the swing at initial and final positions is removed fast with small position error. The proposed simulator can be used for handling object stabley and the study of effectiveness in unmanned operation of cranes.

  • This paper is ai ed to handle quick work for all the workers and to improve the productivity by adding more effective content in Crane Monitoring System. The contributing proportion of the increase of port productivity is more increasing concerning not only the port industry, but also all the informations of container crane which is the representative equipment by the rapid increase of the volume of freight of port. The basic of rapid service is the improvement of the productivity, the information of operation as to the productivity of crane for the quick handling within yard and especially the informations of breakdown and to handle breakdown as soon as possible has a great enect on the increase of productivity.

  • Automatic Transfer Crane is needed for automation of container terminal. It requires the control capability of exact position for loading/unloading job in yard. But it has the limitation of improvement because it has the operational environmental and its structural problems. It has the positioning errors caused by the deformation of rail, yawing motion of crane, wear of wheel, sliding motion between wheel and rail and so on. This study shows the calibration method of crane position by using the primitivity sensor and calibrating plate fixed on the ground.

  • A hydraulic Excavator is applied for outdoor tasks in construction, agriculture and undersea etc. When a hydraulic Excavator works crane function tasks, most of disasters happen. In this study, In order to preventing these disasters, the safety equipment algorithm for crane working is developed, and the safety equipment algorithm for crane working is being developed. The proposed control algorithm(Zero Moment Point) is designed to avoid overload. The hydraulic excavator for crane function must work within a maximum limit of load. To accurately detect a working load, pressure sensors of boom, arm cylinder, and angle sensors of boom, arm and bucket joint are used.

  • Input shaping technique has been used as a simple method of controlling vibration. With the conventional methods previously proposed by several authors, the frequency range that shows a good performance is restricted. When the designed frequency being different from the natural frequency of a system, the performance of control degrades remarkably. This paper introduced a new technique that uses digital IIR filter to control vibration. This technique has robustness for changing of parameter. In order to prove this we applied input shaping method to 2 axial overhead crane.

  • In automatization of a warehouse for plate products, the selecting control of the number of steel plates to be lifted by a lifting magnet crane and the roller table control of steel plates being transported on are indispensible key technolgies. POSCO had developed these elementary technologies for the product warehouse of the plate mill in Pohang Works and succeeded in making the operation of the large-scale warehouse for plate products.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to identify the important parameters and to examine their relations to one another while gantry crane structure was modeled. The important elements of the structural analysis are included, such as the stiffness matrix and its relations to the degrees of freedom, the displacement, and frequency responses. To investigate these relations, the parametric modeling of a dynamic system is solved by using the finite element method (ANSYS-Program).   • This paper discusses the dynamics and control problem of an overhead shuttle system (OSS), which is a critical part of the automated container terminal at a port. The main purpose of the OSS is efficient automated transport function of containers, which also requires high precision and safety. A major difference between the OSS and the conventional container crane is the configuration of the cables for hoisting the spreader. A mathematical model of the OSS is developed here for the first time, which results in an eight-pole system. Also, open loop control methods (trapezoidal and notch-type velocity profiles) are investigated so that the command input to the overhead shuttle produces the minimum possible sway of the payload. Simulation results show that the vibration suppression capability of the OSS is superior to the conventional overhead container crane, which is partially due to the cable configuration.
