This paper presents a study on the electrical fire hazards of leakage current in a distribution circuit simulating a domestic circuit for low voltage. In this simulated circuits, total charges and energy of leakage current are calculated by a theoretical approach and compared with the results obtained from experiments, The approach and results become a cornerstone for studying and analyzing causes of electrical fires.

As a cornerstone of assembly automation, the automatic part feeders are used to feed the various kind of the parts to the assembly workstation in the desired order and fashion. In this paper, EXPERT SYSTEM consisting of the data base for the feeding functions and part properties plus the rule base for the selection of feeder types is developed. The symbolic data of the part properties are used as basic factors in the selection rule of the suitable feeder types.

Oral ulcerative and/or vesicular diseases have similar characteristics of clinical phenotypes. Detailed and careful history taking is the cornerstone of the diagnosis of oral mucosal disease. Moreover, complete screening of review of system for patient is important. Through this article, the simple ulcerative, recurrent ulcerative, acute multiple ulcer, chronic multiple ulcerative diseases will be discussed. Clinicians have to keep in mind its differential diagnosis and management.

Collaborative filtering has been used frequently as a recommendation system. To reduce the errors on predicting the ratings that may be given by the user, we propose a new aggregation method to do so. We used a real-world dataset MovieLens to compare our proposed method from previously existing methods, and accordingly to the results, ours was more accurate.

Longitudinal recording has been the cornerstone of all two generations of magnetic recording systems, FDD and HDD. In recent, perpendicular recording has received much attention as promising technology for future high-density recording system Research into signal processing techniques is paramount for the issued storage system and is indispensable like longitudinal recording systems. This paper focuses on the performance evaluation of the various detectors under perpendicular recording system. Parameters for improving the their performance are examined for some detectors. Detectors considered in this work are the partial response maximum likelihood (PRML), noise-predictive maximum likelihood (NPML), fixed delay tree search with decision feedback (FDTS/DF), dual decision feedback equalizer (DDFE) and multilevel decision feedback equalizer (MDFE). Their performances are analyzed in terms of mean squared error (MSE) and noise power spectra, and similarity between recording channel and partial response (PR) channel.

Ubiquitous computing(UC) is an emerging paradigm. Its arrival as a mainstream is expected to trigger innovative UC-driven business models (UCBMs). Currently, there is no Parsimonious methodology to analyze and provide diagnostics for UCBMs. With this research, we propose a analytical architecture that enables the assessment of an UCBM in its structural strengths and weaknesses. With value logic as the cornerstone, the architecture is composed of value actors, value assets, value context, business value Propositions, customer value propositions, value creation logics, and value assumptions. Dimensional variables are initially Identified based on the review of business model literature. Then, their significance is empirically examined through 14 UCBM scenarios, and variables that are expected to Play an important role in the UCBM assessment are decided. Finally, by analyzing the scenarios in terms of the dimensional variables, we attempted to summarize general characteristics of emerging UCBMs.

Bronchodilators are the cornerstone of symptomatic chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) treatment. They are routinely recommended for symptom reduction, with a preference of long-acting over short-acting drugs. Bronchodilators are classified into two classes based on distinct modes of action, i.e., long-acting antimuscarinics (LAMA, once-daily and twice-daily), and long-acting ${\beta}2$-agonists (LABA, once-daily and twice-daily). In contrast to asthma management, evidence supports the efficacy of both classes of long-acting bronchodilators as monotherapy in preventing COPD exacerbations, with greater efficacy of LAMA drugs versus LABAs. Several novel LAMA/LABA fixed dose combination inhalers are currently approved for COPD maintenance treatment. These agents show superior symptom control to monotherapies, and some of these combinations have also demonstrated superior efficacy in exacerbation prevention versus monotherapies, or combinations of inhaled corticosteroids plus LABA. This review summarizes the current data on clinical effectiveness of bronchodilators alone or in combination to prevent exacerbations of COPD.

최근 들어 건설중장비 분야에도 디자인에 대한 요구가 날로 증대되고 있으며, 보다 심도 있는 디자인연구가 필요한 시점에 와 있다. 이런 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 건설중장비의 특성과 이해를 바탕으로 변천과정에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 할 것으로 모인다. 본 연구는 건설중장비 디자인의 외관, 조직, 프로세스의 변천과정과 개발사례 등의 연구를 통해 건설중장비디자인의 변천과정을 연구하고 이 연구를 바탕으로 건설중장비디자인의 트렌드 및 추세를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 향후 이 분야의 연구에 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
