EMTP를 이용한 362kV Gas VT의 철공진제거를 위한 가포화리엑터의 파라미터 선정 (Parameter Selection of the Saturable Reactor for Removing Ferroresonance of 362kV Gas VT Using EMTP)

  • Recently, the construction of gas insulated substation(GIS)s has been increased in Korea. But, the whole quantity of the VTs which were used in GIS has been imported. Under the circumstance that $SF_6$ gas power apparatus are being developed up to 800kV rating in Korea, the development of EHV $SF_6$ gas VT is essential for localizing the power apparatus. As for EHV VT, destructive ferroresonance can be generated due to the combination of capacitiances between poles of circuit breaker, ground capacitance of bus and nonlinear excitation property of VT core. But the theoretical analysis about ferroresonance has not been fully achieved in Korea. Therefore, in this paper the authors would like to contribute for localizing EHV $SF_6$ gas VT by developing the diagram of ferroresonance zone according to the parameters of the circuit and the saturable reactor.

평면코어용 Mn-Zn 페라이트의 물성 (Property of Mn-Zn Ferrite for Planar Core)

  • 평면형 자심재료용으로 응용하기 위한 Mn-Zn 페라이트에서 저손실 조성의 전자기적 특성과 분위기 조건에 따른 특성변화를 관찰하였다. $Fe_{2}O_{3}$ : MnO : ZnO 의 물비가 53 : 36 : 11 일 때, 가장 우수한 특성을 나타내었으며, $SiO_{2}$와 CaO는 입계 저항층 형성을 통한 손실은 감소시키고, 이로 인해 성능지수는 증가하여 100kHz ~ 200kHz 범위에서 최대값을 나타내어 전자기적 효율이 극대화되었다. 산소분압의 제어는 승온과정부터 산소분압을 제어시켜주어야만 Zn-loss 현상의 증가와 $Fe^{2+}$이온 농도의 감소 및 $Fe^{2+}-Fe^{3+}$ 이온간의 호핑(hoping)현상 등에 의한 손실을 최소화 할 수 있으며, 높은 투자율을 얻을 수 있었다. 그리고 소결 또는 냉각 중 평형 산소분압이 유지되지 못하면 다량의 결함이 출현하게 되고, 특히 $600^{\circ}C$이하에서 스피넬 상의 분해-산화반응이 일어나면서 미세구조 상에 결함으로 남게 되어 전자기적 특성이 저하되었다.

  • This study proposes the physical properties of the hardened lightweight cement using the polyethylene tube and to make the fundamental data regarding a new lightweight concrete development. The aerated concrete is displaying various effects such as lightweight, insulation characteristic and it is coming to be widely applied the slab layer of apartment as an insulating material but currently the aerated concrete has many problems. Therefore, demonstrating similar property of former aerated concrete and improving the defects, developing new hardened cement is needed. In this study, we predict adopting possibility of hollow core polyethylene tube, as a material to make cement hardening containing a lot of void. So we changed the mixing ratio, a diameter and length of the polyethylene tube and improved the compressive strength and unit capacity weight of the lightweight cement hardening body. From the test results, we judge that the aerated concrete is a developmental possibility.

Aging Effect of Bio-inspired Artificial Basilar Membrane with Piezoelectric PVDF Thin Film

  • Biomimetic artificial basilar membrane being a core part of artificial cochlear requires performance evaluation through aging test. To evaluate the aging properties of PVDF piezoelectric membrane used for artificial basilar membrane, its mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elastic modulus and piezoelectric property such as piezoelectric constant were measured. The aging test conditions and acceleration constants were calculated based on Arrhenius model. The changes in tensile strengths and elastic moduli measured were less than 10~20% after aging test equivalent for 10 years. The piezoelectric constants were decreased drastically to 80% of its initial value in the early stage of the aging test and expected to decrease slowly down to 65% over 10 years. The experimental results show the reliability of totally implantable novel artificial cochlear and will contribute its commercialization.

The Magnetic Properties of Electrical Steel for Rotating Machine according to the Specimen

  • This paper analyzes the magnetic property according to the machined shape of steel material with non-oriented silicon steel (50PN470/50A470), that is most commonly used in the design of electrical equipment. Toward this end, specimens were produced and divided into Bar-Specimen (Epstein Frame Tester) and Ring-Specimen (Toroidal Ring Tester). The characteristics of the electrical Silicon steel were measured using the instruments solely dedicated to measuring each specimen. The core loss of the Bar-Specimen, which is commonly used, was found to be less than that of the Ring-Specimen. This is a very important design factor in achieving the objectives of improving the product efficiency and predicting the performance of electrical equipment. It serves as a critical point of view in order to reduce the error between design value and product value. A comparative analysis was conducted regarding various characteristics (Hysteresis, B-H characteristic, Iron loss, Minor loop, Coercive force, Residual magnetic flux density, etc.) of the electrical silicon steel considered in the design of the electrical equipment according to the specimen.

고압 배전선로 전력선 통신 신호결합장치 개발 (Development of Signal Coupler for Power Line Communication over Medium Voltage Distribution Line)

  • For broadband high-data-rate power line communication with the allocated frequency bandwidth from 2 to 30 MHz on medium voltage (MV) distribution power lines, a signal coupling unit is developed. The coupling unit is composed of a coupling capacitor for coupling communication signal, a drain coil, and an impedance matching part. The coupling capacitor made of ceramic capacitor is designed for transmission property of better than 1 dB in the frequency range. The drain coil is used for preventing low frequency high voltage from junction of medium voltage power line in case that a coupling capacitor is not working properly any more. Also, using ferrite core, a novel broadband impedance matching transformer is developed. A complete coupling unit with a coupling capacitor, a drain coil, and a matching transformer is housed by polymer for good isolation and distinguishing from high voltage electric facilities. Each is fabricated and its frequency behavior is tested. Finally, complete signal couplers are equipped in a MV PLC test bed and their performance are measured. The measurement shows that the coupling capacitor works excellently.

  • Websites in the Internet are uncontrollable domain and various contents in websites lead people's activities and thoughts and new business paradigms for the future. These phenomena are from expanding the social network based on the endless growth of information technology. Websites are composed with many of links and communicating and expanding their virtual area by links, inbound, outbound, onsite, and of offsite links. Research and practice in digital information on the web have focused on finding and measuring artifacts, factors and attributes of web structure and contents from the perspective that information is a resource and property of products and services. Websites links is one of the core artifacts for understanding the virtual area. This study identifies the role of web link structure and webpage keyword as artifacts and examines their relationships by webpage rank by a minimal hub as performance in the business websites that are serving tourism information. Discovering relationships of links provides managerial insights on organizations virtual activities and systematic understandings about digitalized organizational information in the information use environment.

벌크 화물선용 자동 밸러스트수 교환계획 시스템 개발 (Optimized Ballast Water Exchange Management for Bulk Carriers)

  • Many port states, such as New Zealand, U.S.A., Australia, and Canada, have strict regulations to prevent arriving ships from discharging polluted ballast water that contains harmful aquatic organisms and pathogens. They are notified that transfer of polluted ballast water can cause serious injury to public health and damage to property and environment. For this reason, ballast exchange in deep sea is perceived as the most effective method of emptying ballast water. The ballast management plan contains the effective exchange method, ballast system, and safety considerations. In this study, we pursued both nautical engineering analysis and optimization of the algorithm, in order to generate the sequence of stability and rapidity. A heuristic algorithm was chosen on the basis of optimality and applicability to a sequential exchange problem. We have built an optimized algorithm for the automatic exchange of ballast water, by redefining core elements of the A$\ast$ algorithm, such as node, operator, and evaluation function. The final version of the optimized algorithm has been applied to existing bulk carrier, and the performance of the algorithm has been successfully verified.

영구자석에 따른 자심 재료의 자기 포화 특성 변화 (Magnetic saturation property of magnetic core materials as a function of permanent magnet)

  • Bias magnet에 의한 평면자심재료의 전자기적 특성 변화를 분석하기 위해 E형 코어 사이에서 영구자석의 유무 및 위치 등의 gap 형성 조건에 따른 측성변화를 관찰하였다. 영구자석과 air Gap이 평면코어에 삽입 될 경우 높은 포화 전류값을 가지는데 이는 자기저항이 자성체에 비해서 상당히 높은 에어 갭의 존재로 인해 외부 인가 전류가 증가되어도 자성체에서 생성되는 자속이 대부분 에어갭 내에서 소비되기 때문이다. 그리고 Bias magnet 역할을 하는 영구자석을 자심재료에 가하게 되면 Bias에 의한 역자장과 자성체에서 발생하는 자장이 서로 상쇄되어 포화 전류는 증가하게 된다. 또한, Bias magnet로 영구자석을 삽입하연 공진주파수는 고주파 대역으로 이동하므로 대전류 고주파 특성이 요구되는 응용장치에 적용가능하다.

시추공 물리탐사를 통한 지반물성과 암상과의 상관성 분석 (Relationship between lithology and rock physical property using borehole prospecting)

  • 시추공영상자료와 시추조사에서의 RQD자료 및 완전파형음파검층에 의해 측정된 탄성파속도를 이용하여 각 암상에서의 탄성파속도와 RQD와의 상관관계를 검토하였다. 탄성파속도와 절리틈과의 상관관계는 유성일대의 화강암과 팔당일대의 호상 편마암에서 높은 상관성을 보인 반면, 사북일대 퇴적암에서 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 사북지역의 퇴적암에서는 상관성이 없고, 특히 누적 절리틈이 0∼20mm구간에서 탄성파속도 분포의 분산이 크게 나타나며, 이는 탄질 세일의 파쇄구간이 넓게 분포하여 절리틈 크기의 측정에 무리가 있었을 것으로 추측된다.
