  • The rapid expansion of the Internet in the past few years has rapidly increased the availability of digital data such as audio, images and videos to the public. Therefore, The need for copyright protect of digital data are increasing in the internet. In this paper, Color image(RGB model) is transformed into LUV model, it includes the characteristics of, human vision and then the U or V component is transformed into 3-level wavelet transform. we can insert watermark to several objects of an image separately The experimental results showed that the proposed watermarking algorithm was better than to other RGB watermarking algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose a watermarking technique that embeds a digital watermark into digital images for the proof of owner or copyright protection. Proposed algorithm is based on discrete wavelet transform. Zerotree structure defined by Shapiro's embedded zerotree wavelet(EZW) algorithm is used. In the proposed algorithm, a digital watermark is embedded on only significant wavelet coefficients chosen by QSWT for the robustness of the algorithm. In other words, only the values of significant wavelet coefficients are modified in accordance with the given watermark pattern. We use the relationship among neighboring coefficients when modifying chosen coefficients to keep good image quality. Visual recognizable patterns such as binary images are used as a watermark. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has robustness under a variety of attacks such as JPEG compression, sharpening and blurring and also show that it has a better performance in PSNR comparing with other algorithms.

  • In this paper, we propose a watermarking method for still images using Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). Watermarking is a copyright protection technique for digital contents by hiding secret information into the contents. The proposed method embeds the watermark information into DCT coefficients. To obtain a watermarked image that is not only high quality but also has robustness for compression, we considered a method to change the degree of embedding by utilizing the activity of each DCT block. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can obtain huh quality watermarked images and we can extract most of the embedded data even if they are compressed by JPEG scheme.

  • The digital signal has been replaced the analog signal in most of every field of multimedia including still image, animation, and audio due to the enormous extension of computer supply and the fast development of computer network. The consumers of information are able to enjoy the abundance of information because of one of the digital signal traits that very easy to regenerate the original data. Because of the trait, however, it is very hard for the producers of information to keep the copyright with the merit of original copy in quality excellency. In this paper, the watermarking technology which inserts a RGB color watermark in color image using the visual characteristics of wavelet coefficient was proposed. As a result, the PSNR value of image was varied depending on perceptual parameter, but we can obtain 32dB as a whole.

  • This paper relates to a software patent of a computer related invention, explains a describing method of software patent claim which can be registered software patent of computer related invention instead of computer program copyright which is the Intellectual Property about software since 1998 in the Korea Intellectual Patent Office(KIPO) by developing an information communication infrastructure technology and WWW technology. Also, it introduces an international and domestic trends of the software patent for computer related invention and related database for the software patent of the world and mentions advantage and disadvantage of software patent regime of each nation and the facing software patent problems as the Intellectual Property.

  • Recently, on the internet, we need the protection methods of digital contents. To Protect web contents, we inserted a visible watermark but it could be removed easily and covered some place of original contents. In this paper, we proposed a logo detection algorithm that it insert an invisible logo watermark and extract after attacks. Previous works, it didn't show clearly. Experimental results show that it can be extracted all logo images after an attack. And it is proved that proposed scheme is an appropriate algorithm.

  • The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.

  • The increase of illegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyber-space. Watermarking technology support to the legal users by the protection technique based on the digital content copyright protection method(DRM). Most of previous digital watermarking have embeded to the content. In this paper, we propose a wavelet based watermarking method which is used for implementing in the frequency domain.

Currently many people research the DRM(Digital Rights Management) for protect digital content after digital content downloaded. This paper propose the system that client player witch encrypted using PKI have symmetric key and CCI (copy control information), decrypt digital content witch encrypted when digital content created.
