As the Internet is widely used worldwide, digital asset on the internet becomes to be critical to protect from illegal copying and piracy which is an unlawful action that download or upload copyrighted materials from the Internet without having a right to use them from the copyright owners. Such an illegal and unethical behavior are pervading and becoming a big concern in many industries and business sectors over the world. This study examines the effect of the user's perception for piracy regulation and moral obligation on online piracy intention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see the different effect of regulation and moral obligation on piracy attitude and intention so as to suggest an effective method of piracy protection and to bring an attention on moral and ethical education for online piracy. The result of this study showed both punishment and moral obligation toward online piracy are significantly associated with users' attitude on piracy, indicating that higher level of punishment severity as well as moral obligation lead to decrease piracy attitude. This research also revealed that the level of users' moral obligation has a stronger relationship with piracy attitude than punishment.

In Intellectual Subject the learning is applied individualization learning but In Computer Subject most teachers teach the curriculum with altogether lesson because of lack about understanding computer subject and the great gap of student's beforehand. The purpose of this paper is to suggest Customized Educational Program to help teachers apply in the classroom and to analyze the effect of educational using Personalized Learning model on the improvement of student's learning attitude and self-directed learning ability. For this study, after the Personalized Learning model class, measured learning attitude, student's class satisfaction and the expanding of self-directed learning ability by the self-assessment reports, a product, teacher's evaluation.

In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors affecting the purpose intentions to the online paid knowledge contents in China. The research model includes the contents characteristics, recognition of copyright, recognition of paid, the theory of planned behavior factors. In this research, the data was collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 457 users' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows: the contents characteristics partially give positive effects to attitude. In addition, recognition of paid and planning behavior theory factors have positive effects to purpose intentions. This paper provides a useful scheme to promotion the purpose of purchase for paid online knowledge contents.
