Metallophthalocyanines [PcM, Pc: phthalocyanine, M: Fe 2+ , Co 2+ ] were reacted with α-isocyanonaphthalene( α-in) and α-isocyanoanthracene (α-ia) to form monomeric complexes. The synthesis and coordination behaviour of the isocyanides as a ligand (L) are discussed. All the products were characterized by spectroscopic methods and instrumental analysis. The electrical conductivities of these complexes, which were not treated with dopant, were attributed to the metal-ligand electron delocalization in the PcML2 complexes. The complexes have an enlarged macrocycle where the π-electron back donating ability of PcM is stronger than the σ-electron coordinating ability of the isonitrile ligands. Their electrical conductivities were measured as σRT = 2.1×10 -9 ~3×10 -10 S/cm. Also thermal stability was investigated in this study.

Square planar nickel(II) complexes with various 1-alkyl derivatives of the 14-membered pentaaza macrocycle 8-methyl-8-nitro-1,3,6,10,13-pentaazacyclotetradecane can be readily prepared by two-step metal template condensation reactions of ethylenediamine, nitroethane, formaldehyde, and appropriate primary alkylamines. In coordinating solvents the nickel (II) complexes form octahedral species containing two axially coordinated solvent molecules and thus show square planar-octahedral equilibrium. The properties of the pentaaza macrocyclic complexes are considerably different from those of the complexes of analogous hexaaza and tetraaza macrocyclic complexes. Synthesis, characterization, and spectroscopic and chemical properties of the new complexes are described.

The interactions between Ln(dpm)3 [Ln3+=Eu3+, Yb3+, Pr3+, Sm3+, Tb3+and Ho3+; dpm=tris 2,2,6,6-tetramethylheptane-3,5-dionate] and acetamide in CCl4 solution were investigated using near IR absorption spectroscopy. From the measured 2 νC=O+ amide Ⅲ combination band of acetamide in the region of 2130-2180 nm(4695-4587 cm-1), it was found that acetamide is coordinating through its carbonyl oxygen atom to Ln(dpm)3[C=O…Ln(dpm)3)] and forms only 1 : 1 stoichiometric Ln(dpm)3- acetamide complex. The ΔHo values for the formation of Ln(dpm)3-acetamide obtained from the temperature studies are -39.1, -28.4, -25.5, -24.7, -21.1 and -17.7 kJ mol-1 for Eu(dpm)3, Yb(dpm)3, Pr(dpm)3, Sm(dpm)3, Tb(dpm)3 and Ho(dpm)3, respectively, which are larger than those of the hydrogen bond between amide and various hydrogen acceptors. Except Eu(dpm)3 and Yb(dpm)3, -ΔHovalue increases as the ionic size increases.

New square planar nickel(Ⅱ) complexes with various 1-alkyl (4a-4c) and 1-hydroxyalkyl (4d-4f) derivatives of the 14-membered pentaaza macrocycle 8-ethyl-8-nitro-1,3,6,10,13-pentaazacyclotetradecane have been synthesized by two-step metal template condensation reactions of ethylenediamine, nitroethane, formaldehyde, and appropriate primary amines. The nitro group and/or hydroxyl group of 4a-4f are not directly involved in the coordination. The nickel(Ⅱ) complexes exist in coordinating solvents such as MeCN, Me2SO, and H2O as equilibrium mixtures of the square planar [Ni(L)]2+(L=4a-4f) and octahedral species [Ni(L)S2]2+(S=solvent molecule). Although the ligand field strength and redox potentials of the complexes are not affected by the nature of the substituents, the formation of octahedral species for 4d-4f in MeCN is strongly restricted by the hydroxyl group. Synthesis, characterization, and solution behaviors of the nickel(Ⅱ) complexes are described.

The purpose of this research is to introduce the best practice of the Japanese national dementia strategy and explore implications to the Korean national dementia strategy. Interview was conducted among professions those who is in charge of Kumamoto dementia care practice in Kumamoto province, upon review of related literature and public documents. The Kumamoto model is implemented by the department of neuropsychiatry in public university hospitals, which can offer dementia-specialized medical services. Medical centers for dementia in public university hospitals play a leading role for managing practice and training local dementia centers specialist, coordinating medical services among medical institutions and community welfare facilities. In reference to the Kumamoto model, the Korean national dementia strategy can find implications in the direction of current system, specifically its approaches toward policy governance.

The AHP method was used in 30 provinces of China to construct the index system of creative space efficiency evaluation and determine the weight of each index. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was further used to score the indexes at all levels, and then the total efficiency score was sorted. The purpose of this study is to adjust the regional layout of creative space reasonably and implement financial policies accurately through the evaluation of the efficiency of creative space. The results is ranking top in weight of several indicators, which include the number of incubated Startups, the number of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors, the survival rate of incubator, the innovative training activities, etc. It was also found that Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang ranked first in the score of creative space efficiency. This study is meaningful in that it was In order to effectively solve the problem of the imbalance of the creative space efficiency in China's province, by coordinating the regional pattern, establishing a sound service system and improving the efficiency evaluation system.

With the development of Information Technology, customers require promptly higher quality products and services. Companies try to make newly digital marketing strategies, but there are no empirical researches on them. This article empirically presents a new perspective that companies can shape the customer decision journey ahead by coordinating customer experience. In this article, based on Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM) theory, customer experience consists of the emotional or cognitive experience. We surveyed about 200 subjects (N = 217) in their 20s and 30s based on the International Music Industry Association's Music Listening 2019 report, then analyzed four different models (before personalization-cognitive experience, before personalization-emotional experience, after personalization- cognitive experience, after personalization-emotional experience) by JASP and R Studio. We conducted Structural Equation Model (SEM) and paired t-test. Personalization factors are about recommendation systems in Spotify. The results of survey represent that companies can shape the Customer Decision Journey (CDJ) ahead especially through enhance cognitive experience. It empirically proves Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM). The conclusion can be drawn that 'pulling' customer experience can be a new marketing strategies in the digital era.

Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs has implemented Construction CALS project for improving informationization level of construction industry and for making construction production system efficient. Although an importance of evaluation on level and performance of construction informationziation projects has been emerged, Construction CALS hasn't been evaluated so far. In this study, the performance indicators of construction CALS as the most important base in creating a performance management system were deduced. For this aim, this study reviewed the former researches on system construction for managing performance, analyzed current status of Construction CALS, arranged the relationship between upper strategies and ISP, developed pools of performance indicators, and this study followed IT BSC methodology. As a result, this study developed performance indicators of Construction CALS through four strategies such as globalization and activation of Construction CALS standards, research & development for reaching to international level in construction informationization technology, stabilization of system operation and distribution by publicizing Construction CALS and improving its functions, and policy implementation for managing and coordinating Construction CALS projects. These indicators will be applied to build a system of performance management.

As the industrial paradigm shift, often condensed as the "4th Industrial Revolution," gains momentum, there is a growing need to actively introduce digital healthcare into the medical field. The new administration announced its commitment to become a global leader in the biohealth and digital healthcare sector. To fulfill this pledge, preemptive policy leadership and attention from the government are required. The recent issue of legislating non-face-to-face medical care suggests that introducing digital healthcare goes beyond simply adopting new technologies. Incorporating digital healthcare involves changing the existing healthcare delivery process and coordinating the roles of stakeholders. To successfully change the structure of the medical industry, a mid- to long-term roadmap should be meticulously organized and promoted. Policy efforts are needed to resolve conflicts and lead to compromises through continuous communication with interest groups.

In addition to a range of H&S documentation, a range of actions, beliefs, interventions, practices, and states are important in terms of achieving optimum construction H&S. Conclusions include that H&S documentation facilitates and assists planning, organising, leading, controlling, and coordinating H&S. Furthermore, current H&S documentation: is inappropriate in that it can be complex, generic, lengthy, onerous, repetitive (duplicative), and vague; engenders dubious practices; generally, 'does not add the potential value'; shifts the focus from the physical process, and could be improved. Recommendations include: industry associations should review their 'audit system' to interrogate the allocation of points; H&S documents must reflect the intention of the requirement; the synergy between H&S documentation, and actions, interventions, and practices should be investigated, digested, and focused upon, and 'audits', or rather inspections, should focus more on the physical process, actions, interventions, and practices, than documentation.
