Performing 'Mega Project' in which various stakeholders are involved is difficult to control due to the respective conflicting objectives. Urban regeneration which is being challenged issue in various ways can be defined as the mega project. Since the mega project like urban regeneration a long-continued project and includes a lot of participants whose benefits conflict, cooperation among stakeholders is essential. Moreover, as the project goes, diverse decision making situations which require collaboration happen, and if proper decision making cannot be given at that time, the whole project would have critical effects. Also, since each activity concerns numerous stakeholders, prompt decision making is difficult in the mega project. Therefore, the objective of this study is to support stakeholder's cooperative decision making in order for conducting successful project. For the purpose of the paper, the concept of cooperation in mega project is redefined and a cooperative decision making framework is suggested. Also, the term of governance, which means cooperative mechanism based on the mutual trust, information sharing and partnership, is applied to the newly defined cooperation. The suggested cooperative decision making framework contains the structure of stakeholders in urban regeneration project which enables participants to understand the relationship among bodies and checklists for supporting decision making appropriately. The application of the framework proposed in this research is expected to contribute subjects' suitable decision making by providing proper information in a timely manner.

In this study, the Inter-Korea Fisheries Cooperation Project was divided into four categories: North Korea's Fisheries Infrastructure Development Project, Fisheries Cooperation Project, Human Exchange Project, and North Korea Fisheries Investment Project. First, North Korea's fisheries infrastructure development projects include North Korea's fisheries resource research project, it's fisheries resource development project, and joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships. Second, fisheries cooperation projects include the operation of the North-South common fish area in the West Sea, the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and the import of North Korean seafood. Third, human exchange projects include training of aquaculture technicians in North Korea, technology transfer and training of fishing vessels, and boarding of North Korea's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels. Fourth, North Korea's fisheries investment projects include aquaculture facilities and aquaculture feed support, aquatic product processing facilities and technology transfer, and fishery equipment support. However, as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea, Inter-Korea Fisheries cooperation, however, should be promoted according to the level of easing of international sanctions as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea. First, North Korea's fisheries resource research project, North Korea's fisheries resource creation project, joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships, and operation of the common fish area in the West Sea can be promoted if international sanctions are maintained at present, promote North Korea's fisheries resource research project. Second, boarding of North Korean's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels, conducting the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and importing North Korean seafood can be aided if commercial transactions are possible with North Korea. Third, South Korea will support aquaculture facilities and aquatic feed, fisheries processing facilities and technology transfer, fishery equipment support, training of fisheries and aquaculture technicians, fishery fishing technology transfer, and training of fisherman when a comprehensive economic cooperation project is possible with North Korea.

Purpose - This research examines the effects of local universities on urban regeneration to recover commercial supremacy in the original urban area and provides clear information on the "University Cooperation Project for Traditional Market." Research design, data, and methodology - The "University Cooperation Project for Traditional Market" started in 2015. This study was conducted focusing on 22 places selected in 2015 and the project content in those locations. Results - This study analyzes the link to urban regeneration and spreads the concept along with theoretical consideration of university cooperation for traditional markets. Additionally, it promotes policies to help propel the project based on characteristics of the region. Conclusions - A differentiated project should be created, with characteristics of the region reflected, and detailed programs developed and implemented resulting in meaningful achievement from the perspective of members of the local community, who may have deviated from existing perspectives. Additionally, opportunities should be established for the direct application of young consumer ideas through experimental business to regenerate the traditional market (commercial supremacy), the center of the local economic society.

During the 1990s, North Korea suffered from severe economic hardships in the aftermath of the collapse of the Soviet bloc and massive floods; North Korea is still has not escaped this suffering. South Korea has pursued various inter-Korean cooperation projects to help North Korea open and develop its economy; however, there are limited successful cases for improvement in North Korea. It is imperative to define a long-term strategy through analysis of key success factors for inter-Korean cooperation in order to develop more successful cases of inter-Korean cooperation; however, limited studies have been conducted to analyze successful inter-Korean cooperation projects. This study selects the "Seed Potato Project" (implemented by the World Vision) as a successful case to be analyzed and identifies key success factors for inter-Korean cooperation. As illustrated in previous studies, the results of the analysis of success factors of a "Seed Potato Project" from a trust-building perspective has revealed that this project follows key success factors like openness, integrity, consistency, and benevolence. In the last section of this report, this study also presents important policy implications to develop future successful cases for inter-Korean cooperation.

For a successful construction project not only construction engineering and project management technology but also economic evaluation technique is required. Design and construction technologies are necessary to receive a project order. However, construction management technology which can be apply from the project initial phase to the project operation and management phase is required to create a benefit from the project. Construction management technology is one of the effective factors for project success. Economical and efficient cost management from the planning phase influences the project success. This study investigated cost flow and cost factors of domestic Sewage Treatment Plant project for systematic analysis of cost items following the entire project phase. Particularly, data modeling based on domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment maintenance cost DB was performed, and maintenance cost estimation trend line is suggested using Monte carlo Simulation Method to decrease uncertainty of actual results DB and for feasibility study. For the last 10 years, there were also a lot of exchanges and cooperations between North and South Korea's local governments. Dealing with these exchanges more systematically, local governments had issued many regulations. But in the law level, the current laws regulating exchanges and cooperations between North and South Korea lacked care in the role of local governments in the course of Korea reunification. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the legal system to support and promote the role of local governments in unification affairs. The purpose of this study is to seek answers to a question how the Inter-Korea forest cooperation project effect on regional economy compared with other forest sectors. Results of this study proved that Inter-Korea forest cooperation project effects on regional economy positively as 'plus investment', not negatively. Forest cooperation project will be resolve Inter-Korea conflicts more peacefully. So government should be supported continuously in the long run in order to raise the performance.

This is a case study on "the Project for Production Facility and Technical Support of Processed Seed-Potato (2008-2010)" based on the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) used to create and plan International development cooperation projects. The project is the earliest model of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the agricultural sector. For the case analysis, a framework was established to assess the effectiveness and impact of the CSV project based on the main factors of the VCA. As a result of the assessment, project participation by OSI was able to increase the overall utility by developing the Vietnamese potato processing industry and meeting consumer demand. Furthermore, it formed a business model to promote win-win cooperation and upgraded the value chain of the potato industry. In addition, it contributed to the improvement of incomes and the quality of life of farmers and communities by providing technical guidance and purchase of contracts, as well as labor division and cooperation with other activity supporters.

In this paper, we design and implement the iMPS(Integrated Project Management system). The iMPS is used in the performance evaluation which establishes the systematic management of support for Industry-Academy-Research Cooperation. The implemented iPMS mainly contain functions. First, the search function produces a report for result on the status of numerous projects and allows administrators to track project status in a excel file format. Second, the management function produces a performance evaluation, monitoring. Applying the iPMS to management of Busan-Ulsan Association of industry-academy cooperation, its usefulness is from the results of web service.

In this study, the network analysis of researchers, institutions, and research principal agent was conducted to understand structure characteristics of international cooperation research project implemented from 1997 to 2018. The network of researchers and institutions were decentralized structure. On the other hands, the network of research principal agent was centralized structure. The Soul National University is the leading organization of international cooperation research project. In terms of research principal agent, corporation is the leading principal agent. In additions, the results of the network centroid analysis of the researchers and institutions were correlated with the research funds. As a result, it was confirmed that the network centroid of research organization was linearly related to research funds.

The purpose of this study is to examine application possibility as the inhabitants educational program for community design workshops of regional linking cooperation project "Sejong healing road 100 project". As a results follows : First, It can confirm inhabitants ability reinforcement through administration of the 8-week educational program, and a participation rate is important in it. Second, 'The tool of inhabitants opinion expression using a Post-it' is easy as a tool of the workshops, and the effect improves if It use a drawing together. Third, 'The tool of inhabitants opinion expression using figure card' is the most effective as expression of the inhabitants intention as a tool of the workshops, but preparations process is complicated. Moreover, for the inhabitants participation in regional linking cooperation projects, the development system of a more systematic inhabitants intention expression is necessary.
