Conveyer 이동 속도를 달리한 전자선 조사가 돈육의 냉장 중 산화와 미생물적 안정성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Different Conveyer Speed of Electron Beam Irradiation on the Oxidative and Microbiological Stability of Ground Pork during Refrigeration)

  • 신선 돈육을 준비하여 두 가지의 conveyer 이동 속도(10과 20 Hz)로 전자선을 조사(3.0 과 5.0 kGy)한 후 저장 중 돈육의 지방 산화와 일반 세균 그리고 중온균의 증식 억제를 비교하여 측정하였다. 본 실험 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 전자선의 처리는 확실하고 뚜렷한 살균 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며 대체적으로 3.0 보다는 5.0 kGy 처리육의 살균 효과가 훨씬 우수하였다. 지방의 산화는 전자선 조사에 의해서 촉진되는 것으로 확인되었기 때문에 전자선을 돈육에 활용하려면 전자선 처리에 의한 지방의 산화를 억제해야 하는 필요성이 절실하게 대두되고 있다. 전자선의 conveyer이동 속도를 10에서 20 Hz로 증가시켰을 때 살균 효과가 감소한다는 사실은 의외의 결과이나 전자선의 조사가 대조구에 비해 일반세균과 중온균의 증식은 억제하였다. 한편 conveyer 이동 속도를 10에서 20 Hz로 증가시킨 경우 돈육의 산화가 억제된다는 사실은 매우 고무적이며 전자선 처리에 의한 살균 효과를 식육에서 극대화하기 위하여는 본 실험에서 확인된 전자선 주사 속도의 증가에 의한 항산화 작용 이외에 더 추가적으로 탈기 변형 포장 방법 등을 도입하여 산화를 더욱 억제하여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

  • It is necessary to modify the state-of-the-art of speed control theory because of the phase asymmetry in the Linear Induction Motor (LIM)and for the constant speed control of mover using single vector control inverter system, it is important that primary stack is located in appropriated intervals in the 3D conveyer system using LIM. The dynamic characteristic analysis method of the vector controlled LIM using coupled FEM and control algorithm taking into account the movement is proposed. The focus of this paper is the analysis relative to selecting primary stack intervals in order to constant speed control in the 3D conveyer system using LIM.

유과 제조의 기계화 연구 (Studies on Mechanization of Yukwa Making)

  • 유과제조시 가장 걸림돌이 되는 꽈리치기 공정과 반데기 제조공정의 연속공정화 및 표준화를 위하여 기존 chopper의 구조를 변경하고 conveyer를 연결하여 기계화 가능성을 시도하였다. Plate와 die를 새로 제작하여 실험한 결과 꽈리치기 및 반데기를 연속적으로 제조할 수 있었으며, 그 품질도 기존방법에 비하여 차이가 없었다. 반데기의 두께와 폭은 conveyer belt의 속도를 조절하므로써 가능하였으며, chopper에서 반죽의 토출량이 221.8g/sec($Slit\;:\;5{\times}50.5\;mm$)일 때 conveyer의 속도는 87.3 mm/sec가 바람직하였다. Chopper의 구성에서 knife나 plate의 모양 등은 꽈리치기 효과에 큰 영향을 주지 않았으며, 건조 후 반데기의 두께는 $3.0{\sim}3.5\;mm$인 경우 가장 좋은 유과품질을 얻었다. Chopper를 통과하는 횟수는 품질에 큰 영향을 주지 않으나 전연 꽈리치기 하지않은 경우 조직은 대단히 유약하였다.

다수의 로봇을 이용한 컨베어상의 조립순서 계획 (Assembly Sequence Planning for Multiple Robots Along a Conveyer Line)

  • In order to increase productivity of an assembly system composed of multiple robots along a conveyer line, an efficient sequence planning is necessary because the assembly time is dependent upon the assembly sequence. In this paper, a two-robot assembly system is considered in which two robots operate simultaneously and transfer parts from the part feeders to the workpiece on the conveyer one by one. In this case, the distance from the feeder to the workpiece varies with time because the workpiece moves at a constant speed on the conveyer. Hence, the sequence programming is not a trivial problem. Also, the two robots may interfere with each other kinematically and dynamically due to the simultaneous operation, so the sequence should be programmed to avoid the interferences. In this paper, the task sequence optimization problem is formulated and is solved by employing the simulated annealing which has been shown to be effective for solving large combinatorial optimizations.

  • The modem industry age began when the conveyer system was introduced by Ford to produce model "T". The conveyer system is designed to optimize and maximize mass production of a specific item. Nowadays, however, accommodating to individual tastes has become an important factor in selection of products. Thus, rather than the mass production of one item, producing fewer but a wide variety of goods became important. To give flexibility and elasticity to the conveyer system, a new method of transportation where it is possible to choose a specific item is necessary. Therefore mall quantity and high-volume mass production was decrescent and small quantity batch production was expanded. In this paper, we developed multiple crate stacking and picking system to give flexibility to the conveyer system. First, we verified the conceptually designed system through manufacture. Second, we solved the problems that would happen on the actual field using pneumatic system. Finally, we optimized the system through FEM technique. This system works with stability and fast speed and can improve work efficiency which would minimize the losses resulting from too much dependence on manual labor.

  • The process of automation and monitoring in industrial control system involves the use of many types of sensors. A programmable logic controller plays an important role in the automation of the different processes in the power plant system. The major control units are boiler for temperature and pressure, turbine for speed of motor, generator for voltage, conveyer belt for fuel. The power plant units are controlled using microcontrollers and PLCs, but FPGA can be the feasible solution. The paper focused on the design and simulation of hardware chip to monitor boiler, turbine, generator and conveyer belt. The hardware chip of the plant is designed in Xilinx Vivado Simulator 17.4 software using VHDL programming. The methodology includes VHDL code design, simulation, verification and testing on Virtex-5 FPGA hardware. The system has four independent buzzers used to indicate the status of the boiler, generator, turbine motor and conveyer belt in on/off conditions respectively. The GSM is used to display corresponding message on the mobile to know the status of the device in on/off condition. The system is very much helpful for the industries working on plant automation with FPGA hardware integration.

Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu Micro-BCA의 Soldering성 연구 (A Study on The Solderability of Micro-BGA of Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu)

  • 직경 0.3 mm의 Sn-37Pb 및 Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu 솔더볼을 솔더링 온도와 기판의 이송속도 (conveyer speed)를 변화시켜 가며 리플로 솔더링 하였다. 리플로 솔더링 온도범위는 Sn-37Pb의 경우 220~$240^{\circ}C$, Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu의 경우는 230~ $260^{\circ}C$로 하였다. 실험결과, 전단강도 측면에서 최적 솔더링 조건을 Sn-37Pb의 경우 솔더링 온도 및 컨베이어 속도가 각각 $230^{\circ}C$, 0.7~0.8 m/min이고, Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu의 경우 각각 $250^{\circ}C$, 0.6 m/min으로 나타났다. 또한 최고 전단강도 값은 Sn-37Pb의 경우는 555 gf 이고 Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu의 경우는 617gf이다. 접합계면의 분석결과 Cu6Sn5층의 두께는 Sn-37Pb의 경우는 1.13~1.45 $\mu\textrm{m}$이고 Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu의 경우는 2.5~4.3 $\mu\textrm{m}$이다.

  • In the semiconductor and the optical industry a new transport system which can replace the conventional sliding system is required. These systems are driven by magnetic field and conveyer belt. The magnetic field damages semiconductor and contact force scratches the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problem. In this paper, the relationship of transporting speed according to the change of flexural beam shape and the effect of transporting speed according to the change of weight and amplification voltage are verified. The vibration behavior of flexural beam in the ultrasonic transport system is experimented using Laser Scanning Vibrometer.
