  • To provide context aware service, certain phenomena and situation information of the user should be detecting and monitoring using sensors. But, the sensor data has heterogeneity about system, syntax, structure, and semantics. So, it is difficult to apply to various services. To solve this issue, we should remove these heterogeneities and convert to context information that is easy to provide context aware services. Also, the existing context aware service mash-up environment require relevant sensor type, criteria of context, programing ability to define the service situation. So, it is difficult to create service for a non-technical user. Therefore, we propose ontology based user-centric service environment to provide context aware IoT services. It provide context awareness and user-desired services using data that acquired via IoT paradigm. The proposed environment consist of the ontology based semantic sensor data processing and the user-centric service environment. It provide convert the object data to the context information and service mash-up process to create user service in easy way.

  • The digital signature can be verified and disavowed only with cooperation of the signer in 'undeniable signature scheme. A signed confidential document of a company can be copied and delivered to a rival company. If a conventional signature scheme is used to sign the document, it can be confirmed as authentic by verifying the signature without the signer's cooperation. However, if the company doesn't want the document to be verified as authentic by the rival company, it is recommended to use the undeniable signature scheme. Convertible undeniable signature scheme has additional property that the signer can convert undeniable signature to the ordinary one. The document signed by undeniable signature scheme that is no longer confidential can be opened to public use by converting the signature to the ordinary one. In this study, the efficient multipurpose convertible undeniable signature scheme based on El-Gamal signature scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme satisfies undeniable property and can convert undeniable signature to the ordinary one. The number of public keys and signatures are less than those of Boyar's convertible signature scheme. It also reduces the number of communication steps of the signature confirmation protocol.

  • Dekkera anomala YAE-1 strain separated from "airag" (Mongolian fermented mare's milk) produces β-glucosidase, which can convert ginsenoside Rb1 from Panax ginseng. Ginseng- derived bioactive components such as ginsenoside Rb1 have various immunological and anticancer activities. Airag was collected from five different mare milk farms located near Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. YAE-1 strains were isolated from airag to examine the hydrolytic activities of β-glucosidase on Korean Panax ginseng using an API ZYM kit. Supernatants of selected cultures having β-glucosidase activity were examined for hydrolysis of the major ginsenoside Rb1 at 40℃, pH 5.0. The YAE-1 strain was found to be nearly identical at 99.9% homology with Dekkera anomala DB-7B, and was thus named Dekkera anomala YAE-1. This strain exerted higher β-glucosidase activity than other enzymes. Reaction mixtures from Dekkera anomala YAE-1 showed great capacity for converting ginsenoside Rb1 to ginsenoside Rd. The β-glucosidase produced by Dekkera anomala YAE-1 was able to hydrolyze ginsenoside Rb1 and convert it to Rd during fermentation of the ginseng. The amount of ginsenoside Rd was highly increased from 0 to 1.404 mg/ml in fermented 20% ginseng root at 7 days.

  • In this study, the stage-discharge relation curve made in 2006 is selected with standard curves to seize the hydraulic and geometric characteristics for the temporal variation of the river bed. The relationships among the standard stage-discharge relation curve and the existing stage-discharge relation curves, water level, cross sectional area, and flow velocity are analyzed. Jeokpogyo and Jindong which are the key station of Nakdong river are chosen for the study, with respect to the current river bed to convert the existing stage-discharge curves. The relationships for conversion of previous data, between water level and flow velocity are got. Also the relation equation between water level and cross sectional area and water level, flow velocity are derived. These conversion relationships shows good agreement between observed values and estimated values. It will be very useful to convert past hydraulic quantitations to current one.

  • In this paper, we propose a method to convert 2D image to 3D anaglyph using quadratic & cubic B$\acute{e}$zier Curves in HTML5. In order to convert 2D image to 3D anaglyph image, we filter the original image to extract the RGB color values and create two images for the left and right eyes. Users are to set up the depth values of the image through the control point using the quadratic and cubic B$\acute{e}$zier curves. We have processed the depth values of 2D image based on this control point to create the 3D image conversion reflecting the value of the control point which the users select. All of this work has been designed and implemented in Web environment in HTML5. So we have made it for anyone who wants to create their 3D images and it is very easy and convenient to use.

  • Software defined radio(SDR) has a goal that places the analog-to-digital converter(ADC) as near the antenna as possible. But current technique actually can't do analog-to-digital converting about RF band signals. So one method is studying that samples RF band signals to IF band. One of the ways Sub-Sampling technique can convert signals from RF band to IF band without oscillator. If Sub-Sampling technique is used, over 2 bands can convert signals from RF band to IF band. But due to the filter performance in RF band, it is possible to generate interference between signals that is converted in low frequency band. The effect degrades performance. In this paper, we propose one method that uses time division multiplexing(TDM) method as a solution to avoid interference between signals. By doing TDM and Sub-Sampling at the same time that method can get signals without large changes of structures.

  • The solids(supplementary food) consumption of 200 healthy infants aged from 4 to 6 months have been measured. Five groups were assigned to different feeding patterns. Breastfed group(BF, n=38), formula-fed group(FF, n=102) and mixed-fed group(MF, n=14) were fed breast milk, formula and mixed(breast mile+formula) from birth until 6 months of age respectively. Convert 1 group(C1F, n=14) and convert 2 group(C2F, n=32) were fed breast milk and mixed milk at 2 months of age respectively and were switched to formula thereafter. All infants received solids form 4 months of age. The energy intake from solids at 4 and 6 months averaged 59.1 and 110.3㎉/d among BF groups vs 151.9 and 239.3㎉/d among FF groups respectively. Intakes of protein, calcium and iron were 38-46$\%$, 34-44% and 25-37$\%$ higher in the FF than in the Bf group during the first 6 months. However, no significant differences were found in the intakes of energy and nutrient intakes from solids in all 4 groups excluding BF group(39$\%$). Although BF infant's nutrient intakes from solids were lower than other group's intakes, they intaked evenly solids from various food groups. As the age of infant had increased, the energy intake ratio from solids was cereals and dairy products was increased whereas energy intake ratio from meats, eggs, fruits and vegetables was decreased. TSC4, TSC6(the frequency score for the kinds of weaning food taken) showed no significant difference among 5 feeding groups but CIF-and C2F group's scores tended to be high. Consequently, these results suggest that BF group's solid intake pattern is more desirable and that Korean lactating Mother's dependence on commercial weaning food is too high.

  • A 4.8-kb DNA fragment encoding the P-450 type hydroxylase and ferredoxin genes was cloned from Pseudonocardia autotrophica IFO 12743 that can convert vitamin D$\_$3/ into its hydroxylated active forms. In order to isolate the P-450 gene cluster in this organism, we designed PCR primers on the basis of the regions of an oxygen binding site and a heme ligand pocket that are general characteristics of the P-450 hydroxylase. Sequencing analysis of the BamHI fragment revealed the presence of four complete and one incomplete ORFs, named PauA, PauB, PauC, and PauD, respectively. As a result of computer-based analyses, PauA and PauB have homology with enoyl-CoA hydratase from several organisms and the positive regulators belonging to the tetR family, respectively. PauC and PauD show similarity with SuaB/C proteins and ferredoxins, respectively, which are composed of P-450 monooxygenase systems for metabolizing two sulfonylurea herbicides in Streptomyces griseolus PauC shows the highest similarity with another CytP-450$\_$Sca2/ protein that is responsible for production of a specific HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, pravastatin, in S. carbophilus. Cultures of Steptomyces lividans transformant, containing the P-450 gene cluster on the pWHM3 plasmid, was unable to convert vitamin D$\_$3/ to its hydroxylated forms.

  • PEAT(Procedure/airspace Efficiency Assessment Tool) evaluates the efficiency of the flight procedures designed by Procedure and Airspace Design Program, such as fuel consumption fight time, flyability, noise footprint and etc. For noise footprint analysis among the efficiency metrics, the input generation module for INM(Integrated Noise Model) was designed in this research. The INM input files shall contain the information about aircraft types, noise model, airport and runway configuration, number of flights, flight routes, and also should be satisfied with the exact file formats for input data, since INM is not originally executable with file inputs. Therefore, it has been designed to convert the input data given in XML file to DBF. In this paper, the design result of the module which has functionalities to generate appropriate input file for INM, and to convert and save the analysis results from INM, is presented.
