The purpose of format conversion is to convert a wide range of personal computer video formats into a target format. Circuits for the conversion have been developed by means of interpolation techniques, such as zero-order interpolation, bilinear interpolation, and bisigmoidal interpolation. This paper proposes a scan converter using cubic splines. The converter was modeled in VHDL, simulated on Max+plus Ⅱ , and implemented with an FPGA chip. The circuit gives much better conversion performance than a scan converter with zero-order or linear interpolation techniques according to simulation results and implementation.

Our Railroad has been decided to convert the system from government enterprise to privitization since 1989. But These Policy has been changed 3times. Therefore I wish to survey the proecss, which is the main factor to change the policy. Firstly, I made a hypothesis concerning the policy making process. Secondly, I described the policy process concisely. Thirdly, I analysized the policy making process. In conclusion, I suggested the rational policy process model.

Dopper should performance not only to constrain rolling and yawing system but also to develop capability of pantograph. In orde to get purpose, the survey and study that the type of dropper which convert 'I' type dropper into 'Y' type that performance to constrain rolling,yawing and jamping of catenary system simultaneously.

Fuel Cells are clean and efficient electrochemical devices that convert the chemical energy stored in a fuel with oxygen from air directly into usable electricity without using a conventional combustion process. Robot task program is needed to control and manage a Robot without explicitly describing the robot program by user which includes commands, procedures, geometric and signal data in the detail level. To use the Robot task program, a computer system is required to convert the Robot task into the Robot program, which can be understood by the Robot. In this paper, the systemic method for automatic generation of explicit Robot programs (ERP) from task-level commands is described. Specifically, a 3-step procedure including Robot task decomposition, task synchronization and ERP generation is presented.

A typical conventional systems of a linear motion use rack and pinions or ball screws to convert rotary motions from DC servo motors. A linear motor has been used a several field for a MEMS technology and a aircraft carrier. We was studied a transient response of a linear actuator with a damping ratio, spring constant and a pressed power.

The Saemangeum project, which began in 1991, is designed to convert about 120 million pyeong of mud flats into farmland and a reservoir by building a 33-kilometer seawall off the coast. Many scientists and specialists will continue to monitor and study the effects of the damming up and how it will affect the ocean environment. The long-term plans and visions for development of Saemangeum are needed.

E-business managers must make a profit on the goods and services they sell. But e-business retailers are still searching for strategies that work. To test current practices, we became 'phantom shoppers' and bought a randomly chosen set of CDs from a variety of E-business manager. Our findings suggest that order management and logistics skills are pivotal for selling profitably on the Website. In this article, we show how e-business managers can deploy resources creatively to attract the right shoppers, convert these shoppers into buyers, and improve the chances of repeat purchase while maintaining profit margins.

It is very difficult to design and analyze the relay circuit because one have to consider and analyze in order the behavior in which the relay contacts. In this paper, we propose the relay circuit to EMPG (Extended Mark Flow Graph) convension with a box´s characteristic equation. It will give you a lot of benefits in case of analysis and check of the relay circuit to convert the relay circuit into EMPG.
