In this paper, the equivalent circuit model of a Rosen-type multilayer piezoelectric transformer(MPT) has been proposed based on the Mason's equivalent circuit model and the principle of single layer piezoelectric plate. From the piezoelectric direct and converse effects, the symbolic expressions between the electric inputs and outputs of the MPT have been derived from the equivalent circuit model. A simplified equivalent circuit model of the MPT whose driving part has a single input form has been proposed. The symbolic expressions of the driving part have been derived from the simplified equivalent circuit model and the model was compared with the multi-input equivalent circuit model through the simulation. In the comparisons between the simulation results and the experimental data, output voltage is 630 Vp-p in case of 11-layered MPT and 670 Vp-p for 13-layered MPT over the experiment range. As the load resistance increases, output voltage increases and saturates over $300k{\Omega}$ and the resonant frequency changes from 102 kHz to 103 kHz. The simulation and the experimental results agree well over different load resistances and frequencies.

Excessive inventories result from poor scheduling, planning, and controls, and the converse is also same. With adequate inventories, supplies can transport products to customers in time without excessive delivering cost. So efficient inventory control is vital for successful logistics management operation. In terms of mass discount retailers such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, E-Mart, and so on, they require the high-quality services such as a small-amount and a high-frequency delivery because of having small warehouse and wanting possess much more various goods. In the opposite, manufactures ask mass discount retailer to delivery more lots of goods because of reducing the number of deliveries. It goes without saying that both wish to prevent stockout(lack of inventories). Usually, mass discount retailers have the power more than manufactures. This paper proposed how to manage inventory and how many to order in view of the TPLC and supplier. We considered the economic order quantity models for multiple items so as to prevent urgent deliveries as possible as. And the tradeoff stockout costs and delivering costs.

In this paper, the shell material has been taken as functionally graded material and their material quantity is located by the exponential volume fraction law. Moreover, the impact of ring supports around the shell circumference has been examined for their various positions along the shell axial length. These rings support restraints the radial displacement in the transverse direction. While the axial modal deformation functions have been estimated by characteristic beam functions and nature of materials used for construction of cylindrical shells. The fundamental natural frequency of cylindrical shell of parameter versus ratios of length- and height-to-radius for a wide range has been reported and investigated through the study. In addition, by increasing height-to-radius ratio resulting frequencies also increase and frequencies decrease on ratio of length-to-radius. Though the trends of frequency values of both ratios are converse to each other with three different boundary conditions. Also it is examined the position of ring supports with length-to radius ratio, height-to-radius ratio and varying the exponent of volume fraction. MATLAB software package has been utilized for extracting shell frequency spectra. The obtained results are confirmed by comparing with available literature.

The recent discovery of tiny microRNAs (miRNAs) has brought about awareness of a new class of regulators of diverse pathways in many physiological and pathological processes, such as tumorigenesis. They modulate gene expression by targeting plethora of mRNAs, mostly reducing the protein yield of a targeted mRNA. With accumulation of information on characteristics of miR-205, complex and in some cases converse roles of miR-205 in tumor initiation, progression and metastasis are emerging. miR-205 acts either as an oncogene via facilitating tumor initiation and proliferation, or in some cases as a tumor suppressor through inhibiting proliferation and invasion. The aim of this review is to discuss miR-205 roles in different types of cancers. Given the critical effects of deregulated miR-205 on processes involved in tumorigenesis, they hold potential as novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers.

XML has become a standard for exchanging document data on the web. Currently, most of the commercial data are stored in the relational database system. It requires to converse the document into XML form to transfer the data to a relational database system. The purpose of this paper is to research on a query processing system which will make it easy and convenient to raise a query and derive results from the document data stored in a relational database. We have designed a XML view called R2X(Relational To XML). With this R2X view, users can view a relational database as XML documents. Using R2X views, we design and implement a Query processing system which will make it expedient to form a query with a XML query language called XQL.

The existing self-organizing feature map of Kohonen has weakpoint that need too much input patterns in order to converse into the learning rate and equilibrium state when it trains. Making up for the current weak point, B.Bavarian suggested the method of that distributed the learning rate such as Gaussian function. However, this method has also a disadvantage which can not achieve the right self-organizing. In this paper, we proposed the method of improving the convergence speed and the convergence rate of self-organizing feature map converting the Gaussian function into dynamic approximate curve used in when trains the self-organizing feature map.

In the present paper, we observe a relation between fuzzy norms and induced crisp norms on a linear space. We first prove that if $\rho_1,\;\rho_2$ are equivalent fuzzy norms on a linear space, then for every $\varepsilon\in(0.1)$, the induced crisp norms $P_\varepsilon^1,\;and\;P_\varepsilon^2$, respectively are equivalent. Since the converse does not hold, we prove it under some strict conditions. And consider the following theorem proved in [8]: Let $\rho$ be a lower semicontinuous fuzzy norm on a normed linear space X, and have the bounded support. Then $\rho$ is equivalent to the fuzzy norm $\chi_B$ where B is the closed unit ball of X. The lower semi-continuity of $\rho$ is an essential condition which guarantees the continuity of $P_\varepsilon$, where 0 < e < 1. As the last result, we prove that : if $\rho$ is a fuzzy norm on a finite dimensional vector space, then $\rho$ is equivalent to $\chi_B$ if and only if the support of $\rho$ is bounded.

The effects of environmental agents on health are great concern for all. It was recognized that each human has differential susceptibility to environmental effects. Susceptibility are changed by many factors includin gdevelopmpntal processes, genetic factors, nutritional stratus, preexisting disease conditions, life style and personal habits. Of all factors nutritional factors seem to be the area most modifiable. Consequently, It is an area that must be more thoroughly evaluated. In this paper, nutrient and environment interactions are reviewed briefly with published literatures. This paper deals with the influence of micronutrients(energy, protein and fat), Vitamins (vitamin 4, vitamin B-complex, vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin I) and Minerals(calcium, iron, selenium, zinc and other minerls) on environmental effects. The role of arch nutrient was assessed in modifyine the expression of environmental pollutant toxicity with available litertures. In each nutrient section, the effect of environment was considered in following agents : heavy metals(lead, cadmium, mercury, silver and etc), inorganic agents(nitwits, sulfite, fluoride and etc), organic agents(benzene, carbon tatra-chloride, aflatoxin, auto dye, dialbrin etc), Irritant gas(ozone, carbon monooxide and etc), physical agents(X-irradiation, ultra violet, temperature and noise) and insectcides. The extent to which nutritional status modifies environmental effects 3nd its converse, how envirollments affects nutritional status is very complex. In deed, at the present time there are more than 50 chelnical/phycical agents that affect the nutrient metabolism and/or have their toxicity either directly diminished or enhanced by nutrients of those agents, small number of agents for each nutrients have sufficient evidence to warrant any reasonable degree of confidence in their hypothesized associtation. With these information at this present time it is hard to conclude that the recommended dietary allowance for each nutrient should be reconsidered.

The technology of direction finding is very important to find the direction of emitters for ELINT(electronic intelligence) system. The principle of TDOA(time difference of arrival) is to receive an emitter signal with two antennas, measure the time difference between two antennas, and converse the time difference to direction difference. This technology can be used in broadband frequency system and make the system very simple because a phase-discriminator and a voltage comparator are not needed. For fine DF accuracy, high time resolution receiver and long basis line antennas are needed. The DF accuracy of noise added signals is simulated with different time

The purpose of this study is development of universal engine model for integrated Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) simulator and a optimization of engine model. The engine model of this study is based on the MATLAB Simulink for universal and include engine fuel economy technologies for HEV. Various engine fuel economy technologies for HEV is estimated by commercial engine 1-D simulation program - WAVE. And, the 1-D simulation model of base version is compared with engine experiment result. The analyzed engine technologies with 1-D simulation are Dual-CVVT, Atkinson-Cycle and Cylinder-Deactivation System. There are improvement of fuel economy and power performance with Dual-CVVT model at part load and full load, pumping loss reduction with Cylinder-Deactivation System at idle and regeneration. Each estimated technologies are analyzed by 1-D simulation on all operation region for base data to converse simulink. The simulink based engine model maintains a signal with ECU for determination of engine operation point.
