Multi-agent systems have been developed for supporting intelligent collaboration of distributed and independent software entities and are be-ing widely used for various applications. For the collaboration among agents, conversation policies (or interaction protocols) mutually agreed by agents are used. In today's dynamic electronic market environment, there can be frequent changes in conversation policies induced by the changes in transaction methods in the market, and thus, the importance of ad hoc conversation policies is increasing. In existing agent platforms, they allow the use of only several standard or fixed conversation policies, which requires inevitable re implementation for ad hoc conversation policies and leads to inefficiency and intricacy. This paper designs an agent platform that supports ad hoc conversation policies and presents the prototype implementation. The suggested system includes an exchangeable and interpretable conversation policy model, a meta conversation procedure for exchanging new conversation policies, and a mechanism for performing actual transactions with exchanged conversation policies in run time in an adaptive way.

Collaborative and distributed engineering web services are emerging as a viable alternative to the traditional design and engineering process automation. Existing approaches have limitations in supporting long-running engineering transactions, automatic engineering process orchestration and choreography, synchronous and asynchronous conversation, and geometric abstraction for transmission and sharing. In this paper, we present a process-centric engineering web service methodology to overcome these limitations by utilizing BPEL-based (Business Process Execution Language) process templates and coordination broker-based conversation support. This paper discusses the synchronization of engineering web services which can be either peer-centric or process-centric to support long-running engineering transactions and conversation. The process orchestration and choreography broker works as a service dispatching and aggregation mediator for executing process templates, which enables the individual activity or the engineering process to dynamically select and invoke one of the alternative web services through the run-time process brokering. Further, the paper presents how to support collaboration over the running process using conversation policy.

최근 기업들은 공급사슬 상에 있는 파트너들 간 실시간 정보 공유, 생산 스케줄 조정을 통해 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 민첩하게 대처하기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 협업적 SCM(supply chain management)에 있어, 최근의 웹서비스 기술로 인해 플렛폼 독립적으로 파트너들의 정보시스템에 유연하게 접근하는 정보 공유의 기술적 바탕은 마련되었다. 하지만 생산 스케줄, 주문 조정과 같은 파트너들 간의 협업을 조율할 수 있는 방법론은 미흡하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 상태기반의 다자간 대화정책(conversation policy)과 이를 웹서비스 기술로 구현한 conversation support system 을 제시하여 파트너들 간의 합리적인 협업을 가능하도록 하였다.

This study tries to figure out the communication types between a mother-in-law and a foreign daughter-in-law through their 'confrontational conversation.' For this, three episodes of 'Multicultural Mother-in-law and Daughter-in-law Biography' aired by EBS (Education Broadcasting System) were monitored. The dialogues between the mother-in-law and the foreign daughter-in-law were written down and analyzed. According to the result, there were 'dysfunctional communication' styles during their conversation. Theses styles deepened their conflict. Thus, to abate the conflict between the mother-in-law and the foreign daughter-in-law, this study suggested that it was necessary to develop the convergence counseling program and the family therapy for their functional communication.

Recently, 'Juvenile' is associated with the 'Misconduct', for it becomes an object of public concern. Therefore in this study, we suggest counterplan about the group traits connected juvenile-life intimately. First, parents promote conversation among the family and are concerned about their children. And they find out the problems in the bud to educate beforehand Second, the counterplan by school attaches great importance to individual contact. Third, in the counterplan on social aspects, adults' unwholesome ideas, bad effects of the mass communication, the lack of teenager's association, negative activity, leisure facilities and lack of opportunity for juveniles bring about negative facts for education of teenagers. Therefore we need positive counterplan to enlighten the young and purify the social environment. And the nation establish righteous values for the younger generation to not commit a crime and punish severely as well as must prepare the realistic and clear policy for the young to bear the responsibility for their role.

Recently, the side effects from the online game is appearing to adolescent to serious level. This research studied the system to protect adolescent from excessive game usage, the system to limit an online game service connection at the midnight time. Namely we found at a shutdown system introduction of adolescent out about cognition, problems with the game poisoning and effects with shutdown system and alternative policy. The investigation results were as follows. First, only 17.5% of adolescent knew a shutdown system. Second, they were recognizing about the game poisoning seriously. Also the half degree thought them efficiently about a shutdown system introduction. The policy about a shutdown system introduction were as follows. First, public education is activate, and we must keep adolescent from exposing to private education in the entrance examine competition. Second, we need the thing to increase the conversation time of the children with put parents to develop desirable family education program. Lastly, the supply must be achieved with leisure culture contents development of adolescent.

Objectives: The objective and aim of this research is to cultivate a problem-solving ability by analysing the factors that negatively impact on filming sexual behaviour by adolescent. Methods: This research mainly refer to the secondary reference which is conducted a survey of all over the country by National Youth Policy Institute. 3,963 students on the register who participated in survey between 12th of June in 2014 and 15th of July in 2014 was nominated as final recipient for research. Results: Firstly, it has been shown that students who have watched sexual video have more experienced at filming sexual behaviour. In the area of stimulation(p<0.01) and emulation/sharing(p<0.001) except to violation of human rights, adolescent who has experienced at filming sexual behaviour significantly gains more high score than adolescent who does not have experienced statistically. Secondly, as a result of analysis the factors which negatively impact on filming sexual behaviour by adolescent with Binary logistic regression analysis, the adolescent who have shared sexual video was impacted on having an experience at filming sexual behaviour. and the adolescent who had sexual conversation was impacted on having an experience at filming sexual behaviour. Conclusion: A local autonomous entity and school should enforce systematic health education and practical management of mass media rather than unconditional restriction of adolescent's use of smart phone. To carry out this, the state and a local autonomous entity should urge plan for support for settling the instructive environment about using smart phone.

The purpose of this study was to test whether or not the AI chatbot is effective in acquiring target grammar for Korean EFL college students: prepositions and articles. A quasi-experiment was conducted with 46 first-year students taking part in a required English course. They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental and control groups (23 students for each, respectively). The experimental group was engaged in six chat sessions with a chatbot over 6 weeks. A pretest and a posttest were used to examine the effectiveness of the chatbot by comparing any changes made in error frequencies of the target grammar in participants' English compositions. The results show that after a conversation with the chatbot, the experimental group significantly reduced the mean of omission errors in both prepositions and articles. To have a great effect in other error categories, chatbot feedback needs to be improved to reduce short responses or inaccurate utterances of students and induce them to actively participate in the conversation.

The volume of electronic banking service via smart phone is expected to increase dramatically under smart convergence environment. Under such circumstances, the effort to establish the mobile electronic banking culture which took a major step forward from the conventional electronic commerce method is essential. It is necessary to standardize the mobile payment infrastructure in order to resolve the initiative conflicts between financial institutions and newly launched non-financial institutions. Furthermore, a domestic and international strategy is required as the number of NFC technology based smart phone transaction business is increased. As various types of business enter the electronic commerce field, efforts to resolve the dissatisfaction of the customers are critical. Additionally, security is one of the significant issue due to the conversation process to open-type operating system. This study surveyed and analyzed the current domestic and foreign status, the problems in Korea, and suggested an effective counterplan and policy, which could be helpful in governments' preparation for electronic commerce policy.

Recently, human embryonic stem cell research raises exciting public expectation on medical possibilities as well as ethical debate. Embryo management has become an integral part of the management of infertility treatment, researches on embryo and human embryonic stem cells and so on. Britain has permitted the research on stem cells derived from human embryo which made the first nation to allow the cloning of human embryo for the stem cell research. However, new technologies such as the assisted reproductive technologies and human embryonic stem cell research continue to pose an increasing source of ethical dilemmas for physician, scientists, legislators, religious authorities and the general publics to deal with. None the less, the United Kingdom has adopted the most liberal policies regarding human embryo and human embryonic stem cell research. The implication of the British embryo management system are as follows: 1) the development of reproductive technologies and new stem cell research technologies continue to pose legal and ethical debates, since those involve several parties; 2) the UK has taken the legal and institutional approaches to cope with those serious issues; 3) the UK adopted most liberal policies regarding embryonic and human embryonic stem cell researches; 4) the British HFE Act is consistent with the existing Acts related to human embryo management and researches; 5) through amending the HFE Act to accomodate the changes of technologies, the UK try to minimize the legal and ethical burden on undertaking research regarding embryo. The debates about the researches on human embryo and human embryonic stem cells is likely to continue in the Korean society. Because of the controversy and competing ethical values, as well as the evolving technologies, so far no consensus exists in our society. It suggest that it is premature to bring closure by ruling out any particular approaches. Thus our society needs to make an efforts to find a basis which could resolve the societal controversies through enriching the societal conversation about the profound ethical issues regarding embryo management.
