  • Public institutions invest about half of the information protection budget annually to introduce information security products and information protection services in order to prevent cyber terrorism and establish organizational security. However, research on whether introduced information security products has a positive influence on improving the information security level of the actual institution is in an incomplete state, and accordingly, There are problems such as the measurement of the investment effect of the information security product introduced in the organization and the difficulty in selecting the optimum information security product that the agency actually needs. In this paper, prior research will conduct research on the influence of the introduction of information security products on the improvement of information security level of organization through analysis of operational data of inadequate information security products, and based on the research results, It would be useful to use it for information security practices such as optimal product selection and internal security policy formulation through validation of the introduction of information security products of public institutions.

  • Purpose: Each local government has a variety of cultural spaces. However, users do not know exactly about cultural information or location. Therefore, information technology application methods are needed to effectively communicate the necessary information to local residents as well as to outsiders. In this paper, we studied the voluntary production of information for the sharing of local culture, and the methods for protecting the environment of the users themselves. Method: For this, information technology such as QR code, big data analysis, and interactive homepage based on SNS was used. Result: As a result, we derived a method of community creation by users, and the personal information protection from such activities. Conclusion: This research will contribute to the development of local culture by encouraging users to understand the local culture more and to participate in autonomous environmental improvement.

  • Dispersed generation (DG) such as wind power (WP) and Photovoltaic systems (PV) that has been promoted at the national level recently is mainly being introduced into distribution systems adjacent to consumers because it is generation on a small scale when compared to current generation. Due to its characteristics, DG can be operated by interconnection with distribution systems to present security of more stable power and efficient use of power facilities and resources. Problems on protection coordination of distribution systems by reverse flow of DG can roughly be divided into three possibilities: excess in rated breaking capacity (12.5KA) of protective devices by a fault in DG current supply, failure to operate protective devices by an apparent effect that can occur by reduction in impedance parallel circuit fault current due to interconnection of DG, and malfunction of protective devices by interconnection transformer connection type. The purpose of this study is to analyze problems in protection coordination that can occur when DG is operated by interconnection with distribution systems by conducting modeling and simulations by using theoretical symmetrical components and MATLAB/SIMULINK to present methods to improve such problems.

  • The block chain technology is a technique that prevents manipulation of data and ensures integrity and reliability. Ethereum is building a smart contract environment as a type of encryptionenabled system based on block chains. Smart contracts can be implemented when conditions are met, thus increasing confidence in digital data. However, smart contracts that are being tried in various ways are not covered by information security and personal information protection. The structure in which the network participant can view the open transaction ledger is exposed to data or personal information listed in the block chain. In this study, it is possible to manage the data of personal information recorded in the block chain directly. This study is protected personal information by preventing the exposure of personal information and by executing time code, it is possible to erase recorded information after a certain period of time has elapsed. Based on the proposed system in the future, it is necessary to study the additional management techniques of unknown code defects or personal information protection.

  • The government is carrying out information security consulting support projects to solve the difficulties of SME information protection activities. Since the information security consulting methodology applied to SMEs does not apply the proven methodology such as the critical information and communication infrastructure(CIIP), ISMS, ISO27001, etc. It applies various methods for each consulting provider. It is difficult to respond appropriately depending on the organizational situation such as the type and size of SMEs. In order to improve such problems of SME information security consulting and to improve more effective, effective and standard methodology, the information security consulting methodology applied in the current system was compared and analyzed. Through the improvement plan for SME information security consulting method suggested in this study, it is possible to provide information security consulting suitable for all enterprises regardless of SME size or business type.

  • Privacy of personal information disclosure incident occurs frequently as a problem to our society's most important and sensitive social agenda is emerging. Personal information is actually more accurate, depending on the type or types of economic value and sensitivity, the quality of the information, because it can cause a spill a serious social threat and systematic personal information protection and management are not carried out and the information society in a big mess can result. Customers my affairs when small guard security companies, especially the sensitive personal information of customers who need to work, the collected information be leaked or the company's trade secrets, are exposed on the outside, it could be a serious threat to a greater problem cause. Small escort guard companies, however, compared with large companies to build its own security system, due to issues such as the extent of funding, staffing shortages, there are many difficulties. Status of Information Security, scale and analyze the characteristics of small escort guard companies occupied by guard security companies in the present study, sleep, look at him in the solution of the practical issues of information protection system laid small guard. Expenses supplier of propose a security system for preventing the leakage of personal information.

  • With the rapid interest in Geographic Information System (GIS) contents, a large volume of valuable GIS dataset has been distributed illegally by pirates, hackers, or unauthorized users. Therefore the problem focus on how to protect the copyright of GIS vector map data for storage and transmission. At this point, GIS security techniques focusing on secure network and data encryption have been studied and developed to solve the copyright protection and illegal copy prevention for GIS digital map. But GIS vector map data is very large and current data encryption techniques often encrypt all components of data. That means we have encrypted large amount of data lead to the long encrypting time and high complexity computation. This paper presents a novel selective encryption scheme for GIS vector map data protection to store, transmit or distribute to authorized users using K-means algorithm. The proposed algorithm only encrypts a small part of data based on properties of polylines and polygons in GIS vector map but it can change whole data of GIS vector map. Experimental results verified the proposed algorithm effectively and error in decryption is approximately zero.

  • The Ministry of National Defense is strengthening the power and capacity of cyber operations as cyber protection training is conducted. However, considering the level of enemy cyber attack capability, the level of cyber defense capability of the ministry of national defense is significantly low and the protection measures and response system for responding to cyber threats to military networks are not clearly designed, falling short of the level of cyber security capabilities of the public and private sectors. Therefore, this paper is to investigate and verify the establishment of a military internal network vulnerability mitigation system that applies the intention of attackers, tactics, techniques and procedures information (ATT&CK Framework), identified military internal network main threat information, and military information system security requirements with military specificity as factors that can establish a defense network vulnerability mitigation system by referring to the domestic and foreign cyber security framework It has the advantage of having.

  • One of the next generation of automotive V2V communication technology is a core technology for next-generation ITS as a technique used for communications between the vehicle. Looking at the existing V2V communication using the pseudonym certificate authentication service structure to meet the security requirements for privacy protection. Since the issuance of multiple certificates when needed authority in issuing and managing to use the pseudonym certificate issued once and it takes a lot of time. In this paper, we present the method utilizing a vehicle ID to meet the security requirements for the privacy protection without the use of a pseudonym certificate.

  • As core technologies(IoT, 5G, Cloud, Bigdata, AI etc) leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution promote smart convergence across the national socio-economic infrastructure, the threat of new forms of cyber attacks is increasing and the possibility of massive damage is also increasing. Reflecting this trend, cyber security is expanding from simple information protection to CPS(Cyber Physical System) protection that combines safety and security that implements hyper-connectivity and ultra-reliability. This study introduces the recent evolution of cyber attacks and looks at the next generation cyber security technologies based on the conceptual changes of cyber security technologies such as SOAR(Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) and Zero Trust.
