Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and its operational strategies, comparing them to those of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the content analysis and strategies of operations for other convergence journals, comparing them to IJIDB in terms of the number of publication journals, publications, academic scope, and the impact factor. Results - IJIDB is relatively new and in its developmental stages compared to other convergence journals. But, IJIDB also shows much promise in that it came second in the field of economic publications of 54 journals in 2017. In order to To elevate IJIDB journal to the top in Korea Citation Index Journals, KODISA should host more international conferences to increase its international recognition levels, develop its managerial functions for increased stability, and open more opportunities for Candidates of Ph.D and Masters degree students to publish for fostering and building potential leaders and innovators. Conclusions - IJIDB is a newly born academic journal. In the future, IJIDB will be able to develop exponentially and be one of the leading journals in the Korea Citation Index by continually learning and developing its operational strategies.

The distribution and genotypes of the sea nettle Chrysaora pacifica have been reported in the South Sea of Korea; however, little research work has been attempted in the East Sea. Here, we collected similar jellyfishes from the East Sea coasts (Goseong, Yangyang and Sokcho), and identified them to the sea nettle morphologically. In addition, the genotypes of these sea nettle were compared with those from the South Sea (Tongyeong and Geoje). Phylogenetic analysis by using the mitochondrial COI sequences showed that the genus Chrysaora was clearly separated from other taxa to be formed a monophyletic group, with each species distinctly separated. C. pacifica in the East and South Seas was separated geographically by the COI phylogeography, representing potentially different populations. The COI gene of the Korean C. pacifica had approximately 7 times more genetic variation than the nuclear ITS rDNA, and thus it might be considered as a useful marker for genetic analysis of the jellyfish population.

In order to verify the healing effect in the variety of effects according to fountain type, anion which is the representatives factor of healing, as the center of case studies which in Gwanghwamun(Ground fountain), Cheonggyecheon(Waterfall) and Myeongdong(Formative fountain). According to fountain type, the anion distribution as follow, figures typically$ 15,721{\pm}419ea/cm^3$, Formative fountain $40,190{\pm}788ea/cm^3$, Waterfall $4.480{\pm}290ea/cm^3$ and ground fountain $2.492{\pm}180ea/cm^3$. It is usually exceed to the distribution in natural green, which is $1070{\sim}2100ea/cm^3$. The interrelation between air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and relative humidity, and wind speed is that, the relative humidity is directly proportional to wind speed and inversely proportional to temperature. As the temperature goes up, the distribution of anion goes down. And as the wind speed and relative humidity goes up, the distribution of anion decrease sharply. The result of interrelation between fountain type and the anion distribution is that, the distance of water falling is directly proportional to the anion distribution in the formative fountain and inversely proportional in the ground fountain. And the distribution of anion is largest in formative fountain. The distribution of anion in ground fountain is lower than in formative fountain, but it is far more than in natural greenery. And as the distance from fountain increase, the distribution of anion goes down.
We propose a generative probabilistic model with Dirichlet prior distribution for topic modeling and text similarity analysis. It assigns a topic and calculates text correlation between documents within a corpus. It also provides posterior probabilities that are assigned to each topic of a document based on the prior distribution in the corpus. We then present a Gibbs sampling algorithm for inference about the posterior distribution and compute text correlation among 50 abstracts from the papers published by IEEE. We also conduct a supervised learning to set a benchmark that justifies the performance of the LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation). The experiments show that the accuracy for topic assignment to a certain document is 76% for LDA. The results for supervised learning show the accuracy of 61%, the precision of 93% and the f1-score of 96%. A discussion for experimental results indicates a thorough justification based on probabilities, distributions, evaluation metrics and correlation coefficients with respect to topic assignment.

This paper presents an application of a new Adaptive Genetic Algorithms(AGA) to solve the Optimal Routing problem(ORP) for distribution system planning. In general, since the ORP is modeled as a mixed integer problem with some various mathematical constraints, it is hard to solve the problem. In this paper, we proposed a new adaptive strategy in GA to overcome the premature convergence and improve the convergence efficiency. And for these purposes, we proposed a fitness function suited for the ORP. In the proposed AGA, we used specially designed adaptive probabilities for genetic operators to consider the characteristics of distribution systems that are operated under radial configuration. The proposed algorithm has been tested in sample networks and the results are presented.
In this paper, we introduce, for each approximate distribution $\~{T}$ of [a, b], the approximate Henstock-Stieltjes integral with value in Banach spaces. The Henstock integral is a special case of this where $\~{T}\;=\;\{(\tau,\;[a,\;b])\;:\;{\tau}\;{\in}\;[a,\;b]\}$. This new concept generalizes Henstock integral and abstract Perron-Stieltjes integral. We establish a uniform convergence theorem for approximate Henstock-Stieltjes integral, which is an improvement of the uniform convergence theorem for Perron-Stieltjes integral by Schwabik [3].
In this letter, we propose a new quality measurement method to identify the causes of video quality degradation for IP-based video services. This degradation mainly results from network performance issues and video compression. The proposed algorithm identifies the causes based on statistical feature values from blocky block distribution in degraded IP-based videos. We found that the sensitivity and specificity of the proposed algorithm are 93.63% and 91.99%, respectively, in comparison with real error types and subjective test data.
It is of great practical interest to decide when to stop testing a software system in development phase and transfer it to the user. This decision problem called an optimal release policies. In this paper discussed to specify an optimal release policies. In this paper, propose an optimal release policies of the life distribution applied Erlang distribution of special pattern of Gamma distribution. In this paper, discuss optimal software release policies which minimize a total average software cost of development and maintenance under the constraint of satisfying a software reliability requirement. From Sensitivity Analysis, make out estimating software optimal release time.

In recent years, as the demand for distributed power has increased, the need for microgrids connected to grid power and renewable power generation sources has emerged. In the case of DC microgrids, reactive power does not occur, and power conversion losses are reduced compared to AC when connecting to the load and power grid[2]. With the revitalization of the DC distribution network industry, various studies and demonstrations of DC microgrids have been carried out. In the case of the recent unit distribution, its stability and effectiveness have been verified through empirical and research analysis. However, there is a lack of empirical tests to prevent chain accidents for the protection of the power grid circuits and the misoperation of the distributed power system caused by individual accidents when connecting various distributed power sources and power grids. In this paper, the operation plan of a stable multi-circuit DC distribution connection for the demonstration site was verified through the protection cooperation and operation algorithm for the stable linkage management of the DC distribution network composed of such a multi-circuit.

Platform convergence originated from the convergence of broadcast and telecommunication is making rapid progress including IT and not-IT fields in order to provide a variety of converged services, S/W eco-system construction, and so on. With the advent of convergence environment, IEEE 802.15.4-based RF4CE technology is rising because of creating momentum for the market using converged connectivity between home and office devices as well as all around located devices. In this paper, we present enhanced RF4CE key seed distribution approach in order to provide efficient connection and control between devices. The proposed approach consists of device mutual authentication, initial vector assignment, and two-phase key seed distribution. Moreover, we make a development real RF4CE test board and its key agreement simulator to verify the proposed approach.
