Labor and management relation rises as a key task to solve in order to ensure corporate's sustainable competitiveness in a convergence global environment. The aim of this study is to examine the mediation effect of labor union participation behavior in the effect of convergence-type labor-management conflict on the turnover intention. Data was collected from 491 employees who were employed in medium and small enterprises in Daejeon, Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. The results are as follows. Firstly, labor-management conflict had positive (+) effect on labor union participation behavior. Secondly, labor union participation behavior had negative (-) effect on turnover intention. Thirdly, labor union participation behavior had mediating role in the relation between labor-management conflict and turnover intention. Therefore, it is necessary to respond profit and desire of the labor union members by union leaders and to enhance necessity and value of the labor union continually.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effect of transcranial direct current stimulation convergence task-oriented training combined with vibration stimulation on hand dexterity and upper limb function in stroke patients. One time 30 minutes 5 times a week for 4 weeks. experimental group of transcranial direct current stimulation convergence task-oriented training combined with vibration stimulation and control group of the task-oriented training combined with vibration stimulation were divided into 10 members. Hand dexterity and upper limb recovery were measured. The experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in hand dexterity and grasping(p<.05), grasping, and gross movement(p<.05). The experimental group showed a significant improvement in hand dexterity and grasp and grip than the control group. Effect size showed more than small effect in all evaluation items. Based on the results of this study, it is considered that more effective and efficient rehabilitation treatment can be performed in the clinic.

Objectives : In this study, we investigated the cytoprotective effect of Eriobotrya japonica L. (EJ) extract against Arachidonic acid (AA)+iron-induced oxidative stress. Methods : To confirm the cytoprotective effect of EJ against AA+iron-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cells, it was evaluated by MTT assay, immunoblot anaylsis, and Calcein-AM/propidium iodide (PI) staining. Additionally, the mechanism of action of the cytoprotective effect was evaluated through molecular mechanisms. Results : EJ (100 ㎍/mL) inhibited Arachidonic acid (AA)+iron-induced cell death in a concentration-dependent manner. It also inhibited AA+iron-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and ROS production. EJ activated the LKB1-AMPK signaling pathway. Conclusions : In conclusion, EJ has the ability to protect liver cells from oxidative stress, indicating that it is related to AMPK-LKB1 signaling pathways.

This paper examines the effect of the analysts' earnings forecast revisions on stock price after the dividend announcement of the firms has been released. We show that the analysts' upward revisions on earnings forecasts are followed by the positive cumulative abnormal return. We also investigate the signalling effect and the confirmation effect with respect to the effect of the dividend announcement and the earnings forecast revisions on stock price. The test results show that the confirmation effect is stronger than the signalling effect. That is, the investors react only when the analysts' forecasts coincide with the preceding dividend announcement.

This study aims to investigate the convergence over effects of adolescent's maladaptive perfectionism and their experience of school bulling victim on suicidal ideation, and the meditating effect of parents-children communication among variables by utilizing the path analysis. Quantitative survey research was conducted with 1,395 students attending primary, middle and high school to identify the following the key results. First, adolescent's maladaptive perfectionism influenced positively their suicidal ideation but bullying victim not influenced their suicidal ideation. Second, adolescent's maladaptive perfectionism directly influenced suicidal ideation and its' effect was indirectly mediated by the subjects's parents-children communication. Third, the relationship between the experience of school bullying victim directly influenced suicidal ideation and its' effect was full mediated by the subjects's parents-children communication. In other words, Parents-children communication works to enhance their ability of dealing with difficulty which reduces suicidal ideation.

We have investigated the impact of coffee ring effect on the inkjet-printed $Al_2O_3$ thick films. In a single solvent system such as Dimethylformamide, the coffee-ring-pattern has appeared on the edge of sessile drop after evaporation. The peak-to-valley height difference in $Al_2O_3$ coffee ring is over 2um. This non-uniform deposition of $Al_2O_3$ over the surface leads to sever surface roughness of the inkjet-printed films. However, we have manipulated our printing parameters to improve the surface roughness and the packing density of the printed $Al_2O_3$ films. Our inkjet-printed $Al_2O_3$ films show 10 times smoother surface than the initially printed sample's surface. Also the packing density of the printed Ah03 film becomes 70% of high packed $Al_2O_3$. In this presentation, we would like to present the key process parameters of the inkjet printing process to overcome the genetic coffee ring problem.

This study is a survey of people who are return to farming on the intention of accepting ICT convergence technology in agriculture. The research targets were 218 people based on convenience and judgment sampling methods, and the exploratory factor analysis and multiple return analysis were performed with SPSS 22.0. As a result, the independent variables such as performance expectation, effort expectation, and social influence had a positive effect on the acceptance intention of ICT convergence technology in agriculture. In addition, the moderating effects of innovation resistance on these influence relationships were also verified. The limitations of this study are the lack of verification of perception changes and the inability to control variables. As a result of this research, the results of the UTAUT in other fields were confirmed in this study. It is hoped that this study will further facilitate the research of agriculture in ICT convergence technology.

Indocyanine green (ICG) is a cyanine dye that has been used in medical diagnostics based on fluorescence imaging, and in medical therapy based on the photothermal effect. It is important to systematically understand the photothermal effect and fluorescence characteristics of ICG simultaneously. By varying a number of conditions such as laser power density, laser irradiation wavelength, concentration of ICG solution, and exposure time of laser irradiation, the intensity properties of fluorescence and the temperature change induced by the photothermal effect are measured simultaneously using a charge-coupled-device camera and a thermal-imaging camera. The optimal conditions for maximizing the photothermal effect are determined, while maintaining a relatively long lifetime and high efficiency of the fluorescence for fluorescence imaging. When the concentration of ICG is approximately 50 ㎍/ml and the laser power density exceeds 1.5 W/cm², the fluorescence lifetime is the longest and the temperature induced by the photothermal effect rapidly increases, exceeding the critical temperature sufficient to damage human cells and tissues. The findings provide useful insight into the realization of effective photothermal therapy, while also specifying the site to be treated and enabling real-time treatment monitoring.
