  • A ground control point (GCP) is a point on the surface of Earth where image coord inates and map coordinates can be identified. The GCP is useful for the geometric correction of systematic and unsystematic errors usually contained in a remotely sensed data. Especially in case of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data, it has serious geometric distortions caused by inherent side looking geometry. In addition, SAR images are usually severely corrupted by speckle noises so that it is difficult to identify ground control points. We developed a ground point extraction algorithm that has an improved capability. An application of radargrammetry to Daejon area in Korea was studied to acquire the geometric information. For the ground control point extraction algorithm, an ERS SAR data with precise Delft orbit information and rough digital elevation model (DEM) were used. We analyze the accuracy of the results from our algorithm by using digital map and GPS survey data.

A Cost-effective 60Hz FHD LCD Using 800Mbps AiPi Technology

  • AiPi technology incorporates an embedded clock and control scheme with a point-to-point bus topology, thereby having the smallest possible number of interface lines between a timing controller and column drivers. A point-to-point architecture boosts the data rate and reduces the number of interface lines, because impedance matching can be easily achieved. An embedded clock and control scheme is implemented by means of multi-level signalling, which results in a simple clock/data recovery circuitry. A 46" AiPi-based 10-bit FHD prototype requires only 20 interface lines, compared to 38 lines for mini-LVDS. The measured maximum data rate per data pair is more than 800 Mbps.

  • In this paper, we propose a management system for positioning and indicating the surveyed control point using RFID and UMPC. This system is composed of digital control point, management system and application. The digital control point transmits information of the surveyed control point and the management system receives the data from the digital control points and manages the scattered digital control points. The system offers three services for managing the surveyed control point. The first service is control point monitoring service for identifying the change of location, locating the missing control point and the second service is control point search service notifying selected control point to user, and the third service is control point land management service for editing the control point information in the land. Therefore, this system makes it easy for administrators to access the control point information of the scattered surveyed control point through the country and enhances the managing efficiency.

  • This paper presents a new technique to analyze data on the coordinate x, y, z and apply these data to design the motion control to improve the efficiency of the engraving machine so that it can engrave accordingly in 3 dimensions. First, the tool path on the x-y plane is analyzed to be synchronized with the z-axis. The digital data is then sent to the motion control to guide the movement of the engrave point on the x-y plane. Tool path moves along the x-axis with zero degree and different values of the y-axis according to the coordinate of the digital data and the analysis along z-axis to determine the depth for engraving. The depth can be specified from the gray level with the 256 levels of resolution. The data obtained includes the distances on x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis, the acceleration of the engrave point's movement, and the speed of the engrave point's movement. These data is then transfered to the motion control to guide the movement of the engrave point along the z-axis associated with the x-y plane. The results indicate that engraving using this technique is fast and continuous. The specimen obtained looks perfect in 3D view.

  • Most of the control point surveying use a triangulation point and a bench mark with Total Station and Level. nowadays, the research is being accomplished for practical use of GPS. but In this study the optimum time and the optimum occupation time are analyzed, so as to examine possibility of the control point surveying that use GPS continuous station data of National Geography Institute. Also, The efficient surveying methods that compare the result of data that processed using broadcast ephemeris with the result of data that processed using precise ephemeris. As a result of that, Error feature analysis of the control point surveying in connection with GPS continuous observation will provide us estimation of errors and efficient topography information acquisition

FFD를 이용한 3차원 라스트 데이터 생성 시스템 (Development of a Three Dimensional Last Data Generation System using FFD)

  • This paper presents a 3D last design system that provides the 3-dimensional last data based on the FFD(Free Form Deformation) method. The proposed system utilizes the control points for deformation factor to convert from the 3D point cloud foot data to the 3D point cloud last data. The deformation factor of the FFD is obtained from the conventional last design technique, and constructed on the FFD lattice based on the bottom view and lateral view of the measured 3D point cloud foot data. In addition, the control points of FFD lattice is decided on the anatomical points of foot. The deformed 3D last obtained from the proposed FFD is saved as a 3D dxf foot data. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system have the descent 3D last data based on the openGL window.

  • 우리나라에는 전국적으로 약 22,000개의 국가기준점이 설치되어 있다. 그러나 국가기준점의 위치정보를 확인하기 위해서는 기준점 성과표가 필요하며, 국가 주요시설임에도 불구하고 산 정상과 같은 야외에 설치되어 있기 때문에 보호시설이 없는 상태에서 현장점검을 통해서만 관리되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가기준점 표석에 부착할 수 있고, 국가기준점이 설치된 환경을 고려한 특수 RFID 태그를 제작하였으며, CDMA 통신이 가능한 PDA기반 모바일 Web 시스템과 국가기준점 관제시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템 개발을 통하여 기준점 정보를 현장에서 파악할 수 있고, 국가기준점 관리자가 기준점의 관리 상태 및 사용 이력 등을 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템을 적용할 경우 전국에 산재해있는 국가기준점 정보를 누구나 손쉽게 확인할 수 있고 정보의 변화에 따른 빠른 대응이 가능하며, 관리의 효율성이 높아질 것이다. 향후 유비쿼터스 사회가 도래하면 위치정보의 중요성이 높아질 것이다. 따라서 일반인의 위치정보 확인이 용이한 RFID를 이용한 국가기준점은 측량전문가와 같은 기준점 사용자 및 관리자에게 유용할 뿐만 아니라 일반인을 대상으로 하는 위치기반 부가서비스 창출할 수 있을 것이며, 절대위치 정보 제공 측면에서도 중요한 국가 인프라가 될 것이다.

  • 광범위한 지역을 관측하기 위한 많은 종류의 위성들이 발사되어 지구를 관측하고 있다. 이러한 위성들은 영상정보 이외에 천체력 자료, RPC 계수 등과 같은 위성궤도와 관련 정보들을 제공하고 있다. 위성에서 제공하는 이러한 궤도정보를 활용할 경우 영상의 가하보정에 요구되는 기준점을 줄일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 RADARSAT-l SAR 위성영상을 대상으로 동일궤도에서 촬영된 다중 위성영상들의 효과적인 기하보정을 위하여 기준영상에서 단일기준점 및 천제력자료를 활용하여 위성궤도를 모델링하고, 이를 기반으로 동일궤도상에서 취득된 인접영상의 기하보정기법을 기술하였다. 정확도 평가를 위해서 본 연구에서 제시한 기법으로 생성된 기하보정영상을 Erdas Imagine에서 처리한 기하보정영상과 비교하여 정확도를 평가하였다.

3차원 형상측정에서 점 패턴매칭을 이용한 점 데이터의 결합방법 (The Merging Method of Point Data with Point Pattern Matching in 3D Measurement)

  • We propose a measuring method of large object using the pattern matching. It is hard and expensive to get the complete 3D data when the object is large and exceeds the limit of measuring devices. The large object is divided into several smaller areas and is scanned several times to get the data of all the pieces. These data are aligned to get the complete 3D data using the pattern matching method such as point pattern matching method and transform matrix algorithm. The laser slit beam and CCD camera are applied for the experimental measurement. Visual C++ on Windows 98 is implemented in processing the algorithm.

  • This paper represents the improvement of floating point operation for AC servo motor controller based on fixed point operation DSP. TMS320F2812 has fixed point operation processing structure. The controller parameters are modified to the digitized data by scaling the original parameters. TMS320F 2812 is a 32-bit processor, and it could have enough accuracy to got the digitized data this procedure is implemented and the experiments controling a AC servo system.
