Electronic reference service was defined as reference service designed for remote users and identified by a specific link from a library' website. This study examined whether academic libraries deliver web-based electronic reference services to remote users. Particularly, four types of electronic bulletin board services, free bulletin board, FAQ, Q＆A and reference question-response service were measured in terms of 8 types of questions and 12 contents of questions. The result showed that there was few differences among 4 services. Guidelines for effective use of electronic bulletin board services in academic libraries were suggested: standardization of service names, easy access to menu services, definition of each menu, search function for contents and standard web forms.

This paper suggests an environment of a CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Works) for industry safety service. A good example of industry safety service is gunpowder. This paper proposed a computer-based integrated multimedia for industry safety service running on shepherd and SIP(Session Initiation Protocol). But, conventional framework has not yet fully progressed a shepherd for computer-based integrated multimedia running on SIP(Session Initiation Protocol). Session management include function of session creation, session end, late comer process, and access control. Therefore, this paper described an environment of integrated multimedia based on a shepherd and SIP environment to maintain good session condition.

'YTN Science TV' that is the only one specializing in science channel in domestic have struggled low ratings and the restricted access in spite of the performance and significance that it has contributed to the population of science. This study will seek alternatives and development challenges through the comparison with the similar channel of international for the activation of the science channel. Accordingly, this study is to review the BBC knowledge channel that have contributed the successful overseas expansion and the education for the people of its country in pursuing commercial and public interest. This study will provide significant in the activation of the science channel in domestic through review of such cases.

This paper designs Shared Memory on the Dual Core system so that it operates a general System V IPC on the Linux O.S. Shared Memory is the technique that many processes can access to identical memory area. We treat Shared Memory which is SVR in a kernel step. We design a share memory facility of Linux operating system on the Dual Core System. In this paper the suggesting of share memory facility design plan in Dual Core system is enhance the performance in existing an unity processor system as a dual core practical use. We attemp a performance enhance in each CPU for each process which uses a share memory.

The authentication technologies used to access computers in both IT and operational technology (OT) network areas include ID/PW, public certificate, and OTP. These authentication technologies can be seen as reflecting the nature of the business-driven IT network. The same authentication technologies is used in SCADA control networks where the operational technology is centered. However, these authentication technologies do not reflect the characteristics of the OT control network environment, which requires strict control. In this paper, we proposed a new enhanced user authentication method suitable for the OT SCADA control network centered on control information processing, utilizing the physical terminal address and operator location information characteristics of the operator's mobile terminal and control network.

This paper aims to examine how users view information services that use today's rapidly expanding smart phones and what their demands are. The research focus is specifically on public libraries where related studies or the provision of services is still lacking. For this study, users of public libraries were targeted for surveys and interviews. The results that Public library users showed positive views on using library information services and e-contents service on smart phones. But the users viewed smart phones as another point of access in accessing information services, not as something revolutionary to the existing library information services.

The scope ID field of IPv6 multicast address indicates the zone of the destination for which a multicast traffic is intended. Without any further examination on the header field, the scope ID enables a router to determine whether the traffic will be forwarded to a subnet or not. For the graceful migration from IPv4 networks to IPv6 networks, various IPv6 applications working through IPv4 networks are indispensable during the migration period. This paper describes development of an interactive remote lecture system providing service integration on voice, image, and data of teaching materials. Access right to the network for dialog among multicast group members is controlled via additional TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) session. A jitter buffer algorithm was implemented to improve the voice communication jitters.

Accordingly, must construct ESM system of new structure for this. This paper proposes and embodied integration security administration system that solidify interior security utilizing IDS. IP address lookup is one of the most important and complex functions in the router. In this paper, we propose an improved technique of LC-trie to increase the performance of IP address lookup in the high performance router. We effectively apply the prefix pruning method, which is used for the compression of the forwarding table in TCAM((Ternary Content Addressable Memory), to the LC-trie. This technique can decrease the number of memory accesses and upgrade the lookup speed. Moreover, through the real forwarding table and the real traffic distribution, we evaluate the performance of our scheme in terms of the lookup time and the number of memory access, comparing with that of the previous LC-trie.

SNS media is gaining its media share with the benefits of digital technology, such as the convenience of physical access and the entertainment and interactivity of contents, and are becoming a part of users' lives. As media contents consumers move from traditional media to SNS, marketing communication activities are rapidly adapting to leading SNS platforms such as Facebook. This study compares how users perceive four advertisement attributes in each SNS, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Kakao Story, and Twitter, where the media content creation and consumption systems are relatively similar to each other. The impact on eWOM intention was identified. In addition, we discussed effective SNS operation.
