본 연구에서는 2015 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 성취기준 진술 방식이 학생들의 수학적 역량을 신장시키기에 충분한 정보를 포함하고 있는지 분석하였다. 분석의 객관성을 위하여 128개의 성취기준을 서영진(2013)의 내용 성취기준 진술 방식분류 기준을 이용한 틀을 바탕으로 내용 중심 진술, 활동 중심 진술, 수행 능력 중심 진술을 기준으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 2015 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 성취기준 진술 방식은 학생들의 수학적 역량을 신장시키기에 충분한 정보를 포함하고 있지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이의 보완을 위해 성취기준에 '내용+기능'보다 더 다양한 요소를 담아야하며, 성취기준의 의미를 명확히 전달할 수 있는 다른 기준들도 개발해야 한다. 그리고 향후 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 성취기준 진술방식 개선을 위하여 성취기준에서 '기능'의 표현에 대한 보완이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

최근에는 인터넷 웹 컨텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부와 공공기관 대학교, 그리고 기업에까지 확산되고 있다. 한국형 웹 접근성 지침인 KWCAG2.0은 1.0에 비해 이미지 컨텐츠에 대한 명확한 대체 텍스트 제공, 데이터 테이블의 명확한 구분 및 키보드 접근과 사용 등에 대한 지침을 더욱 준수하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 급속도로 변화되는 웹 및 모바일 환경에서 모든 사람이 정보에 쉽게 접근하고 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 컨텐츠 관리 시스템(CMS : Content Management System)을 개발 하였다. 이를 위하여 KWCAG(Korean Web Contents Accessibility Guideline), W3C XHTML-1.0-Strict DTD, W3C CSS2를 기반으로 웹 접근성 및 웹 표준화 시스템을 설계하고 제작 하였다. 본 시스템은 WYSIWYG 방식으로 제작이 되어 사용 및 관리가 용이하고 웹 뿐만 아니라 다양한 모바일 환경에서 동작하도록 하였다.

The influence of Nd and B contents on the magnetic properties and structures of ${\alpha}-Fe$ based Nd-(Fe,Co)-B-Mo-Cu alloys was investigated. $Nd_{4}{(Fe_{0.9}Co_{0.1})}_{92-x}B_{x}Mo_{3}Cu_{1}$ and $Nd_{x}{(Fe_{0.9}Co_{0.1})}_{86-x}B_{10}Mo_{3}Cu_{1}$ amorphous alloys prepared by rapid solidification process were crystallized to form nanocrystalline structure. The increase of B content in $Nd_{4}{(Fe_{0.9}Co_{0.1})}_{92-x}B_{x}Mo_{3}Cu_{1}$ nanocrystalline resulted in the change of stucture of soft phase in the sequence of ${\alpha}-Fe$->${\alpha}-Fe+Fe_{3}B$->$Fe_{3}B$. The coercivitis of the alloys were increased with increasing B content and was 263 kA/m at x=18. On the contrary, the remanence has shown an opposite trends. The increase of Nd content in $Nd_{x}{(Fe_{0.9}Co_{0.1})}_{86-x}B_{10}Mo_{3}Cu_{1}$ nanocrystalline containing ${\alpha}-Fe$ as main phase had no effect on the structure and improved coercivity up to 256 kA/m. However, the remanence was decreased from 1.4 T to 1.15 T according to the increase of Nd content.

The purpose of this study is to introduce Korean teachers and researchers ESL standards for TESOL students developed by TESOL association in 1997. The standards were designed to be useful for teachers and other educators who want to incorporate them in their educational programs for ESOL students in mainly the USA. These standards are important because they articulate the English language development needs of ESL learners and provide directions to educators on how to fulfill the needs of ESL students. Also. they emphasize the major role of language in the attainment of other content area standards. In this paper the author introduced not only the theoretical backgrounds. construct. meaning of the standards, and the ways of implementation but also their lessons to our Korean situation.

This study was conducted to measure the moisture content of powdered food using RF impedance spectroscopic method. In frequency range of 1.0 to 30㎒, the impedance such as reactance and resistance of parallel plate type sample holder filled with wheat flour and red-pepper powder of which moisture content range were 5.93∼-17.07%w.b. and 10.87 ∼ 27.36%w.b., respectively, was characterized using by Q-meter (HP4342). The reactance was a better parameter than the resistance in estimating the moisture density defined as product of moisture content and bulk density which was used to eliminate the effect of bulk density on RF spectral data in this study. Multivariate data analyses such as principal component regression, partial least square regression and multiple linear regression were performed to develop one calibration model having moisture density and reactance spectral data as parameters for determination of moisture content of both wheat flour and red-pepper powder. The best regression model was one by the multiple linear regression model. Its performance for unknown data of powdered food was showed that the bias, standard error of prediction and determination coefficient are 0.179% moisture content, 1.679% moisture content and 0.8849, respectively.

Distribution of Pr ions between Y- and Ba-site of the $Y(Ba_{1-Xn}Pr_{Xn})_2Cu_3O_y$ ($0{\leq}Xn{\leq}{0.3}$, Xn : nominal composition) material prepared by the solid state reaction method was studied. Although the samples have narrow superconducting transition, tiny peaks of $Y_2BaCuO_5$ impurity phase are included in the x-ray diffraction patterns suggesting that some of the Pr ions are entered into the Y-site. The distribution of Pr ions between Y- and Ba-site was determined by measuring the mass fraction of YBCO and $Y_2BaCuO_5$ phase for each sample through the Rietveld analysis of the x-ray diffraction data. About 60 % of Pr ions occupy the Y-site regardless of the Pr content. Various superconducting parameters such as the oxygen content and the hole concentration etc. are compared before and after the impurity correction.

스마트폰/스마트패드와 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 빠르게 성장하면서 N-스크린 서비스가 관심받기 시작했다. 하지만 다양한 OS/플랫폼으로 인하여 콘텐츠 개발시간과 비용이 증가하면서 N-스크린 서비스 활성화에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 차세대 웹표준으로 예측되고 있는 HTML5 기반의 N-스크린 서비스 플랫폼 표준규격을 수립하였다. 본 연구로 수립된 표준규격은 서비스 제공자 측면에서 서비스 인프라 및 단말기에 무관하게 효율적이고 용이하게 N-스크린 서비스를 개발/제공하기 위한 표준규격을 수립하였다. 그리고, 본 연구로 수립된 표준규격은 N-스크린 서비스 시나리오 적용을 통하여 표준규격의 적정성을 검토하였다.

The purpose of this study is to design a Content-based Korean Class model using Flipped learning for foreign students. The class model that presents on this paper will lead the language learning through content learning, also it will be enable the student more active and to have an initiative in the class. Prior to designing a Content-based Korean Class model using Flipped learning, the concepts and educational significance and characteristics of flip learning were reviewed through previous studies. Then, It emphasizes the necessity of teaching method adapting Flipped learning to Content-based teaching method in Korean language education. It also suggests standards and principles of composition in Contents-based teaching method using Flipped learning. After designing the instructional model based on the suggested standards and principles, it presents a course of instruction about how learning methods, contents and activities should be done step by step. The Content-based Korean class model using the Flipped learning will be an alternative approach to overcome the limitations of teacher-centered teaching methods and lecture-teaching methods which are the dominant of present classroom environment.

In this study it compares a Japanese standards which is most similar contents with domestic standards related with the light weight aggregate concrete and derives the fundamental data from the results so that it will be able to refer at maintenance of standards or specifications in future. The case of domestic is the actual more insufficient condition which is described in the standards and the specifications than Japanese standards. For the production of he domestic light weight concrete the development of general standards and construction guides and control of water content ratio of the light weight aggregates become accomplished rightly in quality of construction site.

본 연구에서는 초등학교 수학과 교육과정의 성취 기준 진술상 비일관성이 없어야 한다는 관점에서, 2011 교육과정의 학습내용 성취 기준에서 많이 사용하는 어휘인 '이해하다', '안다', '의미'를 대상으로, 그것의 비일관적 사용에 관해 논의하고 있다. 이를 위해, 그것이 2011 교육과정에서 비일관적으로 나타나는 양태를 분석하고 있다. 이러한 분석의 결과는 2011 교육과정에서 어떤 원칙을 바탕으로 '이해하다', '안다', '의미'를 사용한 것으로 보기 어렵다는 것을 말해준다. 양태 분석 결과를 바탕으로 차후의 교육과정 개발을 위해 다음의 세 가지 제안을 결론으로 제시한다. 성취 기준 진술에서 첫째, '이해하다'를 어떤 맥락에서 사용하는지 한정할 필요가 있다. 둘째, '안다'와 '이해하다'의 차이를 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, '~의 의미'에서 '의미'가 무엇을 함의하는지 명확히 할 필요가 있다.
