  • Unlike traditional retail formats, the metaverse offers diverse shopping experiences, ranging from content that mimics reality to content that transcends reality based on its characteristic of virtuality. This study elaborates on the concept of virtuality within store environments and investigates how the virtuality level of a metaverse store influences consumers' creative consumption by mediating the flow experience. Additionally, it examines the interaction effect of creative product-seeking tendencies and individual characteristics on the relationship between flow experience and creative consumption behavior. A web-based experiment was conducted on young Korean female adults who experienced metaverse shopping. Ninety-one samples were analyzed using exploratory factor and bootstrap analyses with SPSS Macro process Models 4 and 14. The findings demonstrate that store virtuality (low vs. high) increases consumers' purchase intentions of creative fashion items by enhancing their flow toward the shopping experience. Furthermore, the effect of flow experience on creative consumption is strengthened when consumers have low creative product-seeking tendencies. This study contributes to expanding the concept of virtuality in virtual retailing and provides insights for fashion retailers planning to create virtual shopping spaces within the metaverse platform.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure the psychological phenomena experienced by firefighters at disaster sites. After a literature review and verifying the content validity with firefighters and related experts, a questionnaire was developed, and a survey was conducted on 344 firefighters. Through factor analysis, the "Disaster Psychology Scale" was completed, which is divided into two subscales: "The Effects of Stress and Trauma" and "Automatic Response and Initial Judgment Errors." Both subscales showed excellent model fit, and the internal consistency reliability was also high. Additionally, significant results in content validity and construct validity confirmed that this is a valid scale. The scale developed in this study can be used as a tool for self-assessment of physical and mental health behaviors at disaster sites experienced by firefighters, and it can also serve as a useful tool for evidence-based interventions through the assessment of disaster-related psychological behaviors in firefighters.

  • A complete diallel cross was performed to determine the inheritance of 1,000 grain weight of brown rice and cyanidin-3-glucoside (C3G) content and combining ability of five pigmented rice that showed different level of C3G content. Parents and F1 of 20 crosses were evaluated for 1,000 grain weight of brown rice and C3G content which extracted from pigmented rice grain with 0.1% trifluoroacteic acid (TFA) in 95% EtOH. For 1,000 grain weight of brown rice and C3G content, both additive and dominant gene effects were detected and the dominance was partial and there were more dominant alleles than recessive ones. Genetic parameters pointed out that there are significant additive and dominant effects and the additive effect is bigger than the dominant one for both grain weight and C3G content. The frequency of negative alleles were higher than positive alleles. Narrow sense heritability estimates were 0.66 for grain weight of 1,000 brown rice and 0.70 for C3G contents. General combining ability (GCA) effects and specific combining ability (SCA) effects were highly significant and GCA effects were drastically higher than SCA ones. It indicates that the inheritance of the C3G contents is controlled mainly by additive genetic factor.

  • The effect of binder kicking forces on the shattering losses of paddy rice, which has been widely understood as an outstanding loss factor in harvesting with a binder, were experimentally assessed in this thesis.Through the field tests the optimum time of harvest, in terms of grain moisture contents, was found by considering harvesting losses for two rice varieties, harvested by two different binders, at four or five grain moisture levels.A device was designed and manufactured to apply various kicking forces to the bundles and was used in the bundle kicking tests. It was intended to find out the optimum range of kicking force to minimize the kicking losses. Based on the study, modification of the existing binder kicking mechanism was suggested. The following is a summary of the results of this thesis. 1. In Suweon 258 variety, as the grain moisture content is reduced, so the cutting loss and the kicking loss increase. The grain losses range from 0.77 to 0.82 percent of total field yield for the cutting loss, from 1.83 to 2.01 percent for the kicking loss, and from 2.60 to 2.83 percent for the field loss, when the moisture content is about 22 percent. 2. In Jinheung variety , the field losses increased as the grain moisture content decreased . When the moisture content was 20 percent, the field loss, cutting loss and kicking loss was 0.42-0.49 % , 0.30-0.35, and 0.12 -0.14% of the total field yield, respectively. 3. The difference in the field loss , cutting loss, and kicking loss for the two binders was 0.23% , 0.05% and 0.18% respectively in Suweon 258 variety, and 0.07% , 0.02% and 0.05% respectively ini Jinheung variety. The grain losses for binder B were slightly higher than those for binder A. 4. In the statistical analysis of each variety , the kicking force and the moisture content of the grain, and its interaction were all highly significant at 1% level by T test .The optimum kicking force was found to be in the 3.0-0.4kg range. This does not interrupt the binder operation, while ioses are kept to an acceptale level. 5. To reduce the kicking force of the eXlstmg binder mechanism, the speed of rotation of the kicking arm needs to be redued by increasing the number of driving sprocket teeth, and the position and gear ratio of the knotter-bill and driving bevelgear have to be change to give a !motter-bill speed of 1110 rpm. It is also desirable to attach a belt conveyor which smoothly carries the bundle to the ground. 6. The optimum harvesting time cased on maximum field yield was found to be at a grain moisture content of around 22 percent for Suweon 258 variety, and 20 percent for Jinheung variety. Tota] field yield and field yield at the time amounted to 9, 812.5 kg/ha, 9, 302. 5kg/ha respectively for the Suweon 258, and 7, 819.5 kg/ ha, 7, 158.7 kg/ha respectively for the Jinheung variety.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between weather factors during the growing season and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco. Chemical components used in this study was from 'Farm Leaf Tobacco Test' conducted at KT&G Central Research Institute from 1986 through 2003. Data of weather factors during growing season(April to July) were collected in 10 districts measured at Korea Meteorological Adminstration(KMA). Nicotine and total sugar contents, and total sugar to nicotine(TS/Nic.) ratio were increased, whereas total nitrogen to nicotine(TN/Nic.) ratio and chloride content were decreased from 1986 through 2003. Year to year variation of rainfall was the largest, followed by that of sunshine hour. Month to month variation of rainfall also was the largest, followed by that of mean daily air temperature(MDAT). Rainfall was correlated positively with relative humidity(RH), but negatively with sunshine hour. Nicotine content was correlated positively with MDAT(in July, June$\~$July, May$\~$July and average), but negatively with rainfall(in May$\~$July) and with RH(in June, July, May $\~$June, June $\~$July, April$\~$June, May $\~$July and average). Total sugar content was correlated positively with MDAT(in May), but negatively with sunshine hour(average) and RH(in June, July, June$\~$July, April$\~$June, May$\~$July and average). The positive correlation was found between total nitrogen content and sunshine hour(in April, May, April$\~$May, May$\~$July, April$\~$June and average). The negative correlation was found between TS/Nic. ratio and sunshine hour(in May$\~$July and average). TN/Nic. ratio was correlated positively with sunshine hour(in May and April$\~$May) and with RH(in July and June$\~$July), but negatively with MDAT(in July, June$\~$July, May$\~$July and average). Ether extraction content was correlated positively with MDAT(in July, June$\~$July, May$\~$July and average) and with sunshine hour(in July and June$\~$July), but negatively with rainfall(in April, July, MayJuly and average). Chloride content was correlated positively with sunshine hour(in April, July, April$\~$May, June$\~$July, April$\~$June, May$\~$July and average), but negatively with rainfall(in April, April$\~$June and average).

  • For humans, soybean and soybean products are the main dietary sources of isoflvones, which are polyphenolic compounds that represent one of the most common categories of phytoestrogens. The objective of this study was to determine isoflavone concentrations in soybean cultivars during germination when treated with some biotic substances. Three soybean cultivars were germinated in replicated trials in 2018/2019 and their individual and total isoflavone concentrations were determined using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). Significant differences were observed in total isoflavone content were observed among cultivars regardless of years and treatments. 'Daepung2-ho' and 'Uram' had significantly higher total isoflavones than 'Pungsannaul-kong'. Differences among treatments were also significant for total isoflavone content. In 2018, with chitosan treatment, total isoflavone concentration ranged from 551.15 to 7584.07 ㎍ g-1, with an average of 2972.64 ㎍ g-1 across cultivars. In 2019, there was no significant difference among treatments in total isoflavone content. Regarding individual isoflavone concentrations, the malonyl-glucoside groups accounted for over 85% of the total isoflavone content, which is indicated that these groups play an important role with regard to isoflavone components in soybean seeds. The individual proportions in the total concentrations of isoflavones varied according to germination period and seed tissues. Glucosides and malonyl-glucosides showed differences in concentrations among seed tissues, aglycones were further accumulated as germination period was progressed. This study suggests that biotic substances have an impact on seed isoflavone content during germination. However, cultivars with consistently high or low isoflavone concentrations across biotic substance treatments were identified desspite differences in germination period and seed tissues, demonstrating that the genetic factor plays the most important role in isoflavone accumulation.

  • This paper described a results of direct shear test and pullout test by using soil supported by drilled shafts in order to evaluate the effect of relative density and fines content on pullout resistance performance of drilled shafts. The result of direct shear test showed that the variation characteristics of internal friction angle and cohesion could be confirmed quantitatively. The result of pullout test also showed that the effect of relative density and fines content on pullout resistance performance of drilled shafts was confirmed. That is, the contribution of the internal friction angle and cohesion of soils on the pullout resistance performance of drilled shafts was found to vary, when the fines content was about 13% based on results direct shear test and pullout test. Therefore, at design of drilled shafts, the effect of skin friction resistance should be considered on the influence factor of strength parameters ($c-{\phi}$) according to the fines content of soil.

  • Currently a number of managers exist to manage heterogeneous networks, in this situation, the NETCONF protocol for efficient network management has been proposed as a new protocol. However, the standard NETCONF protocol stack continuous improvement since the establishment but in four layers still have some problems. Especially in situations where there are multiple administrators, problems are more highlighted in operation layer. In this paper, we focus on these issues and the Operation layer has improved the efficiency and flexibility of operations among NETCONF four layers. Additionally, for the inefficiency of updates improved the device settings based on improved operation techniques. In addition, standard protocol NETCONF did not proposed content layer data structure and we propose standard technique of content layer that can generate configuration structure of devices. Improved the three techniques are applied appropriately to the NETCONF, the proposed method and the existing NETCONF was performed experiment to compare with experimental four factors. Compare key factor are four kind as maintaining the probability of network function, the reaction performance about command, the number of control packets, performance of data creation in content layer. Such factors after performing the experiment, the proposed method in this paper is superior to the existing NETCONF and there was confirmed by analysis Experimental results.

  • We conducted comparative study on metabolizable energy content of extracts of angelica keiskei and its byproduct. Total six different groups consisting of five test groups treated with angelica keiskei and one control group were compared. Each of the five test groups were given 30% of one of whole plant, extracts, fermented of extracts, byproduct and extracts plus byproduct, respectively, mixed with AIN93M. After 3 days of adjustment period, all groups were subjected to 4 days of test period during which the amounts of feed intake and excretion were measured everyday. All feces were treated for the prevention of decomposition and changes before its energy content were measured using a bomb calorimeter. The amount of excretion was $4.8\;{\pm}\;0.3\;g$/rat/3 days in control group and 9.9-15.0 g/rat/3 days in the groups were added with extracts of angelica keiskei indicating that the angelica keiskei-treated groups produce 2-3 times more excretion. Metabolic energy of control diet was 4,133.3 kcal. This was found to be 15 to 20% higher compared with the metabolic energy content ranging from 3,117.0 kcal/kg (extracts of angelica keiskei) to 3,259.8 kcal/kg (extracts plus byproducts) angelica keiskei-treated groups. This is interpreted as the result of the decreased metabolic energy in the test diets were substituted with 30% of ngelica keiskei-treated ingredient which has low metabolic content itself. One notable finding is that the metabolic content of the group mixed with byproducts and extracts (1,763.0 kcal/kg) is 27% higher than that of extracts of angelica keiskei (1,286.8 kcal/kg) indicating that mechanical grinding increases the rate of digestion and absorption increasing, in turn, the energy content used in the body. The results of analysis of overall caloric absorption showed absorption rate in order of Whole plant < extracts < byproduct < extract plus byproduct < fermented of extract.

  • This study shows the prediction of the engineering properties of weathered zone bearing corestones through the engineering geological surveys and the scale model test in the laboratory. The window survey and the observation on the borehole core were peformed on three natural slopes in corestones area in order to analyse the distribution pattern and the geometrical properties of corestones. Natural corestones were crushed and abrased for the scale model test into less than 5 mm in maximum-2mm in average by the scale reduction ratio based on the size of natural corestones and the specimen size. Scale model tests were carried out on soil and plaster model specimens with different corestone content ratio - 0%, 10%, 20%. The direct shear test on soils shows that shear strength is increased by the increase of corestone content ratio. The increase of cohesion is, however, more important factor to the shear strength of soil for 20% corestone content ratio due to interlocking of crushed corestone particles. The plaster model test shows a tendance of increase of UCS and modulus of elasticity with increase of corestone content. The variation ratio of specimen property by change of corestone content ratio in plaster model test was applied to in situ properties in order to estimate the properties of weathered zone bearing corestones. So it could be predicted that the increase of corestone content to 10% and to 20% produce about 18% and 30% UCS's increase respectively.
